Which was hanging over my boundary. Looks so much better 🙂 And the guy who did the work. He did an amazing job. And very polite too. The price was good too. Thanks to Rob and his team for a brilliant job from start to finish. We needed our hedges (laurels) trimming which had become unruly and too tall, as well as my parents house which needed a complete tidy up as their hedges had become very overgrown and we needed to prepare the property for sale. Rob and his team came highly recommended and from start to finish they were very professional. Great comms, Rob was able to fit me in quickly for a quote, they were punctual at all times and a really friendly, polite and courteous team, the work was carried out seamlessly and the gardens were both left tidy and with nice sharp looking hedges. They were great with offering advice as we didn’t want to cut some of the hedging back too far and leave them too bare, we’re really happy with the results and will definitely be using them again for an annual trim and will be recommending them too. Rob and his team have a total “ can do “ attitude. It is so refreshing. Reliable and dependable. Rob and his team do what they say they will do … How rare is that? A TPO tree required an inspection report and associated planning approval to best manage it. Within the week I had met Rob, his team had then been dispatched to photograph, review and analyse the tree .A report has now been compiled and submitted to BCP to support the planning regulations. This is such great service. Rob and his team will then hopefully return to complete the physical works to the tree once approved.

Listened to our requests and did an amazing job on an overgrown lime tree .. and left the premises very clean.
I had Francis, Zack and Jake from Specialised Tree ServIces round to take down a 15m high cedar tree and clear a massive bush. I can’t fault them. All three were fantastic! They worked very hard all day to do it and chopped up the tree trunk for fire wood for me. They finally cleared everything and left my garden and drive cleaner than it was to start with. Their price was fantastic too compared to other quotes I got in the Poole area. Fantastic people who were very friendly and helpful and a very very good service. They get my highest recommendation for the work they did and how they left my place when they finished. I can’t fault their work. Fabulous and I’m very happy. Very well done guys and thank you!!
A really efficient and high quality service. Rob was able to come and quote the day after I rang. The quote was competitive and we booked the work in for about a fortnight later. Then a gap opened up and the work was brought forward by a week. The lads who carried out the tree removal were outstanding. Super-efficient and they tidied up beautifully. They even used the air blower on the neighbour’s car to remove any dust that might have landed on it! From first contact to completion was only nine days - brilliant! An excellent experience all round - highly recommended.

Rob and his team came to our property yesterday to take down a sycamore tree that was causing an influx of green flies, blocking out a lot of light and leaving tree sap on our garden furniture, they did a fantastic job removing it, leaving the garden nice and tidy afterwards and the men who did the job were friendly and chatty, a pleasure to deal with and will always recommend Specialised Tree Services to anyone I speak to. Dear Rob, thank you for sending Zak and your team of hard working men. They worked so well as a team and made such a difference to our back garden. We are delighted with the results. They worked at an energetic pace, were respectful, and took the necessary precautions. They cleaned up fantastically before they left. Your quote was so reasonable considering you removed trees and one was over 10 meters tall. As well as reducing our very tall Bay Laurels and Pittosporum trees by half their height. This has brought so much sunshine into our house and back yard. Thank you once again!!

After being let down by other companies. I was recommended by a friend of mine to Rob. After one phone call he came round & was able to send me a quote within 24 hours, so I knew that he was going to be reliable to come round & do the job… they chopped down a very large tree that was only meant be just the branches but that lead to a bigger job due to the tree having a some sort of disease down the middle of it. Very Hard going for the guys but they did it in a professional manner. they were on time , friendly & efficient. Definitely would recommend them.

We needed help when it was clear one of our Maple trees was at risk of coming down in the storms. I contacted 10 firms and Rob was quick to respond and come and assess the tree. A few things that really stood out and separated Rob and his team. Rob came back with a quote and plan the same day. He was able to take care of our tree the next day. His pricing was fair for the work, the urgency and, our peace of mind (some quotes we got were mad, some felt they came with extra premiums because the work was ticking extra boxes, some couldn’t do the job for 6 weeks). Some things that really stood out from Rob and the team. It felt we dealing with people not a company, rare but so refreshing. The team were considerate and respectful to our space, our neighbours, and the tree. They worked really hard and carefully. They checked in when they were finishing at the end of the day. It took over two days to take it down. When a fence was damaged they were disappointed, and Rob had already organized a fencer to come and repair. Rob kept me informed over the few days. Working with a Rob made the whole experience easier and less stressful. I’d highly recommend him.
I recently hired Rob Saxon tree surgeons to do some tree work on my trees.i couldn't be happier with their service.From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and friendly. The team arrived on time and quickly got to work, making sure to protect the surrounding plants and structures. They handled everything with care and precision. Once the work was completed, they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving my garden looking even better than before. If you need any tree work done, I highly recommend them. They really know their stuff!
Rob’s team removed a silver birch tree which had blown over in the storm which was leaning on our neighbours fence. His team efficiently removed the tree at short notice, taking the wood for disposal. One of the chaps advised the problem which was caused by an underlying fungus and gave me some useful tips to care for my other trees in the garden. Would recommend and will be using Specialised Tree Services again in the near future.

Would highly recommend this company. Decided to go with Rob having been mucked about by another tree surgeon. Once we contacted him he came the next morning, which immediately made us feel very confident in using him. We have two very old and very large oak trees that required remedial work, both had preservation orders, which required planning permission, Rob put in the application next day. Work was carried out by two of his workforce. We couldn’t fault them, work carried out efficiently, without any disruption to us. All debris put in the chipper, and cleared away. Excellent job. Just watched these guys blow debris across the street and not even attempt to clean it up, spit in the street then relieve themselves in the back of their wagon. All on a residential street. I am not a customer as Indicated when I left the review, but that doesn’t change what was clearly observed.

Specialised Tree Services have performed a number of tree removals, dead wooding and reductions at my property. All of which have been very satisfactory - the surveys and quotes were timely and reasonable. All necessary planning applications for the TPO's were submitted to the council and the work done in an efficient and meticulous way. The garden looks fantastic thanks to Rob and his team. Robbie has been chopping, lopping and trimming for me over a number of years and in a number of locations. Robbie and his crew are polite, friendly, efficient and thoroughly trustworthy. I have never found a company to beat him on price. What I find truly refreshing is his obvious love of the trees and shrubs he is dealing with, offering advice, often to the detriment of his own pocket! I can not recommend his services highly enough.
