He was great throughout, came out to assess the job and explained everything clearly without making us feel like we were being oversold. We had a wall-mounted air conditioning system installed today by Baseline and are very happy with the whole experience. The two technicians arrived on time and completed the installation, testing, and commissioning all in the same day. They worked very neatly and kept the house as clean as possible during the drilling and installation process. We especially liked the trunking work outside in the garden — it looks really tidy and professional. Both technicians were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout. After the installation, one of them also helped set up the mobile app and explained clearly how to use the system. Overall, we are very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them!
