I couldn’t be happier with the work Matt did on my kitchen tiles. He took on a design he had not worked with before and absolutely nailed it with precision and care. The finish is immaculate and has completely transformed the space. Matt was also incredibly flexible when I misunderstood the original quote. He went out of his way to rearrange his schedule and came back to complete the job exactly as I had hoped. That kind of commitment and professionalism really stands out. It was also lovely to see him working alongside his niece, who was with him on work experience. He was patient, encouraging and clearly a fantastic mentor.
