We recently had an air conditioning unit fitted by Optimal Heating & Cooling, and we couldn't be happier with the service. The lads were extremely pleasant, professional, and respectful throughout the installation. What really stood out was their dedication to customer service. A part needed for the installation was missing, and rather than leave the job incomplete, one of the team made a 2 hour round trip to collect it so they could finish the installation the same day. The finished installation looks fantastic, everything was left clean and tidy, and the system is working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Optimal Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company. A great experience from start to finish and 5 stars well deserved!
The team recently fitted an A/C unit for me and I am very pleased with the work they did. It was a very awkward install but they got on with it, no complaints or grumbles. Couple of delays due to supply issues, but not a surprise given the demand for air con at the moment. They're nice people, did a great job and the unit is great.
Amazing experience! Adam and Ryan are the most polite, clean, decent and hard working contractors we’ve ever had at our home. They had a tough job installing 5 units during the hottest week of the year, with temperatures often above 45 degrees in the loft. They don’t stop. Despite equipment shortages, and really tough conditions, they got the units installed on time and within the quote they gave us. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Adam and Ryan are absolute gems, we had 4 indoor units fitted in our house and the results are fantastic. Had 7.1kw AC unit recently installed. Even with unforeseen problems that were beyond their control due to supplier packing issues, they performed an excellent service and came back spending extra time to ensure it was all done correctly. Great comms and customer service at a competitive price. Will be using them again in the future. Wife was wearing a blanket in the afternoon during the heatwave, so money well spent.
We are very happy with the installation of a air conditioning unit for our bedroom. After the latest hot spell, I contacted the company, they were very knowledgeable which gave us the confidence to proceed. They had great reviews and on the day of the installation they worked hard for 11 hours. They are very professional and personable and they get our 5* review.
Absolutely Fantastic . Our unvented cylinder needed replacing in a complicated ground heat source system that is 16 years old .They went above and beyond working late into the night after having to redesign the pipe work . Really nice guys and I cannot thank them enough

Booked on friday for monday morning. Good lads! Happy to carry out work in a timely manor. It was quite a tight space for them to work in never the less they got the job done with no issues. Boiler service for £114 certificate supplied the next day. I would highly recommend and be using them to carry out future work.

Recently moved into a new house & had a new boiler installed as the old one definitely needed upgrading, the lads did an amazing job, Adam & Ryan were so organised you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing & how it should be done properly, they left no mess behind if anything it was cleaner after they left than before they came. After they finished they took the time to explain to me how to use the new system & also how to keep in an eye on it in the future, everything runs perfectly, honest service, great work, & great value, couldn’t recommend these lads enough, they’ll definitely be doing all my services for the next upcoming years!
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for this company. Our boiler recently broke down out of nowhere leaving us with no heating whatsoever, the engineer came out to us on an evening & on a busy schedule, diagnosed the problem & had everything up & running again swiftly within no time. Adam was professional about his work & really broke down to us the reason for the problem & what had caused it, very honest, very cost efficient, no unnecessary work, just genuinely trying to help us out when it was needed. I had a leak on my Worcester boiler Ryan answered the phone really nice guy came out and repaired the leak the same day said it was the right hand manifold that was leaking boilers up and running again would definitely use again!!!!
Had a pleasure to meet Ryan from Optimal Heating who came to diagnose underfloor heating issue which was fitted poorly by our local builder and stopped working just after a couple of months. I wanted to have a second opinion as my builder was making excuses. Ryan was very honest, reliable and trustworthy. Very supportive and fairly cheaper than other quotations. He diagnosed the issue and wrote a report so I could claim the damages from my builder. I would highly recommend Optimal Heating and would definitely be using them again!

Optimal plumbing were amazing, we had to phone them due to a leak, they arrived really fast and sorted the problem. Friendly guys who got on with the job and put us at our ease.
They didn't show up. Called on 10th Dec told to WhatsApp them. I whatsapp them confirming they would attend the following Friday. I asked what the call out charge would be and they didn't reply back. 6 days later I messaged again asking the same question they replied and let me know. Friday comes and no one turns up at the agreed time. I messaged them 15mins later asking if they needed directions, no answer. Half an hour later I rang them and got forwarded to voicemail. I messaged again asking if they could let me know if someone was coming out as I have a toddler who needs to get go out, no answer. I call them again 1 hour 10mins after they should have come and got forwarded to voicemail again. I left a message. They never came to my house and still now hasn't looked or replied to any WhatsApp messages. AVOID at all costs.
I am really happy with the work Adam and Ryan did on fitting my new kitchen sink waste pipes. They fitted me in around their jobs, were polite, efficient and very helpful. I had an issue with my dishwasher not draining later on and a couple of rogue slight leaks from my new sink and they came back, same day, and fixed the lot. I’d recommend them to anyone! Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!

I recently had an incredible experience with a company that truly went above and beyond to help me out in a tough situation. I had just moved into a new house and had a brand-new boiler installed less than two weeks before. Unfortunately, the boiler wasn't fitted correctly, and I quickly ran into problems. The company that originally installed the boiler was unable to send someone out in a timely manner to fix the issue, which left me in a bind. That's when my dad stepped in and called this other company. They were fantastic from the start—responsive and understanding of the urgency of the situation. To my relief, they were able to send someone out on the very same day. The engineer who arrived was not only prompt but also incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He quickly identified what was wrong with the boiler. It turned out that the previous engineer had made some serious mistakes during the installation. The engineer from this new company explained everything to me in a clear and informative way. He pointed out the specific areas where the initial installation had gone wrong, and he even mentioned that the errors were significant enough that the previous engineer could potentially lose their professional badge. This really put things into perspective for me and showed just how serious the mistakes were. Thanks to their expertise and quick response, the problem was resolved in no time. I can't emphasize enough how relieved and grateful I was to have everything sorted out so swiftly. The engineers were incredibly friendly throughout the entire process, making what could have been a very stressful experience much more manageable. The lads turned up within an hour after I called for some emergency work and completed the job efficiently. As it was a fairly straightforward repair they only charged the agreed call out fee. They were thoroughly pleasant and I couldn't recommend them more.
True 4th emergency service! Adam and his colleague came to my rescue in the early hours of a Monday morning. Explained why my washing machine connector had failed and managed to switch the water off, even though it was totally seized!!! Highly recommend and the price was good considering the hour I called and the work was excellent.Thank you guys👍
I rang after the repair to our toilet was completed to let them know they had left a tool behind. I asked if they had seen the hand towel and the guy said no, he would check with the other guy. I found it with my bath towel, dirty and wet, bagged with packaging from the job and called them back. After saying he would ask the other one to call me, he hung up on me while I was still talking and then I could only get voicemail. Basic manners? No. Respect for the property of others? No. Customer service skills? Absolutely not. I could have given them old towels to use. I wouldn’t even have minded them saying sorry, they had grabbed the nearest thing at a tricky moment. Throwing people’s things away without telling them is weird. They have had plenty of time to call me back and apologise and have not. Update: Ryan rang me back a few minutes after I left my review and attempted to put things right. But what he said to me doesn’t add up. He said his phone had died and that’s why the call cut off at that point in the conversation. Although in my first call he said he hadn’t had my towel, this time he said that “when” he saw the towels he just assumed Adam had asked me for them and agreed it was fine to bin them after. I just want to be spoken to with honesty.
