Great and courteous servicing of my AC by Victor early this morning! He even worked as quietly as possible so as not to wake up my sleeping gf. When she eventually woke up she commented "the aircon is running much more quietly and more effectively than before!" She has been round for a lot more sleepovers this hot summer... I thought it was my sense of humour, scintillating personality and passion. But it might be the aircon. Hey ho. Keep up the good work and professional, courteous customer service, HiddenCool!
Hidden Cool arrived on time. The chap worked hard and he was patient given the few unexpected obstacles along the way to get to the top of the building. Decent job all round.
AWFUL COMPANY. Do not actually service the AC units and then try and charge you for it. They then try and charge you more money to "test" why your ac unit doesn't work when they didn't service it in the first place. DO NOT USE.

Absolutely fantastic service over a bank holiday weekend! Purchased a mobile AC unit which I had some troubles with (completely my fault 🤦♂️) Jon then was straight out to me within 2 hours on a BH Monday! Fixed the problem within 5 minutes and even made sure everything was set up properly before leaving! 10/10 service from Rebecca and Jon. Great people delivering a great service!

Since we were restricted from having a bulky outdoor condenser, their internal-only Italian systems were the ideal solution for us. We had a fantastic experience with Hidden Cool. Our building has very strict regulations that prohibit external AC condensers, which made finding a cooling solution quite a challenge. The team at Hidden Cool provided the perfect answer with their water-cooled internal units. The installation was seamless, and the system works incredibly well without the need for any outside equipment. From start to finish, they did an excellent job—professional, tidy, and highly knowledgeable. If you live in a restricted apartment like us where external units aren't an option, I cannot recommend them high enough.

Stay away from this company! They started a job at my home which proved to be a total disaster. Their work was terrible and all well documented. They admitted it was faulty and incomplete but instead of returning to rectify, they ran off with the money. Stay away and report to relevant authorities/trading standards!

At last a company I could rely on! What a professional company! As it was so hot this summer I decided to look at having air conditioning installed. I spoke to several companies but all apart,from this one, said I would have to have the big fan box on the outside of my home and I just think they are ugly and ruin the look of the house. Hidden Cool had the perfect solution. So that is the one I chose! Their prices are very competitive and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The engineers were on time, very polite and they respected my home. They did the work with very little upheaval to myself. I’ve recently had the pleasure of ordering from hidden cool Ltd. The staff were helpful and friendly and even helped me find the right air con for my property. The thought of being able to have ac in my listed building was amazing and the added benefit of having hot air as well as cold air while being able to hide the unit in a disused cupboard is amazing. I have already recommended hidden cool to a few of my friends who are interested due to being in flats with no problems as I was told it could be fitted anywhere.
