Wow! It's not often you come across a team as thoughtful, utterly competent and efficient and James, brother Nick and assistant Rowan. Our original enquiry was followed up promptly, the site visit equally speedily; costed options where presented clearly and the concerns we expressed treated seriously and answered fully - with adjustments to the plan agreed. But the clincher, once on site for the installation, was James arriving with convincing arguments for returning to plan A... and he was right. Once installed, the interior unit is far less noticeable that it would have been on 'our' plan. Quick, tidy and even going the extra mile on a small add-on job - with a smile. We needed AirCon to help with my daughters health issues (ME/CFS) in terms of reducing temperature so she sleeps better. James was very patient in waiting for a suitable moment to undertake the survey - then helpful with helping me down-select the optimum option - e.g. that removes pollen etc. For installation he adjusted his working day to ensure no noise prior to her waking up (10.30am) and wore a facemask at all times to minimise risks to her. Clean and tidy as well as recommending the optimal aesthetics for installation - we are delighted and would highly recommend. The care he took, checking if he could proceed with drilling, wearing a mask - to minimise the impact on her was amazing. All his team were lovely, caring and worked hard. Their workmanship was excellent. I don't often leave reviews but wanted to reflect on a service which was above and beyond.

James and Nick worked professionally and to a very high standard. They responded to our initial and any further requests rapidly and with extensive knowledge and experience. They worked considerately and dealt efficiently and helpfully to an unexpected challenge. They left the house tidy and removed any debris and packaging. They are to be highly recommended.

A truly excellent and professional services that I would recommend to anyone. There years of commercial experience are clearly demonstrated through there clear communication and technically expertise. They provided an initial examination of the room (in which the Air con was being installed) for no charge and provided us all the information we needed to make our installation decision and provided a clear timeline for the installation of the unit. Thus for these reasons I would highly recommend the company.
