Alfie, Keith, James,Josh and J-dog are the best of British salt of the earth. They fixed my sluggish heating which came to a haunt in this freezing cold. I had no heat, hot water& just out of hospital They flushed the system, changed a few I don’t know what’s and now it’s alll working toasty warm . They analysed , persevered and were as clean and charming as they come Thank you guys

K Marsh helped us when our heating went off in our main living room this week. They not only helped us fix this problem but also gave us some more insight and solutions to some other problems we raised during their visit. Alfie was great and has a lot of knowledge. We really found helpful and he has actually saved us money in this solutions we have now put in place. Which will add up to significant savings in our energy usage because of these solutions as well. The service was a quick turnaround, felt super comfortable with them in our home, not awkward like sometimes services and work within the house can be. Super friendly and even checked in with us in the next stages of the solution work too. Will use K marsh in future and have already recommended to others.
Had K Marsh round to service a megaflo hot water cylinder, the engineer quoted £2,300 to amend some pipework in the loft; had another engineer round who quoted £300 saying it was a few hours work max. UPDATE FOLLOWING REPLY K Marsh's quote did include one hour allotted to looking at the kitchen sink drainage, but did not include the installation of isolation valves as they've stated. All other work in their quote is aligned to that proposed by an alternative heating engineer, still leaving a difference of at least £1,500.
I had K Marsh Plumbing & Heating Ltd round to replace all of my radiators and I honestly could not fault them. From start to finish the service was exceptional. The team went above and beyond to keep my house extremely tidy, fully protecting floors, carpets, and surrounding areas before any work commenced. The workmanship was first class and everything was completed to a very high standard. They were professional, reliable, and respectful throughout, and communication was excellent. We’ve used the local firm K Marsh for a number of years . They are Gas Safe registered so service our boiler .. checking all is working well. This year we had a leak under the bath causing the electrics to trip as water was getting into the ceiling light fixture … George was great finding the leak and replacing all parts. I would highly recommend using K Marsh for any gas or plumbing jobs . Easy to contact via WhatsApp or telephone .
Extremely bad experience with this lot. Called as my Viessmann boiler was losing pressure although it was working. Within 5 of minutes of their arrival the pump wasn’t working and the system was down. Nothing to do with the pressure. Was quoted £2025.60 for a power flush and new pump. Confusing communication about vat as well. My carefully put questions (I am a former teaching professional) were considered hostile. I asked the chap to leave my house when his attitude became defensive and obtuse. This left us with no heat or hot water on one of the coldest days of the winter. We are a couple aged 70+ and my wife is post-cancer patient. Called P&A heating in Chingford who attended within a couple of hours and simply unblocked the pump for a call out fee of £80. Then called Viessmann to check over the boiler. Their guy checked it thoroughly… no new pump required and no power flush required. Please be very careful when dealing with K. Marsh heating.

KMarsh Plumbing and Heating came to our rescue when my disabled mum was left without heating or hot water. Despite being very busy, they fitted us in the same day and had everything up and running quickly. Done a quick repair within 1 hour couldn’t of been happier for £60. The engineer was kind, professional, and the price was extremely reasonable. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and will be recommending them to our block of flats, family, and friends.

Thank you guys so much. I'm extremely happy with the work I've had done. Had a quotation visit first and went through all the details and all options. Arranged a date which they worked around me. On the day of the work, they arrived on time, very polite, very professional. Job was completed in a good time. Will definitely recommend this company.
They quoted for around £4,000 to replace a boiler being adamant that my Vaillant boiler couldn't be fixed anymore. Patronised me on how to figure out final price with VAT. Later on, I got the boiler fixed for £90, and also serviced properly for another £200 which extended its life by another few years. It's been a week since and all problems are gone.

This firm recently quoted me £500 for changing 3 down lighters, plus offering knocking off VAT if I’d pay in cash.
