We have had the most fantastic service from these guys. They were able to hire and deliver us 3 air con units at short notice, so that a birthday party in a village hall with 25 kids could go ahead in a heatwave! Customer service via phone was really polite and informative, the quote I received was prompt and clearly itemised, the lovely man who delivered and installed the units couldn’t have been more helpful, and collection was totally fuss free. Couldn’t recommend highly enough - thank you 👍🏻 (I should also say - it’s unusual to find a firm that does domestic hire. A lot of companies I found will only hire to businesses.)

Thanks to the COVID impact, I had to at the last minute rearrange my birthday celebrations to take place in the garden in November! London Cool came to the rescue with a very effective outdoor commercial heater backed up by great service from this family run business. They even sent out someone early Sat evening to support me with some technical issues I was having getting it lit. As well as a large stock of outdoor heaters they can also supply all sorts of air conditioning units. Would 100% recommend. Thanks to Paul, Tammy and Ollie!
