I expect like myself others have had a hell of a time locating a good trades man , in my case 4 weeks no hot water plumber after plumber makjng false promises and using inferior parts, i fjnally met Ben ( owner of Banwait Heating) from start tk end he was eztremly proffediknal and proactive starting my work at my house jmmediatly with his team. I ha e found a gem of a plumber who the needs of his customers and listens to me and exllained jn detail what he will do and how keepjnv me jnformed every stepnof the way. I very highly recommend Ben and his team of proffesionals for all and any plumbing, air conditioning and kitchen work. 11 out of 10 for all Banwait Heating did for my family!🫡
Been runninv around plumber after plumber getting no quality commjncation and service, until i met Ben (owner) of Banwait Heating. I explajned my issue as j had no hot water for oast 4 weeks he came same day provided a extremly competitive quote and began work the very next day, explaining step by step what and why be was doing certain things. What imressed me further was his attention to details even jobs i did not realise needed updating he carried out himself after showing me, i have found a reliable proffesional plumbing team with a great leader, Ben for everyhing and no doubt i will be calling again when needed. I have used Mr Banwaitt and his team a couple of times recently, both for my own home and for my parents, and all I can say is how they are exceptional! They recommended a great boiler for my new home, and went above and beyond fitting it as well as plumbing in an entire new heating system for me. They also did my bathroom plumbing and shower, my kitchen, the list goes on.. The work was A1 yet still very competitive. They then did my parents home which turned out fab! I visited Banwaitt Heating in Southall today Thu 07/05/2026 for urgent advice after our kitchen P‑trap pipe started leaking in the evening. Panic broke out at home because we couldn’t use the kitchen sink at all. The advice they gave worked perfectly — life is back to normal in the kitchen. "Huge thank you to the Banwaitt Heating team" 10/10 customer service, even though I didn’t purchase anything. The shop is beautifully presented and stocked with all essential heating and plumbing products.
I had new boiler installed, they finished job so quick and left no mess. I normally go for British Gas or others but this time i went with Balweitt Heating as i live close to their shop. Highly recommend Friendly and helpf staff, Ben explained everything in details i am well pleased

I cannot recommend Banwaitt heating enough . Probably the most conscientious professional people one could find . Genuinely knew and explained everything in great detail . Very busy unsurprisingly, but actually did respond to my initial queries and let me know what was happening every step of the way . Originally Ben went out of his way to try and save boiler which limped along . Then came very soon after to fit new boiler . Worked tirelessly to combat any issues found to ensure I was also happy with the end aesthetic result too . They barely stopped to have a drink and I literally had to force them to take lunch which was barely anytime . Lovely genuine man Ben who oversees and gets directly involved alongside co workers who worked tirelessly too . I know we are in good hands and they will be my go to from now on . My boiler gave way before the new year. I had 4 quotes in total. Banwaitt heating (Ben) from southall were the only people to give me a crystal clear quote. They delivered and installed my boiler 100 percent and beyond and picked up other potential issues which wasnt picked up by others who came to quote. They were clean and honest and left no mess on route and after installation. I would happily use/recommend them without any hesitation.
I had a great experience with Banwaitt Heating Services and would highly recommend them. Ben was extremely professional, punctual, and friendly from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. He replaced our boiler, identified a few underlying issues we weren’t aware of, and also sorted out the thermostats. The whole job was done efficiently and to a very high standard, with no mess left behind. It’s refreshing to deal with someone so knowledgeable and reliable. I’m very happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use Banwait Heating Services again or recommend them to others.

The guys at Banwaitt Heating are great! I came here almost 9 years ago before I moved out of the area and they were ever so helpful, not pushy at all and if they can help save money they actually will. They dont just sell you things and certainly don't undermine you. They listen and provide great advice. I popped in today 18th Nov, 2025 and was looking to address an issue with my instant hot water tap, the uncle there shared his expertise and insight on my issue and gave me some great advice. Sometimes its not all about making a sale, its the connection and customer service people remember. I will be refurbishing my home in a few months and I'll be returning here. Yes, I will be looking for a good deal, but with the kind of customer service they provide, I know I will be in good hands. Thank You so much!

Ben and his team were great. They take great pride in their work and are hardworking and tidy. They are priced well and I am happy with their work.
We previously used Banwaitt heating to put in our boiler and they did a good job. However, when we needed them to come to our house a few years later to service this boiler and check a few other plumbing issues, this is where we were appalled with their service. We asked about 5 times, they kept on promising they would come take a look, we even went to the shop and have been waiting over a month for them to come, to no avail. They didn't even contact us to let us know they weren't coming, we were just waiting around for someone to come. Maybe they were once a good company, very unprofessional now, I would not recommend them whatsoever, terribly unreliable.
I have got my new boiler and megaflo job done by Ben and his team. Very impressed by these guys as start to finish they have proved to be very helpful and professional by their time management, listening attitude and very courteous. Prices were very reasonable as compared to the few quotations, I received from other suppliers. I am simply happy beyond my expectations. Highly recommended.
I've been living in this area for over 15 Years , and didn't know this shop was here. Have seen their vans around but never checked to see where they were located.Boiler ordered yesterday afternoon , delivered to our home, the following morning before 9am. I would highly recommend you pay them a visit, all top brands stocked. Its not only the product range but also the advice you get, this is also very valuable.
