Do my traders need to be tech savvy to use it?
No. The app opens straight to today's jobs with everything laid out, so if they can use a phone they can use this, with nothing to set up on their side.
What if there is no signal at the property?
They can still view the job details and capture photos and certificates. Everything syncs the moment they are back in coverage, so nothing is lost.
Do my traders type up job reports?
No. They speak it. The app fills in the work carried out, what is left and any parts needed from what they say, and they check it before finishing the job.
How do customers get the live arrival time?
The customer's job link shows the live arrival time from real traffic and routing. There is no app for them to download.
