I tried to use them for a thermostat installation, the guy was referred by someone. My job was urgent which I told them when I first spoke to them. They said yes no issues they will come the next day. After that I messaged, called and WhatsApped Farhad, he didn’t even have the courtesy to reply and say that he couldn’t do the job or anything. Just read my messages on whatsapp and ignored me. If this is the service before even providing the service I would beware of them and stay far far away.
A leaking, broken boiler was sorted out in a jiffy. Our tenants were facing a Winter weekend without hot water or heating. A late night call on Thursday diagnosed the problem and it was fixed before sundown on Friday. Absolutely fantastic and courteous service. Thank you. Rosie.

I had a faulty thermostat that I needed to get replaced quickly, since I couldn't even turn on the central heating. I contacted 'We Installers' and in the same day they came and replaced the thermostat. The communication was very easy and they replied to my requests straight away. They even provided different budget options for the thermostat which I greatly appreciate. The service was great! Thank you for the help!

If I could give them 10* I would. SO HAPPY!! We needed a full central heating renovation (new boiler, pipes, radiators...everything) and were very nervous as it was a big job and we didn't know anyone in London that could recommend us a good company.
