This company well deserves the five stars. I contacted them yesterday late morning and bye the next day in the afternoon. My van was all topped up again and ready to go. I would highly recommend this company very friendly and a very fast service.
Just had AC4U.cool out to re gas a new car I had just purchased. Came out within 2 hours of calling him.(on a Saturday) He detected a couple of leaks and has fixed them. Unfortunately there seems to be another issue somewhere and has recommended a place to take the car locally to have it looked at. His knowledge is great and spent quite some time on the car to find what the possible fault could be. I would definitely recommend him to everyone needing his services, very honest and professional.

Amazing service. Highly recommended. I called Colin and he was here in 20 minutes to sort out my son's Polo for a very reasonable price. It took him about 30 mins max to check and re-gas the car. So from initial call to end of job, less than an hour. Compare this to Halfords etc where you have to book in days in advance and leave the car with them all day and who will no doubt charge more. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. During an intense heat wave, when demand for air conditioning services was understandably at its peak, they still managed to fit us into their schedule within just a few days. What impressed me most was their commitment to customer service. Despite being incredibly busy, they went above and beyond by arranging a home visit at 8:30, That level of dedication is rare to find. From the initial contact through to the installation and completion of work was just great. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to go the extra mile when it matters most. He came, he saw, he conquered my problem. Called Colin Tuesday evening and he came Thursday morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it there and then. Can't believe this guy gets any business at all with his stupid attitude. Offer him work and apparently the journey from Poole to Wareham is too far, "I'll be stuck in traffic for 3 hours etc." From his address the journey time would be 20 minutes maximum.

AC4U had serviced the ineffective AC on my Giulia a few months ago. After a couple of months the performance dropped off. I gave them a call, they came round a couple of days later. A check showed no loss of refrigerant or fault in the compressor, their service and integrity checks had been done without fault. A further check revealed a supposed cabin temp of -50, unlikely in mid September. So great job by AC4U, thanks for the help. Next stop AR
Dreadful my tractor air con stopped working after just four days. Obviously refilled with a leak which he assured me he could fix, if he found any prior to filling. I gave him five vehicles all to refill at the same time and told it wasn't worth a short drive to come back, help me diagnose and fix my issues. I feel really let down and regret handing his cards out to family members and friends. Now stuck driving a tractor in hot weather in atrocious conditions thanks to this poor service. Proper time should have been spent to test before filling any system, just interested in a quick fill, money and go... I would have paid more money for a decent service and assistance. Avoid!!! Further to you're disgraceful response: Facts: I definitely gave you five vehicles, 1 x tractor, 1 x telehandler, 2 x BMW X series, 1 x master van! - Not just four as you state! I actually praised what you had done and asked you to help me find the obvious leak on the tractor. I would have had absolutely no issues paying you properly for this and had three more vehicles if you'd had the decency to call me to "make it worth your while"! As my father says it's a dangerous man to himself who can't accept when he is wrong, even if he can kid others he is correct. I've certainly not received any refund! We never spoke I just exchanged a friendly text offering you to come back. I certainly never in anyway sent you anything offensive. I can assure you I wouldn't recommend you to anyone and I'll report you to trading standards if you dare offend me again with absolute lies. I wouldn't touch you with a barge pole, having previously thought you were such a decent person. How sad!!! End of.
Asked him to re-gass my air con, quoted £120, put his machine on, straight away said my compressor had gone, not enough pressure, he knew a mobile mechanic that could fix it. He drained what little gas was left into his tank and charged me £20. Call out fee. But I use my own mechanic, he recommended hypermotive in Alma Rd Bournemouth, they did a full diagnostic, nothing wrong with the compressor, no faults or rattling, just needed a re-gass and they were £20.05 cheaper. So no I do not recommend AC4U of Poole Dorset He claims he can't find me, that's because I phoned him and he came to my house, I did not pre book, do not trust this person, I do not recommend him

Rang this guy last Friday, he came out that same afternoon, and even managed to squeeze me in before the school run. Guy is top notch, polite and professional, my daughter even decided to give him one of her prized stickers so she had a good vibe from him as well. Extremely cheap compared to main shops

Highly recommended... Communication was good from the start. AC4U came out on a rainy morning, worked quickly and efficiently, and before you know it the car interior temperature was just right. After a major bearing disintegration and repair of the AC pulley and clutch on my Jag, Colin pressure tested my system in addition to the AC vacuuming process and checked compressor was in working order before the fill. Would thoroughly recommend in a heartbeat. I contacted Colin about my AC not working and he was able to pop round the next day. He diagnosed the issue, which was unfortunately a significant amount of work. He advised me throughout the process of going back to my dealer to get them to fix it. While they were less than helpful, Colin's advice and support through the whole process was well above and beyond what I'd expect from a simple, one-time callout.
I called this guy to regas my old van which I use to transport my elderly father to and from hospital. The air con was blowing hot so with all the recent hot weather I needed to get it fixed. I explained that it was a really old van but the guy said he’d come and check it for me. Guess what… he said it was fine. And as states .. he is a Leak Detection service provider also… so you’d think you are in safe hands. He regassed my van and for a while it worked… albeit not really cold but I put that down to age of the van…maybe it takes a while… I don’t know …I’m not an expert. Anyway I don’t use the car all the time. Roll on 7 weeks and it’s started to annoy me as I paid £65..I actually gave £70 … more fool me. So, I text the air con guy and asked if he could come round at some point to check whether I had a leak (although you’d have thought he’d used his diagnostic tool to check as it’s a really old van) … but what happens… well.. he calls me after a while and asks if he can pop round now… unfortunately I was taking my dad to hospital… so…he was going to call me back… I text him again… he gets terse with me as he said he’s called me 4 times… which I have no missed calls from him.. and he informs me he’s changed phone…then he says he can come that day in the afternoon but as a full time carer for my parents and trying to hold down a job I cant just drop everything on a whim. I need to book a date and time… is that not reasonable? I was also clear that I was happy to pay… but this guy just gets more angry with me. This evening he has called me and been aggressive and quite frankly it was really scary… he said it was an old car and he doesn’t do diagnostics .. he just does regas. He said I was clearly a woman with some serious issues.. like I’m a nut job. What scares me most is he knows where I live. So I am actually worried about posting this… but I guess if there are ramifications… we know who did it… This guy regassed a car that he didn’t diagnose…despite me saying I wasn’t sure it would work. I offered to pay him to come back at a time that I, the customer, was happy with… pretty sure the customer should be able to say if an appointment is convenient and not be expected to drop everything the day the guy calls … with 30 minutes notice!!! I’m writing this review so no other woman falls foul of this guy…all I wanted was for me and my dad to not melt in my van. I am going to take it to a reputable mechanic and see if there’s a leak.. which I suspect there was and hopefully get it fixed. This guy may be great at re-gassing new cars.. but don’t use him for anything else because he’ll take your money and run. And worse still he is rude and aggressive towards women. I have his trading standards card and will be sending that off tomorrow. Edit: interesting how you have edited the text so you can’t see my bits and yours. Also you fail to address the fact I asked to book an appointment not have you call or text to tell me you are on your way! The worst part is that you phoned me at 21:39 on a Sunday evening to shout at me, call me names and be down right rude and defamatory. I said I would pay for you come and do diagnostics and you told me you don’t fix Aircon… probably the most accurate thing you said. All I wanted was for you to come and check my Aircon and I was offering to pay… you took everything in the wrong way and ended being completely abusive. I had you on speaker and my mum even heard you shouting. If this is how you run a business … well..good luck to you. You won’t be getting any recommendations from me. I wish you all the best with your venture. Anyone reading this review….I’m sure he’s great at regassing new cars.. but if you have an old car or anything a leak, go elsewhere. I didn’t deserve the abuse I got from this guy. He’s rude and clearly very angry when people can’t accommodate his demands for you to be at home at his behest… he just called me out of the blue and expected me to be home in 30 minutes when I was at hospital with my dad.
Called mid-week to enquire about having my car AC looked at and Colin offered to come over the same day. I was unavailable then, but he was able to fit to my availability instead, and arrived to my address exactly when agreed. He was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Here and gone in under 30mins, and the car is icy cool again! Thanks so much, definitely recommend 😊

Fantastic and very friendly service. I thought I might have an aircon issue after a recent vehicle repair. Colin was able to clear a minor blockage from my aircon system, confirm there was no leaks, and refilled the gas - all right on my doorstep. Nitrogen tested our son's car's AC system, so we could source any problems prior to recharging. Brilliant service, arrived at the time arranged and did my husbands car as well as mine. My air conditioning is much better and cools in seconds instead of waiting 10 minutes and having uneven vent temperatures.

First time getting a carbon clean, and I was very pleasantly surprised at the difference in accelerator response and pick up through the gears! It definitely feels quicker and smooth. Vehicle is a peugeot 3008 1.6hdi 62 plate and had done 60,000 miles In my opinion its money well spent. Highly recommended this man's service. Thanks Colin!
