Reformed Plastics UK Ltd is praised for helpful, friendly service from enquiry through to delivery, with the team offering guidance, accommodating bespoke sizes and colours, and taking care with positioning products. Customers commonly mention sturdy, stylish garden furniture, picnic benches, planters, decking and other outdoor products made from recycled materials, valued for their long life, easy maintenance and resistance to rotting. One review raises a concern about customer service, but the wider feedback highlights reliable delivery and quality craftsmanship.
Thankyou to Martin and Dave really helpful when we came to choose the products we needed, delivering them at 7.30pm in the evening so we could have what we needed for the bank holiday weekend Highly recommend
Super garden table, bench and four armchairs. Very stylish, extremely comfortable and really sturdy. Excellent customer service. Very prompt delivery. Highly recommended.
David at Reformed Plastics was incredibly helpful throughout the process - from choosing which picnic benches to delivery. The benches look fantastic and our guests at the campsite love them. Even better that they are in line with our green credentials! I cannot fault them and would highly recommend - we're already thinking of ordering again!
What an amazing company to work with. Great staff and amazing products. Will definitely be using them again.
Fantastic! Dave and Andy are a pleasure to work with and the products are top quality!
When the work started Kris, Mike and Andy worked well and took their time to make sure everything was as they wanted it.
I can't recommend Reformed Plastics enough, David helped us with our bespoke table and working through the correct sizes and colour and also worked hard to accommodate a last tweak in size due to my last minute change of mind. Not only that the delivery team placed our new table in situ in the garden as I was not in, which was really nice to come home to. The table is solid and will last a lifetime without giving me the faff of having to sand down wood. Really happy with our choice. Thank you!
Once again sterling service and excellent craftsmanship from Reformed Plastics. Why buy planters every two to three years when they become frost-blown, broken or need treating? You can pay a bit more and never have to replace. Needed a couple of Olive tree planters. Just the job! Thank you David!
Just received our new picnic table which looks superb. The whole process from enquiring to ordering and receiving has been excellent. The quality and service provided by Reformed Plastics has been exceptional.
From first enquiry to delivery it has been a pleasure working with David and the team, they produce a quality product which can be amended to your own specifications if required, we will continue to use for all our furniture requirements for the foreseeable future and would highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing products and people, would not look any further. You will be looked after. Thank you team for everything you are doing 👍
Brilliant company - have supported our charity for years. Although prices are higher than other materials like wood, it's worth it, as they last forever!
Had Reformed Plastics products for several years including back garden decking & raised flower bed which are both brilliant as safe for the kids & easy to clean! Also double planter / bench, driveway grids & picket fence still looks like new and they were installed over 10 years ago!! Doesn’t rot, no painting or maintenance required at all, plus it’s all recycled - fantastic!!! Thank you Reformed Plastics 💚
An absolute pleasure to deal with. Been using these guys for a couple of years now.
THANK YOU DAVID AND THE TEAM, GREAT PRODUCT, EXCELLENT SERVICE, AND MANY THANKS FOR POSITIONING IT ALL WHERE WE WANTED IT IN BACK GARDEN. GREAT DELIVERY
Bad customer service, ignorant management
A very good product from recycled materials, say goodbye to painting and rotting garden furniture
