Ive just had 3 of 4 Daikin AC Units installed with 2 condensers in my house in South Croydon the last unit will be fitted when the building works have advanced Gina gave great advice, patiently explained the options costs and savings, responded promptly and gave me the confidence to place my order. Craig came at short notice to do the on site survey, an absolute professional - practical, knowledgeable, patient and helpful They managed to source and fulfil my order really fast and have worked around the building works I’ve got going on There were a couple of snags but they’re doing all they can to resolve things Their pricing is competitive but their service exceptional, I’ve recommended them to friends and colleagues and intend placing another order with them for the other rooms in my house I am happy to recommend them to anyone else looking to install AC in their bome

Unit was blowing out warm air in this heat 🥵 ECS came and diagnosed, talked me through the repair and had my unit back up and running on the same day. Now my bedroom is nice and cool again and I can sleep at night.

You will get taken through the whole process from start to finish which I found reassuring. I went for the maintenance package after the install as I have had ac in the past and it didn’t end well due to lack of having the filters cleaned and the outdoor unit was worse. ECS explained to me the purpose of maintenance in a way that made me realise it’s not something you can really skip to ensure the lifespan of your system so it only made sense to me. Spent ages communicating with them regarding getting a quote. They offered a slot then just didn't show up. When I asked l when someone was coming, was just told they were too busy even though they offered the slot. Save your time and go somewhere else In response to your reply. Why would I rebook another day with you when you didn't turn up today? You expect my children to miss a other day waiting in? Don't overbook yourselves and offer times you can't uphold. You could have suggested next week or 2 weeks time, it was you who set the date and time.
We did AC installation in three rooms with ECS and are very happy with the outcome. The whole process from the survey to installation was smooth and quick. The office was very responsive with any queries post survey regarding specs and quotes. The team doing the installation was competent, did all the works with minimal disruption and left the house spotless after each day of work. Great experience overall!

I searched around before choosing ECS as the installers of my air conditioning. The quote I received was competitive and the installation process good. However this company provide a maintenance contract and as an incentive they will give customers a discount if they leave a 5 star review. I was lured in by this, what a BIG mistake this was. You pay a monthly direct debit for 2 services per year a minor and a major. My first service took place, my second service was due in April they contacted me in March by whatsapp their preferred method of communication informing me they would come on the 7th April this date was not mutually agreed beforehand and I had work commitments that day so wasn’t at home. I asked for alternatives dates and was told we will get back to you - I heard nothing so I contacted them 4 weeks later. I was given a date of Saturday 3rd May at 8.30am this was the bank holiday weekend. The engineer failed to turn up on this date without the curtesy of a phone call to inform the customer they weren’t coming. The following Tuesday I contacted their office and was informed the engineer went sick but no one thought it pertinent to let the customer know. I cancelled my £18.55 per month direct debit and cancelled the maintenance contract. Since the visit in Sept I have made 8 payments therefore I am due a refund of approx £148.40. After painful dialogue I was told on whatsapp this had been sent to accounts and I would be refunded that was on May 9th and as yet no refund made or any further communication. If I hear nothing by next Friday 6th June it’s my full intention to pursue this matter through the smalls claims court. Do NOT take a maintenance contract out with this Company the communication or moreover lack of communication is utterly appalling.

I've had a good experience with ECS installing a 3 room aircon systems at my home. While the people involved in installing and also managing the end to end engagement have been very good, I would say better planning of the ordering of the kit and the installation could have been done slightly better. Also it seems the wrong email address was used sometimes when ECS tried to contact me for updates or invoices which created avoidable issues. All in all quite happy with the overall service, especially the installation team who were very professional and tidy. ** Update since my first review: Have had ECS install aicon and Ventilation system in my garage. Very pleased with the professionlaism, speed and knowledge of the team. The engineers know the systesm really well and were able to take into account my specific needs. Highly recommend ECS and would use them again. ** Update since last review: I moved into a new property and had 5 rooms cover with aircon. Will be adding 2 more room plus VAM systems as the engineers doing the install did a great job as usual and the reliability of the hardware is amazing. Highly recommended.
Chose ECS as the information they provided prior to the installation was more comprehensive than any other The engineers who installed the installation were very polite and we hardly knew they were in the house. Every day they left the house clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend ECS as everything went perfectly from start to finish.

I have now used ECS for 2 recent air conditioning unit installs at my fitness studios .First in March this year and most recently July .I have found then professional and good to work .unlike some other local companies I have experience of recently I had no hard sell and the quotes have been reasonable. A great customer experience and consummate professionals. The communications were top-drawer from the outset and ECS even managed to slot me in ahead of schedule post a cancellation. The installers were extremely considerate and knowledgeable and really nice chaps to boot. The indoor unit turned out to have a minor fault (no fault of ECS) and they were back within a few days to replace the unit completely. Once again; 5* service & great comm's. Have already recommended to plenty of friends.

ECS were originally very responsive and provided quotes quickly for a number of scenarios. Service and communication was strong, until it got hot and they got very busy. After providing a wide range of details online as requested, and having agreed to the online quoted price, ECS confirmed that a project manager would visit my home in Central London to do a survey and finalise the quote. They proposed the time and I agreed to it. On the day of the appointment, I was called that morning to be informed that the appointment would need to pushed back by an hour due to an accident on the M25. I agreed to the new time and was assured the project manager would still turn up. But then 30 mins before they were supposed to arrive, I received another call saying that they now wouldn't make it. The agent was polite and very apologetic, and told me the issue was because (i) a traffic incident on the M25 and (ii) they were very busy. They said they would prioritise my appointment for 'early next week'. Having heard nothing, I chased up the matter on Monday, and was told by text that they had no appointments this week and I'd have to wait at least another week, seemingly being pushed to the back of the queue. So now I've had to look elsewhere because ECS is now not responding to my messages. ECS let us down, they failed to make it right when we asked, and now they have the audacity to ‘ghost’ us. I find this so absolutely unprofessional. If ECS were perhaps a little more resilient in dealing with issues like 'accidents on the M25', and/or an increase in demand due to hot weather, I'd probably have more faith in their competence as air conditioning installers. I'm pleased to learn that there are other installers who seem more organised.

I am very pleased with my installation and my overall experience, ECS were brilliant at every stage! They provided quotes quickly in response to my initial inquiry, the project manager site visit was efficient and informative and the engineers did a fantastic job of the installation. The whole process was expertly and seamlessly co-ordinated via WhatsApp by the brilliant Holly and to top it all, the price was better than some other quotes received as well! ECS provided an extremely responsive and and professional service. My first enquiry on the morning of a 40C heatwave resulted in a project manager calling the very same afternoon! Six days later the installers arrived and fitted a split air con system in a double bedroom in a single day. They worked tirelessly and I am very pleased with the installation. Do not use. The company unilaterally changes the contract to charge DOUBLE the agreed prices! If you do not agree to be extorted, they cancel your warranty. Be careful about the positive reviews. They offer considerable discounts for their services if you agree to provide feedback! As part of the original contract, we have very clearly agreed that they would provide a 7 year guarantee as long as we enter into an annual service contract with them and have ONE service visit a year. After the first year, they have attempted to unilaterally change that agreement by saying that the guarantee will continue to be in force only if we agree to service the units TWICE a year. Gina was the main person at ECS we have exchanged emails with. Importantly, Gina and the ECS team agree that the original contract provided for just a SINGLE service visit per year, but they claim they have a right to change the terms of the annual service contract as they please. Of course, that does not make any sense – equally, they could just put the prices up tenfold or require, say, 52 service visits per year. It appears to be a clear breach of contract, but they do not seem to care. (Initially, Gina also claimed that 2 service visits are required by Daikin, the manufacturer, but we have confirmed directly with Daikin and ECS’s claim was plainly false). We have tried to speak to Gina or anyone with any decision-making responsibilities for months without any luck. The secretaries/receptionists who take the calls just tell us that someone will get back to us as soon as possible. Predictably and consistently – no-one does. The company is very responsive until they have received the cash, and then it is virtually impossible to speak to anyone. We could sue them as they do not have a leg to stand on, but it is probably not worth our while.

I cannot recommend this company more. They were unbelievably fast and responsive. The day I accepted the quote I was called and the items were ordered. We had the air conditioner installed within a week. The guys were very professional, polite and respectful. After the installation there was a slight rattling noise when on the low setting. I mentioned it to them, they sent a PM around to check it, he agreed there was a sound, absolutely no quibbles, he just ordered a new one and the same two guys came around to replace it - again fast, polite and professional. I wish I had these units all over the house! They are amazing - feels like being in a nice hotel when its hot outside. If I need another I will for sure use this company. I also had no idea it took so long to install one and how complicated they are, so the price I thought was very reasonable for the service they offer. Highly recommend.

Great company . They supplied and fitted 2 air-conditioning units at my home in SW London. The job took 2 days and the engineers were incredably tidy and very respectful of the house. ECS have installed air conditioning on my semi-detached house. The installation took about 6 hours and unit performs really well. The installation engineer arrived on time and very friendly, he did a great job in cleaning up after the installation. He explained the functionality of the unit and provided some aftercare tips. Very professional and friendly team, we are thrilled with our air conditioning & wish we had it installed years ago! We have concrete ceilings but nothing was a problem for the team , they just got on with it and worked late to ensure everything was in place. I needed the units painted the same colour as the walls and when delivered they were the perfect colour. You will be getting more than what you paid for. Their service with your A/C is obviously great hence why my 5 stars but it is more of their customer service and their ability to details as well. Having priced up a couple of competitors I found ECS to be a great value. Not only were their prices inline but they were prepared to take on the whole project and they didn’t require me to involve other trades. made for much less of a headache for me and a great service.
Horrible Experience. I have written a long review on the very poor after-care service this company offers, but I'll save you the pain. I even sent a draft to their Director, Craig Ellis, to give him a chance to contact me and provide answers. No response - they just don't care. They just want their money. Buyer Beware!
ECS installed 5 units at my property. Communication was very good in the run up to install - I had a lot of questions regarding their terms and they were very accommodating and transparent regarding them. The install itself went relatively smoothly. They turned up on time and finished when they said they would. My only criticism in this regard was that they had to cut some holes in the floorboards and they didn't tell us where they were whilst the work was going on! That, and the place was not left in the most tidy state at the end of the day. However, I spoke to them about this and after that conversation, everything was fine. At the end of the install, everything was put back as originally found. Post install, everything is working as expected and I'm just about to take out a maintenance contract with ECS. Communication has again been very good and they have been very helpful explaining all the terms. Easy to deal with; very knowledgeable and they did a good job overall.

Process was very simple and stress free, project manager Craig explained all various options around having a pitched roof in the loft which resulted in a floor standing AC unit rather than wall unit and he explained the best location for the condenser on a free site survey! Just had four units installed by Eco Climate Solutions and couldn't be happier. From the initial booking of the survey to the installation everyone at the company has been super helpful. The project manager Craig who did the survey provided excellent advice, fully explaining the pros and cons of both single and multi-systems and in the end came up with the perfect solution for my requirements. The installers, Luke and Darren, were friendly and efficient, cleaning up after themselves and I couldn't believe how much care and pride they took in their work and their attention to detail was so reassuring. I'm really glad I went with this company and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Fantastic company, I had these guys come and install 3 air conditioning units in our bedrooms all linked to 1 external unit which has been mounted on my garden wall. Very fast service and very responsive. I emailed in for a quote and managed to book in for the install to begin 3 days later. The engineers where very technical, and took the time at the end to clean up leaving my home immaculate and even offered me a home demo of the system. ECS have recently installed an A/C system in my new restaurant. ECS were a pleasure to deal with, they were professional, organised, punctual and the quality of their workmanship cannot be argued with. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for cooling or heating solutions.
Eco Climate Solutions have let me down badly. They behaved unethically and have left me with one unit installed and the other not. The issue began when ECS forgot to include the cost of a scaffold tower in their quote and subsequent contract. I paid 75% to place the order. Their foreman (Craig) installed one unit and told me during the installation that a scaffold tower should have been included, for Health & Safety reasons. He volunteered that this was ECS's own fault and said he would not be returning the next day to fit the second unit without a scaffold. I awaited to hear from the Administrator (Ida) what ECS would do next. Over the next month, Ida tried to get me to pay an additional £675 for the scaffold - inventing a number of excuses for this, while never owning up to it being ECS's mistake. First she tried to sneak this into the installation of a third unit - claiming that I had changed the spec for this (an outrageous claim as nothing had changed in the spec that could possibly affect the external works). When I took unit 3 off the table, she then tried to insist that I pay for a 'Scope of Works' document for the installation of the second unit at a cost to me of £520 (another outrageous claim as the installation of unit 2 is practically a carbon-copy of unit 1). Ida then tried to get me to pay for the remaining 25% - in direct contravention of our contractual agreement. Ida then tried to alter the cost of completing the installation of unit 2 - claiming that since I was now only going to have 2 units installed, ECS's quote (originally for 3 units) was no longer valid. I offered to go back to a 3-unit installation (to help settle matters). I asked for confirmation of the final costs and questioned whether a scaffold would be needed. Without hesitation, Ida said, "I don't know, I'll have to refer back to Craig." As expected, her next email confirmed that the scaffold would be needed and no apology/explanation was offered. Having run out of patience, I wrote to Ida saying that I had known all along about ECS's mistake and was not prepared to be treated like this. I gave ECS 60 days to come up with a solution (even offering to meet part of the additional cost) - but haven't heard anything back from Ida or ECS in well over 60 days. Having been forced to look for another A/C installer to complete the work that ECS left unfinished, I found 3 local companies on CheckaTrade. All 3 have confirmed that ECS’s original quote for the work was higher than they would have quoted, like for like (one company was 35% cheaper). None of them would ever have asked for 75% upfront payment (most would be happy with 30-50%). On inspection of the work carried out by ECS they confirmed that corners had been cut (like the brackets to support the external unit were screwed directly into the wall, without using some form of rubber insulator to reduce the likelihood of vibrations being felt or heard in the house, like the casing used by ECS to conceal the connections between internal & external units is not normally used for domestic installations – it is much larger than needed and is a brilliant white plastic material that will discolour over time). Two of the three installers said they would not have needed a scaffold tower to carry out the work. All three A/C installers had clever suggestions for simplifying the effort required on the 3rd unit – when ECS’s solution involved the installation of a peristaltic pump that would require additional effort, cost and risk of noise. Bottom line, only engage Eco Climate Solutions if you are happy: - paying over the odds (perhaps up to 35% too much) - paying 75% upfront (unlike most installers’ 30-50%) - engaging a company not on CheckaTrade (for good reason) - for the installer to cut corners that leave you with an inferior end product - to have an unnecessarily complicated solution - to run the risk of being treated like I was (and another 2 customers who have also slated ECS in their Google reviews).

I have just had a system installed from Eco Climate Solutions (late for summer I know but I took advantage of their 10% winter discount). The unit has been installed extremely neatly, it heats wonderfully and I can’t wait to use it for the summer! Craig was my initial contact and he spent a lot of time going through the unit specification with me, Ida in the admin team was so helpful and answered an abundance of questions, while Gina in accounts was very professional and efficient. Not even worth the one star but was unable to leave no stars in order to review. This company accepted an up front payment from WCHT in order to visit & repair my air con, never heard anything from them regarding when they would visit to repair for ages. After WCHT chasing them up on 30th Aug 2018 it was clear that their admin (Ida) had been texting and calling the wrong no as she sent screen shots of messages she'd sent me but she'd inserted an extra digit in my phone no which is clearly why I never received them! How she'd been able to leave voice mail on a UK mobile with 12 digits is beyond me but hey she insists she did and this was her initial excuse for not being able to gain access. I know she'd been given the correct no because I'd been copied in on the emails that WCHT had sent to her with my contact details! After apologies from Ida on behalf of Eco and assurance my phone no had been updated (all done via email) an appoint was made for an engineer to finally visit and repair on Sept 11th. At 7:55pm the evening before the scheduled visit I received an email from Eco stating they had to cancel, no reason given but advising that the next free appt for them to visit would be in 10 days time and that if this was inconvenient they'd refund WCHT the money already paid for the visit!!! I mean what the hell? As I was going on holiday I told WCHT to liase directly with Eco and arrange for when I was back. Whilst away I received a call from my contact at WCHT to say he'd again chased Eco for a visit date and been told by them I'd not responded to messages they'd sent me requesting access? Seriously I had no such messages requesting access. Today 2nd Oct 2018 WCHT have informed me that Eco have returned the money they were advanced for my repair as they were not interested in doing it!!! Totally unreliable company with incompetent admin staff. Engage at your peril!!!
We have just had an air conditioner installed in our bedroom by Eco Climate Solutions and we are so pleased with it. The team are very professional, knowledgable and friendly from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend ECS.
Great customer service and very responsive. They were able to schedule installation quickly and out of hours to meet my needs. I did have a fault with the installation but they were very responsive and tried to fix it as soon as they could. Ida and Craig were stars. Would highly recommend.
A great experience! We had quite one AC unit installed downstairs and a central air system fitted for the whole of upstairs. The communication and support from Ida and her team was fantastic. We had a Daikin unit fitted by ECS/BlueRain. The communication with Ida was fast, clear and efficient throughout. The installation went very smoothly except for one electrical hitch which was a house wiring issue that they overcame. Overall very impressive - I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending them to anyone wanting an AC system installed.
If you read this review, and are considering getting aircon installed, I say DO IT and make sure you use ECS. You will have no regrets! I am sure my domestic installation is very small, however, the customer service and help which has been provided by your team has been incredible. I have to compliment everyone for making me feel like such a valued customer, for paying great attention to detail and providing a such a pleasant and excellent service. It is sadly too rare when dealing with companies today to feel like you are genuinely appreciated as a customer, so I am beyond pleased to have chosen ECS to install our aircon. It all began at the end of last week when I sent a frantic email begging for help! Ida responded straight away, and Craig, the engineer, visited on Monday to make a survey. Craig, who is very professional, but also friendly, personable, courteous, efficient, considerate - absolutely nothing seemed too much trouble - took as much time as needed to discuss the different ways the system could be installed and the pros and cons of each. We went ahead with the unit fitted at the top of the stairs in our small 2 bed terraced house. Our main aim was to cool the upper floor and bedrooms, but Craig thought that we may succeed in cooling the whole house. On Tuesday Tyran the engineer and his mate Billy arrived. They too were polite, professional and friendly, and they worked very hard all day on the installation. They cleaned up beautifully after themselves and by 4pm the air con was on! I had a little concern about one part of the fitting, and was so pleased that it was dealt with really well and resolved with no fuss at all by Ida, Craig and Tyran by 6pm the next day. I am totally won over by the team at ECS, ranging from great communications; the speed they installed our system; to Craig's honest and down to earth manner, as well as with his professionalism and the genuine care he took to do a fantastic job. And - OMG the air con! It's currently 35C degrees outside, but our whole house is cool from top to bottom in every room. We are so pleased to have achieved this with one unit and no fuss or mess! We will no longer dread the hottest days of summer. ECS I thank you!

ECS were quick and efficient and properly professional, explaining everything I needed to know in detail and what the alternatives were. They were also never hard to get hold of. I had my unit up and running in no time and, when I realised I had made a mistake re where to place the outside unit, they very quickly explained why it was not as simple a job as it seemed, and what could be done, then helped me out hugely not only by lowering the price but also cleanly covering some pipes and putty from the previous time. The person answering the phone knows all about a/c and all the work the engineers do, which is great because it means there’s no disconnect when you talk about the work on the phone. She is also supercool, professional and remains friendly when the pressure is on, in difficult situations with scheduling etc. The engineers were fast and thorough, cleaned up all their stuff and even gave me some tips on who to use locally for a different job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dishonest company which holds clients hostage until receiving 100% of payment despite works not being completed with "gangster methods" like removing equipment again from site which is necessary to operate the system. They never stick to timelines, they don't tell the truth, Ida not reachable for weeks, then delivering late jeopardizing overall project timelines. Then threaten to withhold warranty unless clients signs a service contract with them which is ransom.

ECS saved our summer - AND winter. The engineer went above and beyond (worked until the job was completed at 10pm) to install a unit in our garden house. I cannot recommend this company enough for anyone looking for Air Conditioning. They are not only extremely professional and fast at responding , but also very organised and clean workers. I had 3 wall mounted units installed upstairs in each of the bedrooms. They did a fantastic job, all the walls have been filled and touched up - you'd never know anyone had been in the house, except it's no longer a sauna! The AC is working wonderfully and hasn't been switched off all week - Very happy customer, thank you so much.

Just had an installation done for air conditioning in my bedroom. Really happy with the unit. The job was done really quickly and professionally with no mess. The pipe work looks neat and there is a 3 year warranty on labour and parts. The office staff were very quick to respond and the price was by far the most competitive for the all in quote I was after.

So, needless to say.. there has been a heatwave in London over the past few days. As I was melting half asleep by the open freezer in my kitchen in the middle of the night unable to get comfortable, I of course had a bright idea.. air conditioning installation!! So of course like any sane human, I logged onto my computer at 3am and starting emailing every company on the first, second and third page of google. 300 emails later.. and feeling extremely impressed with myself I passed out for a couple of hours before work. The next morning I woke up to 3 emails. One of them from Eco Climate Solutions, who after a quick discussion gave me a guide price for a Daikin wall mount in my bedroom. The next day it was installed and now my entire family (and the dog) share my bed. But At least everyone is sleeping! Might have to get more air conditioning in the other rooms, but I will say this, if I was to get more...or shall I say when I get more.. it will be with this company. Really pleased and great work guys!
Sadly we have had a dreadful service and experience with ECS having the Daikon system installed into our new home. Ida avoiding our calls to arrange the stages of the installation after our deposit was paid, departments not communicating; engineers blaming fitters for missing parts and information; our toddler had a freezing cold room for 2 weeks while they told us they were 'too busy' to complete the installation. Now the product is in and the kitchen unit is leaking down the walls and ECS are claiming its warranty issue and not an installation issue and won't even come out to the house to look at the situation. Hugely disappointing, I would not recommend ECS
