I would never use this company again. It’s owned by one person. He came over to service two units. One of them then developed a leak. He had to come again to fix this but charged £70 to fix something he broke. Then I got him to move one unit from a bedroom to the landing which he quoted for, i agreed and then he took two days to do this. After the first visit the aircon leaked and the pipe work outside was like a child draw a random path to follow. I then told him that was unacceptable and he had to fix it. He has left the pipe exposed in the bedroom after removing the unit. He window ledge near the stairs needs a repaint. The wall he installed onto now needs a full repaint. He has even chipped the wall to the point I need it filled. Then I find out after the second attempt that the unit is now broken and the adjustable flap doesn’t work properly. I completely regret using Pushpender and would never advise to use him. I am now going to be pursuing damages in terms of getting a professional to fix this and I will be sending him the bill.
