Updated review: 2 years later, we used Crown again but this time to extend our existing system. Another fantastic install, same as before, and still very very happy with the job that was done and the approach of the team! Original review: Absolutely flawless install from a great team, I'm so genuinely chuffed with the quality of the work and the attitude of the entire team throughout. Not only the neatness of the install but the cleanliness both inside and out...totally spotless. Dealing with Crown from start to finish has been nothing but a complete breeze. A highly professional and friendly outfit. I cannot recommend them highly enough, not even 5 stars cuts it. My sincere thanks to all the team.

This company is outstanding and I highly recommend. Mat was brilliant. He was polite , personable and happy to answer all of our questions. Mat also gave good advice on the unit to choose. The fitting was done by a young lady called Tracy who was absolutely fantastic. I have never seen a job so neat and I am super fussy. They are also registered Daikin fitters so this helps with any issues further down the line with the unit itself.

Really happy with the installation. Spent some time fine-tuning the location of the units with the team (who turned up on the dot). Then from that point on, they got on with the job, went through the commissioning process with me, and explained every feature of the system. We also went through the Samsung SmartThings app. All in all the installation could not have gone much better.

The guys at Crown AC are amazing - they completed full AC nstallatiin at our home a few years ago and it has worked brilliantly . The set up was perfect and so elegant . They were at pains to suggest the right solutions and were so helpful guiding us along the way. The after sales service and maintenance is also excellent. I can’t recommend them enough. We recently installed an extra AC we hadn’t realised we needed and the team were brilliant in supporting an ingenious installation approach which has worked so well - without impacting the aesthetics of the room at all. Just brilliant. Also to mention all the pipework and external units are positioned really neatly - they went the extra mile to do so !!! 5 stars from us !

We recently had Crown Air Conditioning handle the installation of our new Air Conditioning system, I couldn't be happier with the service! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to answer all my questions and ensured everything was set up perfectly. We went for a complex multi split system comprising of wall units and ducted, the units are smart home compatible and controlled from your smart phone anywhere. UPDATED: I approached Matthew for a job. At first he was very courteous and helpful. He came to site twice to provide a quote (because the house was not yet ready) and the the third time to start work. When he started the work, we agreed that another approach was required. I questioned the price ( we went from getting a cassette to a wall mounted unit which seemed to be less work and cheaper) and from then onwards he seemed to change. I emailed him with questions about the new approach and he replied saying: ' The internet prices are disproportionate to the prices we charge. The materials and labour charges are factored into our costs. I think the best way forward is for us to work out a cost for works completed to date and refund you the difference. You can then source another contractor that will work for you labour only and you can buy the equipment direct from the internet. ' I tried to call him several times to discuss it as I didn't want to use another contractor (because this would delay all other trades- I couldn't start plastering without the wiring being done) and he refused to pick up my calls and ignored me. Based on his response below it seems he was annoyed that I asked for clarification on the quote and then unilaterally decided to leave the job after starting the work. He then decided to keep £500 (without discussing how this related to the work completed). I had legitimate questions about the price and approach and instead of taking the time/ have the decency to talk to me Matthew pulled out the job with no explanation (apart from the one given below, which is that he was annoyed that I questioned the price). I ended up getting the job done with someone else who was far more transparent and provided a better price, explaining how it was broken down. But this delayed me by nearly 3 weeks and resulted in extra costs as we had to get the plastering team in again. I have been building my house for nearly 8 months and decided to leave this review at the end because my experience with crown has been the worst of any tradesperson I used as they left the job without having the decency to tell me why and leaving me to scramble to find another supplier, delaying my build. Poor service that left me in the lurch and very unprofessional.

We had two units put into our house in the kitchen and bedroom whilst doing other work on our house. It’s several years since Crown installed our system, so this review is well overdue. Crown were amazing and honest during the design phase, recommending to install one unit with hidden venting, instead of separate units. They were accommodating during a difficult house build, and stayed on quote for the project. Other companies who quoted, had crazy additional prices, but Crown were honest and great value. I would recommend this company, and have, to anyone thinking of getting air conditioning installed.

My builder and I were very impressed with Crown A/C. They worked very hard to provide us with 2 suitable A/C units within our budget, and worked well with the builders to figure out the best place to fir the outdoor condenser. The work is all top quality and I am really pleased with my 2 A/C units which can heat/cool the room efficiently. The outdoor unit is basically silent, and the quality of the work was first rate. They didn't leave any marks anywhere, and the pipework - which was complicated in my case looks to have been done very professionally and securely. I couldn't be happier with the product and level of service.

Provided an incredibly discrete solution for our master bedroom and other rooms / kitchen. The ducting has been installed very neatly. We Met Elliott to discuss our requirements he was very polite and professional and quickly provided a specification at a price that was very competitive. The work was scheduled for November 2022. We found the fit team to be very polite, friendly and professional whilst performing the installation, which was completed without hitch and very quickly.
