Rogue Trader, nuisance behaviour after installation. Not keeping to callouts the and fixing broken and leaking AC that they installed.. since February 2023 even with warranty. Unbearable during summer months. Business owner. Installed in August 2022. Piss poor. Avoid.

The AC was installed at my place of work in August 2022, and it stopped working in February 2023, after multiple call outs and requests we still have had no response! Summer months were unbearable and when we informed them that the unit was leaking they said "it's normal for the unit to leak" and then the leak blew a fuse! This issue remains unresolved and I'm genuinely how worried for how bad the winter is going to be if this is not resolved Avoid at all costs!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Phoenix ACR Limited. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I initially contacted them months ago to address issues with my air conditioning unit, which was leaking water inside my salon. In my initial communication, I was told that this leak is "normal" and AC units "Do that". Despite repeated attempts to get them to address this problem, they have consistently given me the runaround. The situation has only gotten worse. I was not advised not to use the AC unit, as this was "normal". To make matters worse, the AC issue has now escalated to the point where it has blown a fuse at my property. This has not only left me without air conditioning in the middle of summer, but it has also caused damage to my property that will require costly repairs. I cannot stress enough how frustrating and unprofessional this entire experience has been. I trusted Phoenix ACR Limited to fix a relatively minor AC problem, and instead, I've been met with months of inaction and now significant property damage. To my knowledge, the salon has not been visited, since my first complaint in February, nor did I receive any supposed calls, until my further complaint in August. At which point the fuse had already been blown, since it was extremely hot and we were running the AC, like instructed because again we were told by the professionals that this is "normal". My clients were placed at risk due to the neglgence of this company. I strongly advise against using Phoenix ACR Limited for any HVAC needs. Their lack of responsibility and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is beyond unacceptable. My salon has suffered, my customers have suffered, and my property has suffered, all because of their negligence. I urge anyone reading this review to think twice before entrusting Phoenix ACR Limited with your HVAC needs. This has been an absolutely terrible experience, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Great job completed servicing our AC system.Nathan responded almost immediately with a quote I was happy to accept. Despite being very busy he was able to come out within a very reasonable time. He had a very friendly approach, was respectful of our property and very tidy with the service done. I have already asked for a quote for further work and it will be a pleasure to have him back again.
