B & H Services Air Conditioning Ltd

A Fujitsu Airstage 3.5KW Domestic Air Conditioning unit. This was installed in May 2025. I thought I'd wait a little bit before I wrote a review (tbh a little bit later than I intended!). Options on units clearly explained beforehand. We visited their showroom at Wallisdown to view what units were available. A demonstration of the cooling capabilities. Staff very helpful. Very happy with the installation in a medium sized bedroom. A neat and tidy job. No problems whatsoever. Unit worked very well with the hot summer we had this year. Happy to recommend B&H Services, a well run family firm.

I had two quotes for air conditioning and B&H won hands down due to their superior knowledge and explanation of products and differences between models. Having chosen the Mitsubishi air conditioning units, the installation was excellent. However, there were a couple of issues, BUT as I always say it is how a company deals with aftersales issues that really shows what they are like to deal with. B&H were excellent and not only resolved the issues promptly but insisted that I only transfer the balance due to them once I was 100% happy. The owner Rob and his wife (who is the finance director) are clearly really decent people and it has been a pleasure dealing with them. I highly recommend B&H and lets face it summers are going to get hotter, so if like me you cannot tolerate heat and enjoy a good sleep in hot weather, they are the company to choose. Additionally the units can be used for heat in winter and the outside heat pump/ condenser is extremely quiet. Two photos attached to show unit with no trunking so expelled water is gravity fed to the outside and the other with trunking, so a pump expels the water to the outside.

From start to finish the team at B&H were very friendly and professional. Competitive quote and speedy install, even with the hot weather! Very pleased with the air con units in my home, everything is very neat and tidy (inside and out). Would definitely recommend.

If you are thinking about installing aircon, look no further! Joe was extremely knowledgeable & helpful in recommending and explaining the best options for our home. Danny and Harry carried out the installation and everything went very smoothly, they clearly take a pride in their work. I highly recommend B&H Services Air Conditioning Ltd.

Reliable and trustworthy company for all your Air Con related needs. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with my initial discussion with Joe about different options and prices for aircon system in bedroom followed by neat and tidy installation by Alex and Luke. Mitsubishi Unit very efficient and quiet on both heating and cooling modes.

Absolutely brilliant from the start to the finish of the job no mess inside or outside didn’t know they were here strongly recommend them

The whole experience from purchasing the air con to the fitting was made so easy. The salesman Jo and the 2 fitters were amazing so helpfull and clean and tidy I would give this company 110% and recommend to anyone

I had a replacement A/C unit fitted at my house by B & H Services. The whole process from start to finish was well managed and the engineers that completed the work were exceptionally professional. I am very pleased with the end result and would thoroughly recommend them!

Absolutely first class from start to finish ! I rarely leave reviews, but I honestly have been so impressed every step of the journey by the professionalism of this company. I contacted Rob (MD/owner) with the intention of getting a few quotes for a full air conditioning installation on a new property. I was so impressed with his approach in really understanding our needs before proposing a solution, that I didn’t bother getting any other quotes. His knowledge, cost transparency, customer first approach and flexibility was absolutely first class. His team (who conducted the installation) were equally impressive and honestly, worked miracles hiding the pipe work and electrics (to the point you would think the air con units weren’t connected to anything !). Rob was even contactable while on his family holiday and was checking in with me that everything was ok after the works. A superb business / team that I would highly recommend to anyone in a heartbeat ! Thank you Rob and team. 👏🏼👏🏼

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars 🚀💨 Speedy Service! 🎯 If there's a 🏆 for first-class follow-up service, this company just blasted past the competition and took the gold! ⚡ We had an issue with our air conditioning, and they were on the scene within a few hours - faster than a 🚀 headed for Mars! 🔍👨‍🔧 The inspection and fix were carried out with a professionalism and friendliness that reminded me of a good old friend. It turned out that the issue was... ahem... user error 😅. Yes, we had our own Homer Simpson "D'oh" moment. But even though it was our goof-up, they handled it like total champs! 🙌 🤝💼 Their service is not just professional, it's personable too. When they did our initial air conditioning install, they were absolutely first-class. They put the 'cool' in air conditioning service! 😎🏖️ £💡 The cherry on top? Their prices are as fair as they come. So, if you're in the market for top-notch, speedy, friendly, and fair service, I'd highly recommend these guys. They're the kind of team that turns customers into cheerleaders 📣. 🎉💯 All in all, their service is cooler than a polar bear's toenails. So, do yourself a favor and give them a call. You won't be disappointed! 🏅👍👍 P.S. Thanks a million!

Such a great company and service. Many thanks to Joe for pulling out the stops despite our lack of ability to make decisions : ) Would very much recommend and hope to use you guys again!

Contacted this business for some advice about an air con unit we had purchased and Joe answered the phone. He was exceptionally helpful and took the time to go away and find out some information for us even though he was not in a position to help us directly. Excellent customer service, thank you.

A 3rd floor bedroom in the eaves necessitated this installation. B&H are a highly professional and friendly company who completed an incredibly neat and efficient installation in our home. Thoroughly pleased with the outcome from quote to completion in under two weeks. Team on site were great and their attention to detail superb. Roll on the summer when we know this unit will be used signifcantly Many thanks Rob and the team. Well done to Adam and Alan. Not an easy job by any means.

Excellent company. Everything was explained in detail to what they were going to do from start to finish. Our bedroom is lovely in the Summer and Winter now. Would definitely recommend B&H Services Air Conditioning
