We had a fantastic experience choosing our tiles here! A huge thank you to Karen, whose customer service and support were top-notch throughout our visit. They have an incredible selection - we were looking for both bathroom and patio tiles and were blown away by the variety. It was amazing to see so many tiles already laid out on the floor, so you can actually walk over them and get a real feel for how they look in a space. We left with plenty of great options and decisions to make! Definitely worth a visit.

Toyah was really helpful & informative. She understood our budget constraints and didn’t try to unnecessarily upsell or push more expensive options which I’m always wary of when visiting showrooms. It’s a lovely showroom and great space to see all the tiles in person.
Best showroom for when choosing tiles. I was looking for outdoor tiles, which this company have laid out, outside on a big area to help visualise your project. Was good to be able to walk on the tiles rather than just see them stuck on an ‘upright board’ as seen in other showrooms. Friendly staff. Went away with free samples to compare with bricks at home. Would definitely recommend. Only downside is showroom is somewhat hidden from road but worth finding.

Max was fantastic in helping source the tiles we were looking at for our renovation project, Max kept us regularly informed on quantities and ultimately securing us with exceptional tiles, delivered in a manner that was suitable for our project. We also visited the Surrey showroom, great display of tiles and knowledgable staff. Great to see tiles in full form, so you can see what they will look like laid, vs receiving small samples. We'd like to say thank you to Jack in customer service for his for his help with our recent purchase. We needed to replace the pavers on a set of steps, but our exisitng travertine paving had been discontinued. Jack came up with a very good match, which looks great with the exisitng pavers. The pavers arrived on time and in good condition and we now have a set of lovely new steps! I would also like to compliment Pascoe Tilers, who were recommended by the Quorn team in Merstham. We met all 3 generations of the family and they were all very polite, skilled and hardworking. They made a beautiful job of our steps as well as sealing and grouting our existing travertine terrace. They have transformed it beyond our wildest expectations! They left everything clean and tidy and were a pleasure to have around. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
After visiting the Surrey store to choose tiles for our historical farmhouse, Tess was point of contact in the store. Careful considerations allowed us to fit and finish the large kitchen and hallway with stone effect porcelain tiles, very competitive pricing, easy ordering and delivery allowed us to make the right choice for our renovation works, extremely pleased with our fabulous tiled floor ! thank you Tess and the team at Quorn Surrey Stone.

Always looking for that quality retail experience. Well here it is. Possibly the smartest and brightest showroom for flooring /stone/tiling I have ever visited. Beautiful space flooded with natural light. What a lovely team of people. From the young lady who assisted with our enquires to the the guy who printed my plan and the person who made us the lovely coffee. All just such polite great professionals. Product offer is outstanding and there is no doubt that we will be placing our orders for both the shower room and kitchen in the next three months with Quorn

So pleased we found Quorn Stone Surrey, fabulous show rooms and literally spoilt for choice with their selection of Limestone Slabs and finishes for our garden project. Shout out to Max who was so knowledgeable and helpful and who made the process of choosing and ordering the right slabs so easy.
Only giving 1 star because, unfortunately, zero wasn’t an option. It’s a real shame because Quornstone’s products are genuinely lovely. Their stock management and customer service, however, seem to be entirely separate departments from reality. On three separate occasions, we ordered tiles, Quornstone happily took payment, and then shortly afterwards emailed to say there wasn’t enough stock to fulfil the order. Apparently, checking whether products actually exist before taking customers’ money is too much to ask. On one occasion, we even asked them to calculate how many tiles we’d need for our wall. We were reassured there would be enough. There wasn’t. We ended up with half a tiled wall and were then informed that the tiles were out of stock for at least another 12 weeks. Their solution? We should simply change the pattern and style we’d chosen… despite half the wall already being completed. Not an apology in sight. Just an explanation that they were “in a difficult position.” I would suggest being left with half a wall tiled because of your mistakes is also a fairly difficult position for the customer. The lack of accountability from the Surrey store was astonishing. We were passed to the regional manager, who was equally unhelpful. When exactly the same thing happened again, we received no apology, just a link to some “similar” tiles. By that logic, if you ordered a BMW and received a link to a Ford because they’re both cars, I suppose that would be acceptable too. I genuinely cannot understand how a company operating at this level can have such poor stock control and customer service. Needless to say, they won’t be getting my business for our upcoming patio and driveway. Ironically, Mandarin Stone managed to source the very tiles Quornstone claimed weren’t available anywhere in the country. They were organised, responsive, and significantly more helpful. They also somehow managed to deliver without charging £60 for the privilege. Beautiful tiles. Shame about everything else.
Tess was so so helpful and made our experience so wonderful! She made such an effort with our little puppy too and it was so welcoming! The space is amazing and so premium! I could have picked up the display and put it into my garden.

I went to Quorn Stone to try and work out which tiles would be good in a bathroom I’m renovating. Tess was really helpful and I even got a cup of tea and some biscuits to aid the decision making process. It’s a great showroom with lots of things installed so you can see the finished effect.

Max was amazingly helpful and gave us some great information about paving and how to look after it. Do not trust Google maps directions though! It's on the A23 - do not try and access from the M23 motorway! These directions are dangerous!
I visited Quorn Stone, Redhill. They have a beautiful collection of tiles, but not so many you are drowing in options. Kama was incredibly helpful and patient as we talked through ideas and options together and now waiting for my samples to see which combinations will work best! Thank you!

Terrible, terrible service. Majority of tiles are out of stock with long or no lead times and you only find this out when just about to place an order. They then try to make you pick 3rd or 4th choice based on stock they are trying to shift. We ordered and paid for tiles, waited 10 weeks for delivery, at 8 weeks had confirmation that they were arriving as agreed. The week of delivery heard nothing. Phoned and was told that they were not coming in / had been delayed with no date and would we like to select an alternative? With no apology. Yeah….No we don’t. High end prices, lowest level of service. Avoid.
Karen was so friendly and showed us around the showroom and provided all the pros and cons between real stone and porcelain, we even got tea and biscuits and water for the dog. We were spoiled for choice with so many fabulous tiles to choose from.
Found quorn stone online. Was looking for kitchen and bathroom tiles. 1st spoke to AJ whom suggested a selection of tiles based on our telephone conversation. I called and set an appointment, AJ wasn't in the show room when I arrived for my appointment, I dealt with Jack. Jack was very helpful suggesting alternative to tiles I had seen online. we narrowed the selection down, was able to take some samples with me, those that weren't in stock were sent very quickly. I will definitely be dealing with this company to buy our tiles. Quality and range of tiles was extensive. As I customer I felt that I wasn't rushed in my decision, even when changing my mind on several times!
Upsold me a load of adhesive and wouldn’t return when I tried to return it as I’d purchased it from elsewhere definitely won’t be shopping here check their returns policy before shopping here they wiggle their way out.

I had a great experience with the Surrey showroom team. Karen was incredibly supportive and understanding while helping me choose tiles for my bathroom project. I felt quite overwhelmed by the number of options, but she patiently guided me through everything. I even visited the showroom twice before making my final decision, and she was just as helpful each time. I’d also like to thank Claudia, Senior Customer Support Advisor, who assisted me after I placed my order. She helped modify it by adding an additional type of tile and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. My tiles have now been safely delivered, and I’m really looking forward to starting the renovation and seeing them installed.

We went to Quorn Stone looking for various internal tiles & external paving. There was an excellent array on display and Ahmed Jamal (AJ) provided excellent service. He was friendly, listened to our needs and knew the products well.
I had a lot of back and forth chats with Jack from the Surrey branch, and while we didn’t end up using Quorn Stone for our tiles (due to stock and time constraints), the service I received was excellent. We have more renovations coming up requiring tiles, and will definitely be exploring more Quorn Stone products in the near future. Really great service overall, just didn’t work out this time!

Absolutely shocking experience. From start to finish. First delivery date moved 24hrs before. 2nd delivery date - no show. Nil communication. I had to chase. 3rd delivery date after a lot of fuss was missed on timing by over 1.5hours. Passed between x7 different people. Avoid avoid avoid if you are after a reliable partner or one with any form of customer service. Hours of my time wasted trying to chase them. Literally hours. And multiple paid labourer hours wasted. Updated after the below response from company. The feedback is inaccurate again on a number of accounts. The items were never delivered by a forklift. In the end I took them off the truck myself from outside of my own front door.
With very much disappointment, we drove 4 hours return trip to visit this branch to be told on arrival that “we are closed for refurbishment “. When your status is open on your google page while you are actually closed for refurbishment isn’t great. You wasted our day - very disappointed. It’s simple, when you can’t welcome customers change your status to closed.

A lovely visit to this beautiful foundry showroom. We were welcomed by Katie who listened carefully to our needs and gave us invaluable advice on flooring types, colours, laying patterns and grouting methods. Being able to feel and stand on the tiles - as well as seeing them in natural light - makes the choice much easier. I'd advise not to order without a visit - we totally changed our minds on what we thought we wanted. Thanks Katie for looking after us!

We’re at the early stages of updating our bathroom, but visiting the Surrey showroom was a great first step. This was the first place I looked for tiles, and I don’t expect I’ll need to look anywhere else, the range is incredibly extensive and the tiles themselves are beautiful. Ahmed was particularly helpful: knowledgeable, approachable, and happy to talk me through options without any pressure. The whole experience was super relaxed and it was so helpful being able to take free samples home. Looking forward to the next steps!

Alexandra was hugely helpful when I visited the Surrey showroom, advising on tile options, checking stock availability and arranging delivery quickly and efficiently. The showroom is the best I have visited for being able to see flooring laid in different formats and in natural light too.
I ordered stone from Quorn Stone in July and have been waiting until December, only to be told they will not deliver because they think my house has difficult access – without even visiting to check. We’ve just rebuilt our house and had no issues delivering 20 full-size skips, bricks, and steel, so this excuse is unacceptable. They could have raised this concern when I placed the order or at least come to inspect and find a solution, but they refuse. Very disappointing service and poor communication.

I am extremely disappointed with the tiles I received. They look old and discolored—about 80% of them! I specifically asked for the tiles I saw in the showroom, but what I got is unacceptable. The builder told me to request a refund, but I was informed that refunds are only offered on the day of delivery. This is ridiculous! Avoid this company if you value quality and customer service.

The tiles are stunning and the quality is just superb. We’re absolutely over the moon with the finished newly tiled floor. We visited the Surrey showroom last week and had a great experience. Julie helped us find the outdoor porcelain tiles that best suited our needs and ordered some samples for us. Quorn Stone outdoor porcelain tiles look really beautiful when seen in-person and just like natural limestones. We compared them to other brands, including well-known high-end brands, and found that Quorn Stone’s products are the best. We highly recommend visiting the showroom and you won’t regret it!

I requested a quote early this morning and received it straight away, with prompt delivery arranged for a job on a very tight deadline. Excellent service as always – highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful experience visiting Quorn Stone in Surrey. Seeing all the stone laid out is perfect for indecisive buyers like us, and the showroom itself is beautifully laid out with lots of choice. However, what truly made our visit exceptional was Faith, the lovely sales lady who assisted us. Faith was extremely knowledgeable about the stone options, the process and differences between the stones we were looking at, and the company’s values and history. Her thoughtful guidance helped us feel confident in our choices, and nothing ever felt rushed or pressured, despite it being a busy day! Faith even helped us think about our next project - the bathrooms! The coffee and biscuits were such a lovely touch—it made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal & the biscuits and play table kept our children happy whilst we finalised our decision with Faith. It’s rare to find someone who combines genuine warmth with such expertise, and we left feeling truly cared for and excited about the next steps. We’re so glad we made the trip and would wholeheartedly recommend both the showroom and Faith’s expert help to anyone considering stone for their home. Our only suggestion to Quorn would be the option of larger samples being available, even if these are sold or borrowed… (and more samples to be able to walk away with, which would save on the postage cost for Quorn, and of course the environmental impact!)

Visited the Quorn showroom in Merstham on Saturday and despite being an hours drive it was well worth the effort. A superb showroom with samples in situ making decision making that much easier. Coupled with the excellent service by Luke who was so knowledgable on all the products and we felt confident that Quorn understood what we were trying to achieve and had the products to match.

This was our second lengthy visit to Quorn stone to decide on tiles for our kitchen and dining room project as well as the external areas (further down the line). Firstly, the ranges on show as well as kept in stock was very impressive. Secondly, the time and expertise afforded to us by Kyle and AJ today as well as Chante l on our earlier visit was fantastic. Such a pleasure to visit the Surrey showroom today, we wish we had found Quorn sooner. Luke talked us through the different types of stone for our patio, told us the advantages and disadvantages, answered all our questions (we had quite a few) and left us to browse for as long as we needed. Follow up email arrived the same day. The showroom is set in a renovated foundry which is a beautiful place to visit, we had a great customer experience and wholeheartedly recommend Quorn.
Our visit to Quorn Stone more than fulfilled our expectations. They have an excellent display and choice of products and we were attended by Luke who we found really knowledgable and helpful. We could not have asked for better service.

Kirstie did a great job, clearly setting out the characteristics of different flooring types and navigating through the many different options. The showrooms are spacious with a good mix of natural and artificial light which presents the flooring in a realistic setting. A really nice space to be in.

Had a really positive experience at the Merstham showroom on Friday afternoon. I didn’t get the name of the guy who greeted us but he was friendly and very welcoming. He left us to browse which was what we had requested. The showroom is very relaxing and aesthetically pleasing with a great selection of quality tiles on display. When we needed some advice we spoke to Will who was excellent - so helpful without being pushy. He was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the different tiles to us. We came away with a few samples and feeling reassured that we would definitely buy from Quorn Stone. Highly recommend the company and the products.

Lovely showroom with a wide range of flooring tile to look at. Knowledgeable agent who was able to point us in the direction to choose the correct flooring. Only thing I would improve is the signage from the road as very difficult to see on the other side of the road whilst driving.
After receiving quickly the samples in the post we decided to pop in the showroom, Luke welcome us on arrival and then show us all the options, Luke has grate knowledge of all the product and quickly work out the cost and email everything over on the same day . Excellent shown room and amazing help full staff well worth a visit.

We visited the showroom as we wanted to see the tiles we wanted to buy ‘in the flesh’ before placing our order. We were greeted by Carrie and she made sure she talked us through all our options and guided us towards the best tiles for our budget, design and colour scheme. Can’t fault the service we received and we’re really pleased with our floor tiles.

Choosing a material for our patio was, time-consuming, exhausting, and confusing! We obtained several quotes based on recommendations and a considerable amount of research. We thought that we had decided until we visited Quorn Stone in Merstham and met Luke. Luke is simply brilliant, and the showroom is wonderful as it allows you to visualise the product. Luke took us through all the options, challenged our thinking and was always balanced when making suggestions. He is completely customer centric, knowledgeable, and solutions focused. He kept us fully informed and was always available to answer any questions.The result is our beautiful patio in Sorrento Aged-Tumbled Limestone which we absolutely love. Worth the journey to visit the showroom as they do both Natural stone and Porcelain so you can see a super range and get great advice on what suits your lifestyle. Nothing like being able to see all the tiles laid to truly see the colour and texture in a way you just can't tell from samples.

We have had a Dijon Tumbled Limestone floor fitted in our new kitchen and we are delighted with the quality of the limestone and excellent service from Kirstie and the team at Quorn Stone.
We hadn't booked an appointment and Marie was very proactive in helping us from the moment we walked in the door. We had visited a different tile shop in Sevenoaks the weekend before and it was hard work to get the staff to come and help us. Tile shopping is hardly my idea of fun, but Marie was knowledgeable, helpful, transparent with the prices and made the process easy for us. There was a wide range to choose from and the shop was well laid out. In and out in less than an hour, order made and happy customers. We look forward to having our new patio with our beautiful tiles soon.

Beautiful showroom with a big range of tiles. It really helped us seeing large tiled sheets to work out which size, colour and finish suited us best. Marie at the showroom was helpful and patient and with her help we managed to choose our bathroom tiles. There was a little playcorner in the showroom for the kids. The showroom is very difficult to find - we had to call to get directions. Nevertheless, it was worth it as it is an amazing space.
We are are the start of our tile sourcing journey. My initial contact with Luke was by email, but today we visited the showroom and were really impressed with the selection on offer as well as the knowledge and helpfulness of Luke and all the staff. We will not be looking anywhere else for our flooring. The only difficulty we have now is choosing what we want!

Having requested some samples, which were sent out very quickly, it was great to be able to view the tiles in the showroom. There are large displays of natural stone and porcelain tiles, so very helpful to visualise how they will look in your project. Communication with Kirstie was excellent, both prior to my appointment and on the day. I’m looking forward to seeing the tiles I ordered when my kitchen is complete. Very friendly service and would definitely recommend a visit to the showroom!!

Really nice company to do business with and a great range - I hesitate to use the word "tiles" because they are so different to the average tile shop as to feel like a completely different and far better solution. It has transformed our bathroom, see pics. And they worked hard to sort out the problem when a few were broken in transit. The cost difference isn't huge, and it makes such a massive difference to the finished result that it would seem to us to be a false economy to go anywhere else in the future.

Really pleased to have chosen Quorn Stone for our exterior paving. We had already selected the company online, so to find out they had a show room just down the road was a bonus. The experience at the showroom was great, the first visit was a booked slot so I had Maries dedicated time and attention. There are large examples of each paving type on display both inside and out. Marie organised samples to be sent to our house. I came back a second time with family in tow, and despite an unbooked slot we didn't have to wait long to talk to Marie. We were able to receive a written quote which we went away to consider. No pushy sales or rushing of decisions which was great! Correspondence via email has been great and we cant wait to receive our paving next week.

What a beautiful showroom. It is like driving up to luxury. The barn externally is so nice and then the products in the showroom are just stunning. We have searched for a long time for our ground floor tiles and walked into Quorn stone and found our tile within minutes. We were assisted by Marie De Giovanni, who was wonderful. She was super helpful and knowledgeable of the products whilst offering us ideas for designs. We will be sure to share this little gem of a business and showroom with others.

Can’t recommend enough! We had a fantastic experience when ordering floor and wall tiles from Quorn Stone. Tara, who dealt with our order was amazing - so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. She talked me through the process, answered any questions I had and gave advice on the installation, sealing and aftercare of the stones. She also gave other helpful suggestions such as which colour grouts might look best against the tiles. The delivery was extremely quick and we were kept well informed about timings and logistics. And the tiles are absolutely stunning – such great quality and we can’t wait to see them in our kitchen. All in all, I would highly recommend Quorn Stone to anyone!

I was looking for limestone kitchen flooring and they showed me various options and variations. They were very helpful! I would definitely recommend them as they have the best limestone tiles I’ve seen so far in the area.
