We came back from holiday only to find a pipe had leaked onto our boiler and destroyed all the electrics a new boiler was required. A phone call to Nick at J and P and in two days Andy, one of his team arrived with a new boiler. By midday the new boiler was up and running and the leaking pipe had been repaired. A really professional job they left the kitchen spotless cannot praise JandP enough.

After receiving a quote I was booked in and confirmation sent of time and date. A polite young man turned up took his shoes off at the door and completed the job leaving my kitchen clean and tidy and my lovely new Taps installed I’m a very Happy Lady . We had a problem with water leakage beneath kitchen sink from a crack in old metal pipe which passed through wall to outside drain. Nick answered the phone promptly, we had the opportunity to show photos online, and he explained that it could be replaced with plastic piping. This was done the next morning and we're impressed with the neat work both under the sink and at the wall outside. The team have all been polite and friendly and we're very pleased with the result. Aqualisa Shower had given up due to a leak into the control sealed box .Called Nick and he came round and advised a new shower was needed . He arranged the new Aqualisa , fitted it and all within a day or so as had to wait for delivery of the new shower . Very happy with such a quick turnaround.
Nick and his team came to my rescue a couple of years ago when my electric shower packed up. They were responsive and sorted it out quickly but also thoughtfully. They’ve just completed a boiler replacement for me this week and again I couldn’t be more pleased. The team treats your home with care and respect, they’re polite and wonderful to deal with, every single one of them. They gave me advice on the best boiler for my home, listening to my needs and preferences. The installation was seamless, having several of them in to try and complete the job in a day and minimise disruption for us. They took the time to explain everything in detail afterwards, so I understood my new boiler and also how the warranty works. Nick and his team provided an excellent service! We called in need when our hot water tank started leaking over the Easter weekend and our insurance company sent a plumber who unnecessarily shut off the water source at our house. Nick attended swiftly, had one of his guys come back only couple hours later, contain the leak and turn the mains back on. A few days later his team replaced our hot water tank and heating programmer. Everyone who came to our house was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided answers to all our questions. Very happy with the service and we will definitely be in touch for any future jobs! Thank you!

T&P Services replaced the boiler at the apartment I am living in. The work was completed over 1 1/2 days and the team Gareth, Mike and Mitch provided a professional and quality service. I thought that the team worked well together, tidying up as then went, discussing issues and leaving the end result very neat and functional. Nick, the owner, was onsite as well a couple of times. Very professional company, my landlord uses this company for boiler services etc. Woke up to no hot water or heating. Nick was quick to respond and at very short notice got an engineer to us this afternoon. Gareth arrived professional and polite attitude, helpful also . Sorted the issue so quickly. Had problem with boiler Nick arranged one of his staff to come in the next day arrived at time stated nothing too much trouble fixed the problem very quickly always very respectful working taking care leaving no mess. J&P Services, Crawley, promptly came to the rescue, after a call to Nick, when we had a central heating issue. We had a previous diagnosis of sludge in the system, but Nick and his team also discovered that one of the valves was faulty. Even though classed as 'vulnerable', several local firms we contacted couldn't come earlier than 7-10 days, but J&P were able to assist within 3 days, providing a full day power flush and replacing the faulty valve. We were very comfortable with Mitch and Nick's apprentice son, Michael, in the house and they carried out the work thoroughly and efficiently. It was great to have properly working heating again and to know we can call on J&P for future needs.
Cannot fault them. Polite, courteous and on time. Boiler service thorough and checked items previous engineer (from a different company) didn’t check. Have been added to their reminder list for next year. Fantastic service!

Nick and his team moved 3 existing radiators and installed 3 new radiators. They replaced our 30 year old worcester combination boiler with a new wb combination. We had a couple of jobs done. Connecting a new sink to the hot water system and fitting basin and shower taps. We were extremely impressed with all aspects of the jobs, from initial quote to completion. Nick, Neil and Mitch were a pleasure to have in the house.
