Specialised Tree Services

Professional and efficient, really happy with the work completed each time the team have been round.

I highly recommend Specialist Tree Services! They recently came out to prune a large eucalyptus tree for me and did an outstanding job from start to finish. The team arrived right on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the morning. I was especially impressed with how perfectly they cleaned up the site afterward. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and high-quality tree service, look no further. Five stars!

The boys arrived earlier than the appointed time, and worked so hard to make a fantastic job - thank you so much

I needed advice on a plant that wasn’t fairing well and Rob made contact and visited our property the following day. He arrived promptly and provided info to rectify the issues we had encountered that same day. Very impressive!

Work completed to a high standard on what was a really hard job. Really good value. Pleasant and friendly guys. Would use again.

The team did an amazing job tidying up our oak tree. Very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Professional, efficient and courteous. Excellent job, on time and more than happy with their work. I would totally recommend Rob and his team Zach, Jake and Francis!

Rob and his team have a total “ can do “ attitude. It is so refreshing. Reliable and dependable. Rob and his team do what they say they will do … How rare is that? A TPO tree required an inspection report and associated planning approval to best manage it. Within the week I had met Rob, his team had then been dispatched to photograph, review and analyse the tree .A report has now been compiled and submitted to BCP to support the planning regulations. This is such great service. Rob and his team will then hopefully return to complete the physical works to the tree once approved.

Great service from Rob and his team. Always quick to respond, fair pricing and excellent workmanship. Will be booking again next year!

Had to have silver birch removed as old and developed a problem. brilliant service from getting the TPO permission to the removal of the tree. wonderful service. highly recommended

Listened to our requests and did an amazing job on an overgrown lime tree .. and left the premises very clean.

I had Francis, Zack and Jake from Specialised Tree ServIces round to take down a 15m high cedar tree and clear a massive bush. I can’t fault them. All three were fantastic! They worked very hard all day to do it and chopped up the tree trunk for fire wood for me. They finally cleared everything and left my garden and drive cleaner than it was to start with. Their price was fantastic too compared to other quotes I got in the Poole area. Fantastic people who were very friendly and helpful and a very very good service. They get my highest recommendation for the work they did and how they left my place when they finished. I can’t fault their work. Fabulous and I’m very happy. Very well done guys and thank you!!

A really efficient and high quality service. Rob was able to come and quote the day after I rang. The quote was competitive and we booked the work in for about a fortnight later. Then a gap opened up and the work was brought forward by a week. The lads who carried out the tree removal were outstanding. Super-efficient and they tidied up beautifully. They even used the air blower on the neighbour’s car to remove any dust that might have landed on it! From first contact to completion was only nine days - brilliant! An excellent experience all round - highly recommended.

Reliable and swift tidy job

Great service. Turned up for the quote when expected. Came to the job on the day and communicated was running late. Best price, others trying to rip us off. Rob was friendly and honest. Lads were all polite and tidied up after themselves perfectly. Would recommend

Rob and his team came to our property yesterday to take down a sycamore tree that was causing an influx of green flies, blocking out a lot of light and leaving tree sap on our garden furniture, they did a fantastic job removing it, leaving the garden nice and tidy afterwards and the men who did the job were friendly and chatty, a pleasure to deal with and will always recommend Specialised Tree Services to anyone I speak to. Keep up the great work!

Excellent service and communications, the team did a great job and left everything neat tidy. Look no further than these guys

Dear Rob, thank you for sending Zak and your team of hard working men. They worked so well as a team and made such a difference to our back garden. We are delighted with the results. They worked at an energetic pace, were respectful, and took the necessary precautions. They cleaned up fantastically before they left. Your quote was so reasonable considering you removed trees and one was over 10 meters tall. As well as reducing our very tall Bay Laurels and Pittosporum trees by half their height. This has brought so much sunshine into our house and back yard. Thank you once again!!

STS have done a fantastic job today on my garden. The guys were lovely. Really polite and helpful and everything cleared up beautifully at the end of the job. The price was good and I am really pleased. I would definitely recommend them.

Just used Specialised Tree Services again. Great job of pruning my apple tree & very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend 😁

Great experience with Rob and the guys. Great price, really quick with all the right kit and protective equipment. Most importantly no mess left. All in all I would thoughroully recommend.

Specialised tree services have completed work over the years with removals, deadwooding, reductions and recently all my hedges and a tidy up ready for spring. Rob and his team always do a great job at a competitive price, clearing away everything after and the garden looks great. I would recommend 10/10.

Great job , nice and clean . Definitely recommend it .

Wow, fantastic service. Robert went out his way to be helpful. Would highly recommend and will be using again.

Excellent service! Arrived on time, did the work professionally and quickly and left everything spotless. Definitely recommended!

Very happy with the work done would definitely recommend

After being let down by other companies. I was recommended by a friend of mine to Rob. After one phone call he came round & was able to send me a quote within 24 hours, so I knew that he was going to be reliable to come round & do the job… they chopped down a very large tree that was only meant be just the branches but that lead to a bigger job due to the tree having a some sort of disease down the middle of it. Very Hard going for the guys but they did it in a professional manner. they were on time , friendly & efficient. Definitely would recommend them.

On time , professional , friendly , attentive and carry out all works as requested. Site left clean and tidy afterwards. Third time used over three years and they have consistently provided an excellent service.

Fantastic service and very friendly. They were very quick to remove a tree and we’re very efficient with clearing all of the waste. They also submitted a substantial case for the removal of some other trees. Would definitely recommend them.

We needed help when it was clear one of our Maple trees was at risk of coming down in the storms. I contacted 10 firms and Rob was quick to respond and come and assess the tree. A few things that really stood out and separated Rob and his team. Rob came back with a quote and plan the same day. He was able to take care of our tree the next day. His pricing was fair for the work, the urgency and, our peace of mind (some quotes we got were mad, some felt they came with extra premiums because the work was ticking extra boxes, some couldn’t do the job for 6 weeks). Some things that really stood out from Rob and the team. It felt we dealing with people not a company, rare but so refreshing. The team were considerate and respectful to our space, our neighbours, and the tree. They worked really hard and carefully. They checked in when they were finishing at the end of the day. It took over two days to take it down. When a fence was damaged they were disappointed, and Rob had already organized a fencer to come and repair. Rob kept me informed over the few days. Working with a Rob made the whole experience easier and less stressful. I’d highly recommend him.

I recently hired Rob Saxon tree surgeons to do some tree work on my trees.i couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and friendly. The team arrived on time and quickly got to work, making sure to protect the surrounding plants and structures. They handled everything with care and precision. Once the work was completed, they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving my garden looking even better than before. If you need any tree work done, I highly recommend them. They really know their stuff!

Rob’s team removed a silver birch tree which had blown over in the storm which was leaning on our neighbours fence. His team efficiently removed the tree at short notice, taking the wood for disposal. One of the chaps advised the problem which was caused by an underlying fungus and gave me some useful tips to care for my other trees in the garden. Would recommend and will be using Specialised Tree Services again in the near future.

I’m very glad that I was put in contact with Rob who was very attentive to my request. His team did a fantastic job. I’m very impressed how quick and efficient they were. I would recommend Specialised Tree Services without any hesitation !

First time dealing with this firm. Great super fast communication with Rob. Straightforward competitive pricing. Quick timescales. The guys were friendly, efficient & tidy. Would def use again. Highly recommend.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service, Very efficient and very reasonable price. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Rob and his team again.

Would highly recommend this company. Decided to go with Rob having been mucked about by another tree surgeon. Once we contacted him he came the next morning, which immediately made us feel very confident in using him. We have two very old and very large oak trees that required remedial work, both had preservation orders, which required planning permission, Rob put in the application next day. Work was carried out by two of his workforce. We couldn’t fault them, work carried out efficiently, without any disruption to us. All debris put in the chipper, and cleared away. Excellent job. Thank you.

Great service - quick response, good communications & great work. Thank you

Fast and efficient! Really impressed with the service and friendliness

Robert came out and did a job for us recently. He was absolutely fantastic. Very polite, professional and efficient. As well as a nice chap to boot. I would definitely recommend to others.

Competitive pricing. Local company. Tree dispute with neighbour. They were Professional and Friendly. Lovely bunch of guys. Very polite. Respectful of my requirements whilst being aware of neighbours anxiety. Tidied up debris afterwards. Couldn't have chosen a better company. Highly recommend this Company and will use them again in the future. Very happy customer.

Excellent overall service provided, from initial consultation to work completion. Fare overall cost and good clean-up. Highly recommend. Customer……MJC.

Top service from Rob and his team. Brilliant job, did exactly what we needed and were very tidy. Highly recommend.

Couldn't be happier with the work carried out.

Rob and his guys are very responsible for their job. They made sure that we were happy with the job done before they left. Great service. Would strongly recommend these trustworthy guys.

I used to use Rob for my huge magnolia tree, which he pruned & trimmed for years to perfection. I’ve since moved out of area and recently recommended to a neighbour, who has been give ridiculous quotes! She is overjoyed! Once again Rob has done a great job, travelled miles, arrived on the day & on time & given a reasonable price, Thank you Rob!

I would highly recommend STS to anyone needing tree work done. I will definitely be using them again.

Rob's team were efficient, punctual and knowledgeable. Just a bit of debris left after the job but I'm very happy overall. Will use again.

I’ve used this company many times over the years and cannot recommend them highly enough…Rob and his team have just completed a lovely job on my cherry blossom…fast, polite and very skilled at what they do! Thanks again!

I have used Specialised Tree Services on several occasions and Rob and his team have always delivered an exceptional service. They are hardworking, reliable and always do an amazing job and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic service for a very reasonable price. The guys turned up when they said they would, made the grounds look fantastic and cleared all rubbish with them. Perfect.

Great service from Rob and the lads making safe the large protected Oak overhanging my property. He took care of contacting the council about the TPO saving me the hassle Would recommend to anyone

We have worked with Rob and his team for a number of years, we have always found them to be responsive, trustworthy, approachable and extremely competitive. Would highly recommend Specialised Tree Services.

Had there services round today they did a great job very happy with there work and would definitely use them again in future.

Great service from Rob and his hard working team. Polite, friendly and did a great job in removing dead branches on our protected oak tree. We will use them again and would always recommend them.

Robbie is a very polite, efficient and professional tree surgeon who does a great job for the money. We would definitely recommend him and use him again.

They came on time and quickly removed the tree and trimmed the hedge.left all clean and clear. Would recommend them

Rob and his crew are polite, professional and tidy and did a great job on my overgrown tree,it looks so much better now. Many thanks!

Just watched these guys blow debris across the street and not even attempt to clean it up, spit in the street then relieve themselves in the back of their wagon. All on a residential street. I am not a customer as Indicated when I left the review, but that doesn’t change what was clearly observed.

Excellent. No fuss, polite and friendly. Did a brilliant job at a good price. Very satisfied with their work.

Excellent value for money. Superb job trimming large trees and tall hedges which we cant access. Quick, neat and transformed the gardens front and rear. Our neighbour was impressed so enquired on the spot. Rob is a true professional, he listens and makes sure he shapes things to suit your needs such as light, shelter, privacy. We have been using Specialised Tree Services for a few years and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great service, professionally carried out. Willingness to go above and beyond the initial job plus further helpful suggestions given. Happy to recommend to all.

Specialised Tree Services have performed a number of tree removals, dead wooding and reductions at my property. All of which have been very satisfactory - the surveys and quotes were timely and reasonable. All necessary planning applications for the TPO's were submitted to the council and the work done in an efficient and meticulous way. The garden looks fantastic thanks to Rob and his team. I would have no reservation in highly recommending their services.

Robbie has been chopping, lopping and trimming for me over a number of years and in a number of locations. Robbie and his crew are polite, friendly, efficient and thoroughly trustworthy. I have never found a company to beat him on price. What I find truly refreshing is his obvious love of the trees and shrubs he is dealing with, offering advice, often to the detriment of his own pocket! I can not recommend his services highly enough.

Out of control leylandii on 3 sides of our back garden which I needed some help with. Friendly service, all trimmed and looking neat for the summer. Great advice given on how to improve further, so will be back to bring the height down when advised. Thankyou.
