A very large branch fell from our liquidambar tree without warning. We phoned this company, recommended by a friend, and despite being very busy (as all tree surgeons are with our hot dry weather), they sent two people out early the following morning. Within an hour or so they had cleared the branch and debris, and removed everything. Their people were friendly, helpful and, above all, efficient. We were very impressed and grateful for their efforts. More work will be needed on the tree when time allows - they will certainly be getting the job.
Two very courteous young men visited to grind away a Fatsia shrub stump that had proved impossible for me to dig out using conventional garden tools. They used a pedestrian stump grinder in a very confined space avoiding damage to a fence, a metal manhole cover and a brick edged border. Screens were placed around the work site to contain the stump grindings. All was tidied up after the work was completed. I am very satisfied with the work particularly as two other tree surgeon companies wouldn’t quote for the job due to the limited access. Would thoroughly recommend.

Recently had work carried out by Sams team felling an removing two trees and reducing the height of a conifer hedge to make it more manageable for me. Callum & Guy were well presented and it was nice to see that they were kitted out properly, from head to toe in the correct protective attire. Having briefed them as to what work we required, i kept out of their way as much as i could ( other than checking on their welfare and needs) and if there was any slight deviation in our original brief, they would always consult with me first before proceeding They did a fantastic job tidying up the hedges and trees in our garden and they were very respectful of our wishes , to maintain the privacy that existing trees and hedges etc, gave our garden from neighbouring properties. They tidied up any loose branches and fruit etc afterwards in our garden in any neighbouring properties where debris may have fallen and they needed access. Our neighbours were impressed, as were we, this the way they carried out their task and the finished result. I would happily recommend " S. Draper Tree Specialists " to anyone. Sam and his team are great, they are all very polite and helpful guys and did such a good job topping and trimming our huge conifer tree and over grown front hedge. And they left everywhere cleaner than it was when they arrived! I've used them before and will continue doing so as well as recommending them to others.
Very impressed with how safely, quickly and efficiently the team cut down our large, rotting weeping willow tree even during awful weather. They also tried their best to clean up the sawdust even when the rain was against them. Reasonable price and fast service from quote to works. This is the second year I have had Sam and his team in to cut trees. They do an excellent job, neatly cutting them, which can’t be easy when the trees are so tall. All cuttings are removed from site and the area left tidy. Can’t fault them and highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Sam and his team highly enough. Another company told me it would take 4 men 2 days - Sam’s 2 men did the same job in less than 1 day, cleared everything and were so lovely. These are the tree surgeons for you! Conifers and laurel are now looking fab after 4 years of neglect!

I have used Sam and his team on a couple of different occasions to cut down a tree and remove tree stumps. On both occasions the team have been punctual, polite, protected the area from machinery and I was really happy with the outcome.
