They both had great attention to detail for their work and care for our flat, leaving it cleaner than when they arrived. They also noticed and replaced our old rusty stopcock, which has since improved our water pressure. Daniel came out to the property before to quote and assess the work and again after the work had been completed to check we were happy and knew how the new system worked. Pat was brilliant and managed to alter our plumbing to get us through 48 hours before the new pump could be fitted. Our heating stopped working, so I phoned Heywood Heating and they came out that day and replaced a motorised valve and also noticed the boiler was noisy so i could go to the boiler makers under warranty. When the boiler makers wanted the system flushed before replacing a part Heywards noticed their reason for wanting it refreshed was faulty and checked with the boiler technical people so I could push for the part to be replaced without reflushing the system because there was no need. Pleased to have had our third combi boiler in 20 plus years installed in Chiswick (third property) by Heywood Heating Ltd. Ryan & Jamie were a dream team who tidied up the existing pipework and laid a new gas supply line before installing and commissioning the new Vaillant ecoTEC plus 840 combi boiler with the protection kit and the remote SensoHome controls. Ryan came up with many little ideas that made the installation much less intrusive than the boiler it replaced, which he removed and disposed of, and ensured that the new expansion vessel was both out of the way of the boiler for maintenance and unobtrusive. Not a spot of green to be seen on the copper pipework afterwards. At the same time they replaced two older radiators with a triple and a double, making no mess despite having to extend the pipework slightly. At the same time, some 17 metres of trenching outside was required which was done efficiently without disturbing existing services, and has now been covered back up as if it never had been there. At all times the team took care to take their boots off inside and use dustsheets etc to protect the floors and furniture, and returned the area to original state at the end of each day. Very responsive to questions and always explained the trade-offs when input was required. The owner Daniel came around before the work was scheduled to look over the requirements and discuss the options before preparing the quote - which itself was detailed and concise. The whole time the process was relaxed and it felt like they were looking out for our best interests.

EMERGENCY BOILER REPAIR - Heywood Heating Ltd sent knowledgeable, courteous repairmen to our home the same day a gas leak forced CADENT to cut off our gas supply. We've just had our annual boiler service with Heywood Heating, who originally installed all our plumbing when we completely refurbished our house in West London a few years ago. They're ever so friendly and competent, going the extra such as bleeding radiators, giving advice on a faulty tap (not their fault) and how to fix it, etc. Another great aspect is that they seem to have little staff turnover, and it's always comforting to see that the guys who did the installation are still around and know about all the plumbing, drainage, etc. Highly recommended!

We contacted them for replacing our old boiler as soon as possible. They arranged a very professional inspection in few days (checks on pipe gas, water pressure, condense pipe .... ) provided us a very detailed and fair estimate that they fully respected. Heywood Heating carried out a professional machined power-flush to the existing heating system, in a very tidy and clean way, supplied and fitted a Vaillant Eco Tech Plus 825 together with protection kit and provided all the relevant certificates. Their installers were very competent and gave us a great sense of confidence in the firm. Hopeless after care! Used Heywood to service our boiler after moving into a new property at the cost of well over £100. Engineer was great, showed me how to top up boiler pressure (which he said shouldn't need to be done more than a few times a year) and said to get in contact if there were *any* issues and they'd come out. 2 months later and the boiler needs topping up pretty much every week so we get back in touch with Heywood expecting it will be easy to get someone over. However, they claim this issue can't be related to the maintainence and so insist on charging for a whole new job, despite the fact that they clearly didn't do their job properly if the boiler runs into issues so soon after they serviced it! When we queried this they stopped responding. Won't be using again.

Heywood Heating came and diagnosed an intermittent central heating fault - boiler wasn't lighting some mornings. They gave 2 estimates to fix it, depending on the amount of work required. The job was booked in for the day I requested and the system is now working fine. The engineers were knowledgeable, polite and tidy. The estimate, billing and payment process was efficient. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for.

The standard of the work carried out by Ryan James the Gas Engineer was extremely high and he worked methodically throughout the entire process. I engaged Heywood Heating just a few days ago to replace a siphon unit in my flush handle toilet and to unblock a washing machine waste pipe. I am so impressed with the professionalism of this company. A Heywood engineer was sent immediately to sort a hot water problem. The Vaillant boiler had an electrical fault and was a week or two out of guarantee. Heywood sorted things with Vaillant on my behalf, and one of their specialist engineers attended and fixed the fault the next day. During the recent cold weather we woke to have no water in the house- although they were extremely busy Daniel Heywood managed to attend to our property and diagnosed that we likely had a frozen T-pipe underground. We were given very good advice and right from the off the customer service was excellent- including a follow up call and a personal contact just in case the matter deteriorated. Office support is excellent and three different engineers have been professional, courteous, took great care to protect furnishings etc and a pleasure to have in your home (they even washed up the tea mugs when they finished!).
