I’m extremely happy with the new boiler replacement. I have to say I was very impressed with the Gas Force engineer. He arrived on time and got straight to work on the installation. He was very respectful and professional while working in the house. He also made sure everything was left clean and tidy, especially the kitchen area. Before leaving, he sat down with me and clearly explained how to use the new boiler and heating system. He didn’t leave until he was confident that I was happy and fully familiar with how everything worked. This is especially important for tenants. Although I speak fluent English and can usually figure things out myself, he still took the time to double-check that I understood everything properly. That level of care and professionalism really stood out to me and showed he genuinely wanted to do his job properly. I would definitely give him 5 stars for his service, 5 stars for his workmanship, 5 stars for his communication, and 5 stars overall.

They came to check the property, gave me a quote straight away, and once I confirmed with the advance payment, they booked the date. Chris and Marvin did a great job installing a new boiler at my flat. Even though there were some complications such as a new hole in the brick work required for the flute and taking out the door and some of the frame to get the old water tank out they just cracked on with it and ensured I had heating and hot water by the end of the day. Would certainly recommend them them to others. A+

After being letting down by our long-standing company for urgent works to be done and contacting multiple other companies. Terrible people that do terrible jobs. Never again. They leave electric wires hanging around. Terrible kitchen jobs. Terrible tiling. They lied about doing kitchens before and having experience, but their own cousin that does plastering admitted they never done kitchens before.
Called Chris on a Friday, he was in the house on Sunday afternoon. Last time I booked an AC visit with someone else I had to wait 1-2 months! Chris and his colleagues are extremely helpful, friendly, affordable and responsive. There were some issues with our unit and Chris came back the next day and fixed the issue. Fantastic service from the team. After getting several quotes for plumbing and Aircon we went with gas force due to their transparent quotes and they did not disappoint! They sourced us 2 new cassettes and Aircon units and installed them to perfection. They were also on hand to answer any questions and demonstrated how to use the new system to us in detail- the job was punctual and to extremely high standards without feeling rushed.

Chris was very helpful is sorting out the issue with my boiler and heating. He spent a lot of time to sort this out. Was very kind and polite and was always keeping me in the loop. Sorted it all out without charging so much. He also came quickly and sorted out a leak and charged with very fairly unlike other companies you would charge a lot. Gas force Direct installed a new boiler, pump, underfloor heating in the whole house and new plumbing throughout a large renovation. We found the team to be engaging, available and tenacious in problem solving and offering advice. In addition, the guys helped plumb our kitchen including installation of a complex quooker tap. Very very professional crew and knowledgable about boilers and my new Air conditioning There was virtually no disturbance to our weekend Sunday and work was completed with the rooms left clean and tidy. Everything was tested and recommendations given to me. There was an immediate improvement noticed on my heating system and bonus is that I now don’t need to set a high temperature on my thermostat. A very crucial factor in bills lately. The Aircondition system installed is also very effective for both cooling and heating. Having found Gas Force Direct on Checkatrade last year because i wanted a second opinion on some repair costs given to me by Homeserve on a boiler. Marvin come out as arranged and inspected the boiler and let me know it only needed a fraction of the works done to it for it to function correctly. Marvin completed the works and it's been working perfectly since. It's unfortunate you can't trust these big companies anymore and going forward we have moved on to Gas Force Direct boiler service plan as they are such good value. To further add insult to injury I recently called Marvin out to inspect my mothers boiler which had been written off by Homeserve. Long story short, the boiler was inspected by him and reset and worked just fine. So glad i've found a trustworthy team of plumbers and will be using them wherever we can.
Gas Force Direct replaced the boiler filling loop and a leaking valve on the bathroom radiator in my rental property. They were quick, efficient, responsive and the only ones who didn't mess me about with 5-hour "time slots" and callout charges to "value" the job. I do recommend them and I will be using them regularly from now on.

My gas hob broke down on Boxing Day, my gas engineer is ill, then I was let down my one I knew, so in desperation, being unable to face one more jacket potato I called the first number I googled that said gas and it must be my lucky day as it was Chris! He said he would fit me in and despite half expecting him not to arrive, he not only arrived but called me to say he was running late. If I could give him a 10* review I would! He was calm, polite, professional and very reassuring. He got straight on with fitting my new hob, nothing was too much trouble and he talked us through all the gas safe literature. The new hob is fitted to perfection, he has already emailed through the gas safe certificate and he is now in my top trades contact list! Moreover he is just a very nice guy, so if you are looking for a reliable, efficient, qualified and trustworthy gas engineer Chris is your man. I simply couldn’t recommend him more highly! Called Chris on 28th December and within 90 mins was round our house to check a potential carbon monoxide issue. Given the date we were pleased with Chris's speedy service. He checked the gas appliances and got us back with heating and hot water.
Our boiler was showing a fault so I called Gas Force Direct and they were here within a few hours, despite being a Saturday between Christmas and New Year. They quickly identified the problem and had it fixed within an hour. Their hourly price is better than most other companies I called and I was very happy with the service. I even chatted to Chris about football for a while. Good customer service. Highly recommended.
Chris saved our Christmas. My old plumber left me with a leaking boiler and no heating or hot water. Excellent Service Chris installed a Valliant boiler at my daughter’s place seven years ago and did an excellent job. Hence I had no hesitation in calling him back to replace my Valliant boiler. I spoke to Chris on 7 December 2025 to explain my requirements. Within a short time he sent me a very competitive quote which I accepted. Installation date was set at 13 December. Chris and his colleague Marvin arrived promptly at 8.30am and completed all the work very neatly. My wife and I are very happy with the outcome. I had a cabinet full with pipes ,now I have nice useful cabinet and draws under the sink as you can see in the pictures . He put my new sink and tab , very nice and tidy . Chris move all the pipes a way as I wonted , remove the sticking out of the floor pipe, and put a new boiler on different place .I am please

We had been having an intermittent issue with our boiler. Chris came to visit at short notice and provided a fixed price quote to resolve the error code. The cause was hard to detect and Chris returned several times to replace different parts. Eventually the issue was fixed after several attempts all within the fixed quote. Overall highly recommended and thankful to find a company who are honest and caring.

Chris is very nice and very good at what he does. Had him run a new gas line (was done in a day) and redo some pipe work under the kitchen sink, change the sink, tap and gas hob. Everything looks amazing. Also everything is clean when Chris leave, he makes sure to leave the place without debris or dust. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great plumber.

Leo installed a Vaillant system boiler for me and did a very professional job from start to finish. Chris managed the order and boiler registration etc. It was an end to end smooth process. I will use them (hope no issues arise) again and can highly recommend.
Chris completed two jobs for me. Both not very well. One so bad, we have had 3 re-occurring issues. Leaks so bad, damage has been caused. One leak so bad it has now ruined what was a loyal client relationship for us. Since then Chris has tried to ignore our requests for his insurance details to cover the damage and deleted us from WhatsApp and from calling him. Beyond poor. Beyond unprofessional. It makes me quite sad to post this but the disappearing act and reoccurring issues again have given us no choice. Sad to say, but stay away.
