Quorn Stone Surrey

Great selection of floor and wall tiles - Staff are soooo helpful and knowledgeable too.

We had a fantastic experience choosing our tiles here! A huge thank you to Karen, whose customer service and support were top-notch throughout our visit. They have an incredible selection - we were looking for both bathroom and patio tiles and were blown away by the variety. It was amazing to see so many tiles already laid out on the floor, so you can actually walk over them and get a real feel for how they look in a space. We left with plenty of great options and decisions to make! Definitely worth a visit.

Toyah was very friendly, informative and patient with us today. We look forward to putting our order in

We've been in the process of buying tiles for a renovation project and Tess Watson has been fantastic throughout - helping us with samples, advice and ordering. The showroom itself has a wide range of nice quality tiles and is pleasant to visit.

Toyah was really helpful & informative. She understood our budget constraints and didn’t try to unnecessarily upsell or push more expensive options which I’m always wary of when visiting showrooms. It’s a lovely showroom and great space to see all the tiles in person.

Best showroom for when choosing tiles. I was looking for outdoor tiles, which this company have laid out, outside on a big area to help visualise your project. Was good to be able to walk on the tiles rather than just see them stuck on an ‘upright board’ as seen in other showrooms. Friendly staff. Went away with free samples to compare with bricks at home. Would definitely recommend. Only downside is showroom is somewhat hidden from road but worth finding.

Beautiful showroom with lots of tiles on display. Maximillian and the team at Quorn Stone were super helpful. They took their time to give us info and show us options :) highly recommended

Can't recommend this company enough. Excellent communication from start to finish and the samples arrive very quickly. Very good quality products. Will definitely use again in the near future.

Such a great visit today and amazing service from Ahmed! I know a lot more now what I’m looking for and we came away with a few samples!

Max, Tess and Georgie have been great! We've spent a considerable time with the team at Quorn Stone over two separate visits - they're always willing to go above and beyond to help and Max in particular has been super helpful in sorting logistics for our order. Thanks again!

Karen was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable on the Quorn stone range

Max in Mertsham was really helpful, listened to our thoughts and made some really positive suggestions to help achieve the look we were happy with. Tiles for 2 bathroom floors and walls. Quality appears very good.

Just wow. Can’t thank Maxillian and Layla from the Surrey showroom enough. This is my first renovation, so needed to find a tile supplier who could reassure me with guidance and the full package; and that’s exactly what I found in these guys. I really appreciated how all quotations included everything for the project, and without fail, never had to wait more than an hour for a reply. Spot on service, and looking forward to using our new floor. Thank you!

Max was fantastic in helping source the tiles we were looking at for our renovation project, Max kept us regularly informed on quantities and ultimately securing us with exceptional tiles, delivered in a manner that was suitable for our project. We also visited the Surrey showroom, great display of tiles and knowledgable staff. Great to see tiles in full form, so you can see what they will look like laid, vs receiving small samples. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with this tiling and flooring shop. The team was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The quality and range of products is excellent and we're excited to move forward with our project!

Loved visiting this show room, great selection of tiles. Both Layla and Ahmed were super helpful from helping with tile selection to placing the order. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Quorn Stone Surrey, thanks to Layla. She guided us through choosing the tiles for our home and made the whole process so easy. Her knowledge was excellent, and she answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently, giving us confidence in every decision. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her customer service was outstanding. We'd highly recommend Quorn Stone, and especially Layla, to anyone looking for quality tiles and expert advice. I need more tiles soon and I will be back!

We'd like to say thank you to Jack in customer service for his for his help with our recent purchase. We needed to replace the pavers on a set of steps, but our exisitng travertine paving had been discontinued. Jack came up with a very good match, which looks great with the exisitng pavers. The pavers arrived on time and in good condition and we now have a set of lovely new steps! I would also like to compliment Pascoe Tilers, who were recommended by the Quorn team in Merstham. We met all 3 generations of the family and they were all very polite, skilled and hardworking. They made a beautiful job of our steps as well as sealing and grouting our existing travertine terrace. They have transformed it beyond our wildest expectations! They left everything clean and tidy and were a pleasure to have around. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

After visiting the Surrey store to choose tiles for our historical farmhouse, Tess was point of contact in the store. Careful considerations allowed us to fit and finish the large kitchen and hallway with stone effect porcelain tiles, very competitive pricing, easy ordering and delivery allowed us to make the right choice for our renovation works, extremely pleased with our fabulous tiled floor ! thank you Tess and the team at Quorn Surrey Stone.

Great, attentive and helpful advice from Lisette in store. Very friendly, polite and helpful

Had a great experience with Maximilian at Quorn Stone showroom, he was hugely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us look at all the options we liked and narrow down the samples we had to the one which worked best for us. Would 100% recommend a visit.

Spent this morning with Layla and she was lovely, provided us with her expert opinion on what would work best for our renovation. Layla was patient and understood what we were looking for. We came in with one particular style in mind and left with something even better. See you soon. Mrs Pitt

Very helpful and good layout of products

Always looking for that quality retail experience. Well here it is. Possibly the smartest and brightest showroom for flooring /stone/tiling I have ever visited. Beautiful space flooded with natural light. What a lovely team of people. From the young lady who assisted with our enquires to the the guy who printed my plan and the person who made us the lovely coffee. All just such polite great professionals. Product offer is outstanding and there is no doubt that we will be placing our orders for both the shower room and kitchen in the next three months with Quorn

Fantastic showroom and was shown round by Max who was extremely helpful. By the time I left I had made a decision I had been debating for weeks and feel really happy it is the correct one. Thank you Max

So pleased we found Quorn Stone Surrey, fabulous show rooms and literally spoilt for choice with their selection of Limestone Slabs and finishes for our garden project. Shout out to Max who was so knowledgeable and helpful and who made the process of choosing and ordering the right slabs so easy.

Only giving 1 star because, unfortunately, zero wasn’t an option. It’s a real shame because Quornstone’s products are genuinely lovely. Their stock management and customer service, however, seem to be entirely separate departments from reality. On three separate occasions, we ordered tiles, Quornstone happily took payment, and then shortly afterwards emailed to say there wasn’t enough stock to fulfil the order. Apparently, checking whether products actually exist before taking customers’ money is too much to ask. On one occasion, we even asked them to calculate how many tiles we’d need for our wall. We were reassured there would be enough. There wasn’t. We ended up with half a tiled wall and were then informed that the tiles were out of stock for at least another 12 weeks. Their solution? We should simply change the pattern and style we’d chosen… despite half the wall already being completed. Not an apology in sight. Just an explanation that they were “in a difficult position.” I would suggest being left with half a wall tiled because of your mistakes is also a fairly difficult position for the customer. The lack of accountability from the Surrey store was astonishing. We were passed to the regional manager, who was equally unhelpful. When exactly the same thing happened again, we received no apology, just a link to some “similar” tiles. By that logic, if you ordered a BMW and received a link to a Ford because they’re both cars, I suppose that would be acceptable too. I genuinely cannot understand how a company operating at this level can have such poor stock control and customer service. Needless to say, they won’t be getting my business for our upcoming patio and driveway. Ironically, Mandarin Stone managed to source the very tiles Quornstone claimed weren’t available anywhere in the country. They were organised, responsive, and significantly more helpful. They also somehow managed to deliver without charging £60 for the privilege. Beautiful tiles. Shame about everything else.

Staff were very helpful :)

Tess was so so helpful and made our experience so wonderful! She made such an effort with our little puppy too and it was so welcoming! The space is amazing and so premium! I could have picked up the display and put it into my garden.

Showed up as a walk-in and was welcomed instantly. Tess was a great help in showing me around and answering any questions, highly recommend.

I went to Quorn Stone to try and work out which tiles would be good in a bathroom I’m renovating. Tess was really helpful and I even got a cup of tea and some biscuits to aid the decision making process. It’s a great showroom with lots of things installed so you can see the finished effect.

wonderful showroom and fabulous service - super friendly and helpful

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great customer care when we visited the Surrey showroom yesterday. Jack listened to our brief and demonstratwd possible choices, following up with email links so we can consider the options.

Justin, Tess and Jack are extremely useful and guided us perfectly. Would highly recommend

Great experience consulting and ordering through the phone, after finding the limestone we love in the show room.

We visited the Quorn showroom today. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were given good advice on the best paving, pointing out the pros and cons

Jack was very helpful and showed us various details of the flooring we are interested in. We also were given samples to take home. All very positive, thanks.

Layla was extremely helpful, and provided us with some useful pairings and some ideas to takeaway with us.

Really great team to deal with, helped us to pick and mix our tiling choices with ease and were professional throughout, also managed to help me 2 years after we ordered with extra tiles after I came up short in the second bathroom.

Lovely showroom but quality of the service is what stood out. Karen H helped me with my choices, listened to requirements and came up with some fantastic suggestions. Feeling way more confident about my bathroom refit now :-)

Very impressed with beautiful showroom and assitance from Alexandra. Have used Quorn Stone on other projects and highly recommend

Great experience, Layla was really helpful and sent me samples within a couple days. Thank you!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Max Christelow who was very friendly and professional, attentive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the different types of stones, material including grout. Highly recommended.

Max was amazingly helpful and gave us some great information about paving and how to look after it. Do not trust Google maps directions though! It's on the A23 - do not try and access from the M23 motorway! These directions are dangerous!

I visited Quorn Stone, Redhill. They have a beautiful collection of tiles, but not so many you are drowing in options. Kama was incredibly helpful and patient as we talked through ideas and options together and now waiting for my samples to see which combinations will work best! Thank you!

Thank you to the team at Quorn Stone. We arrived with a dog and a baby and we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. A particular thank you to Justin, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in our search for porcelain tiles for our renovation. Thank you again! Would highly recommend.

Great service from Kamal, thank you!

Terrible, terrible service. Majority of tiles are out of stock with long or no lead times and you only find this out when just about to place an order. They then try to make you pick 3rd or 4th choice based on stock they are trying to shift. We ordered and paid for tiles, waited 10 weeks for delivery, at 8 weeks had confirmation that they were arriving as agreed. The week of delivery heard nothing. Phoned and was told that they were not coming in / had been delayed with no date and would we like to select an alternative? With no apology. Yeah….No we don’t. High end prices, lowest level of service. Avoid.

Karen was so friendly and showed us around the showroom and provided all the pros and cons between real stone and porcelain, we even got tea and biscuits and water for the dog. We were spoiled for choice with so many fabulous tiles to choose from.

Found quorn stone online. Was looking for kitchen and bathroom tiles. 1st spoke to AJ whom suggested a selection of tiles based on our telephone conversation. I called and set an appointment, AJ wasn't in the show room when I arrived for my appointment, I dealt with Jack. Jack was very helpful suggesting alternative to tiles I had seen online. we narrowed the selection down, was able to take some samples with me, those that weren't in stock were sent very quickly. I will definitely be dealing with this company to buy our tiles. Quality and range of tiles was extensive. As I customer I felt that I wasn't rushed in my decision, even when changing my mind on several times!

Exceptional level of service from start to end.

Super helpful people make choosing tiles much easier.

Upsold me a load of adhesive and wouldn’t return when I tried to return it as I’d purchased it from elsewhere definitely won’t be shopping here check their returns policy before shopping here they wiggle their way out.

Have been really helpful both times i have visited by all. Jack, Georgina and Ahmed.

Lovely show room and really helpful staff. They carry a great range

Great showroom with very helpful and friendly staff

Absolutely brilliant showroom and amazingly helpful advice from Luke during my visit. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

I had a great experience with the Surrey showroom team. Karen was incredibly supportive and understanding while helping me choose tiles for my bathroom project. I felt quite overwhelmed by the number of options, but she patiently guided me through everything. I even visited the showroom twice before making my final decision, and she was just as helpful each time. I’d also like to thank Claudia, Senior Customer Support Advisor, who assisted me after I placed my order. She helped modify it by adding an additional type of tile and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. My tiles have now been safely delivered, and I’m really looking forward to starting the renovation and seeing them installed.

We enjoyed our visit to the Surrey show room. We did not book an appointment but when we turned up, we were expertly and patiently assisted by Kamal. He explained to us about various types of tiles, showed a variety of options and answered all our questions. We look forward to placing an order!

We went to Quorn Stone looking for various internal tiles & external paving. There was an excellent array on display and Ahmed Jamal (AJ) provided excellent service. He was friendly, listened to our needs and knew the products well.

I had a lot of back and forth chats with Jack from the Surrey branch, and while we didn’t end up using Quorn Stone for our tiles (due to stock and time constraints), the service I received was excellent. We have more renovations coming up requiring tiles, and will definitely be exploring more Quorn Stone products in the near future. Really great service overall, just didn’t work out this time!

Stunning showroom with an extensive selection of beautiful products. Karen could not have been more helpful with my search for bathroom tiles - thank you!

Brilliant experience. 100% recommend if you’re unsure what you want or need advice.

Karen was really helpful during our visit to the showroom, ordering samples so we could see them in the room at home!

We visited the Surrey showroom last Sunday and were genuinely impressed by the stunning collection of tiles on display. A special thank you to Lisette, who was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. She took the time to understand our requirements and patiently showed us a variety of options and tile combinations perfect for our renovation project. Her knowledge and expertise really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. We’ll definitely be returning to the showroom soon to finalise our decision. Highly recommended!

Layla was so lovely and really helped us with all our requests and questions about our garden project. She gave us some samples to take back and help make our minds up. thank you :)

Layla was incredibly helpful and knowledgable during a recent visit to the Surrey Showroom - thoroughly recommend!

Knowledgeable staff. Very helpful

We had an excellent visit to Quorn Stone where Ahmed was brilliant in helping us narrow down the choice of stone for our kitchen. Thanks Ahmed!

Ahmed was super helpful without being obtrusive and provided exactly the support we needed

Wow, so refreshing to find a place like this. Staff are super helpful, products amazing (and reasonably priced!) and the showroom is a dream to visit. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely showroom visit today. Greeted by AJ and offered tea & biscuits while browsing. Found just what we’d been looking for and AJ was super helpful providing samples & information. One of our best in store experiences ever! Highly recommend.

Excellent service and support from Kamal. Thank you!

Great business. Good range available. Great customer support. Layla was extremely helpful and responsive.

Great showroom with so many beautiful tiles. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Received great service from Alexandra who ensured to ship samples that were not available in the showroom to my home address

I visited the Surrey showroom today and was greeted by Jack who was really friendly and helpful in guiding me around the showroom and picking out tiles that met my brief. The showroom is beautiful with lots on display, well worth a visit!

The team at Quorn Stone were super helpful during my visit, especially Karen. They had all the time in the world for me and I didn’t feel rushed into making any decisions. The showroom is really well laid out as well: Highly recommend a visit!

Thank you Lisette for the help - great showroom and selection

Absolutely shocking experience. From start to finish. First delivery date moved 24hrs before. 2nd delivery date - no show. Nil communication. I had to chase. 3rd delivery date after a lot of fuss was missed on timing by over 1.5hours. Passed between x7 different people. Avoid avoid avoid if you are after a reliable partner or one with any form of customer service. Hours of my time wasted trying to chase them. Literally hours. And multiple paid labourer hours wasted. Updated after the below response from company. The feedback is inaccurate again on a number of accounts. The items were never delivered by a forklift. In the end I took them off the truck myself from outside of my own front door.

With very much disappointment, we drove 4 hours return trip to visit this branch to be told on arrival that “we are closed for refurbishment “. When your status is open on your google page while you are actually closed for refurbishment isn’t great. You wasted our day - very disappointed. It’s simple, when you can’t welcome customers change your status to closed.

We had a great experience at Quorn Stone in Surrey. The showroom is great and well worth a visit. The staff are welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We haven't placed an order yet but would definitely recommend based on our experience so far!

Beautiful shop. Great to see the tiles with natural light in an spacious store. Just 15min walk from the train station. Alexandra was very helpful on her guidance for our bathroom refurb, even tho we move million tiles around ! Tiles nos available in the store are also delivered home, super good service. Thanks

I recently purchased tiles from Quorn Stone and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The showroom sales advisor, Layla, was professional, knowledgable and friendly. A genuinely superb supplier and a pleasure to deal with.

Stunning showroom and great service from Gregory who was very patient with us. Such great quality tiles too, so we had to place an order. Can’t wait for them to arrive. Overall excellent customer service, highly recommend.

A beautiful showroom with a vast selection of tiles and stone, set within a lovely location. Lizette was amazing in helping us narrow down our selection as well as giving us further guidance on other aspects of our bathroom and kitchen - a real pleasure!

A lovely visit to this beautiful foundry showroom. We were welcomed by Katie who listened carefully to our needs and gave us invaluable advice on flooring types, colours, laying patterns and grouting methods. Being able to feel and stand on the tiles - as well as seeing them in natural light - makes the choice much easier. I'd advise not to order without a visit - we totally changed our minds on what we thought we wanted. Thanks Katie for looking after us!

Really lovely showroom & staff were very helpful throughout selection and ordering process. Special shout out to Ahmed for all his help with our order - thank you!

Tess was very helpful and provided a lot of useful information. We did not have to wait to be attended, which was very good customer service with a cup of coffee thrown in.

We’re at the early stages of updating our bathroom, but visiting the Surrey showroom was a great first step. This was the first place I looked for tiles, and I don’t expect I’ll need to look anywhere else, the range is incredibly extensive and the tiles themselves are beautiful. Ahmed was particularly helpful: knowledgeable, approachable, and happy to talk me through options without any pressure. The whole experience was super relaxed and it was so helpful being able to take free samples home. Looking forward to the next steps!

I had a great experience dealing with Quorn Stone in Surrey, and Layla in particular was a pleasure to work with. She was professional, responsive, and made the entire process very straightforward from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained, from payment and delivery timelines to inspection and installation guidance, which made the whole experience very reassuring. The sales order and supporting information were thorough and easy to review, and any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly. Overall, a very smooth and well-managed experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Quorn Stone and would happily use them again for future projects.

Lovely showroom and very helpful staff

Great selection of stone and tiles that look like stone, but very hard to tell! Layla was extremely helpful and followed up with samples that are already on there way to me. A very good experience.

Fabulous showrooms, well laid out with a great range of tiles. Super helpful staff, thank you Tess!

Great range of beautiful natural and porcelain options and friendly helpful service.

Helpful and friendly customer service

Alexandra was hugely helpful when I visited the Surrey showroom, advising on tile options, checking stock availability and arranging delivery quickly and efficiently. The showroom is the best I have visited for being able to see flooring laid in different formats and in natural light too.

I ordered stone from Quorn Stone in July and have been waiting until December, only to be told they will not deliver because they think my house has difficult access – without even visiting to check. We’ve just rebuilt our house and had no issues delivering 20 full-size skips, bricks, and steel, so this excuse is unacceptable. They could have raised this concern when I placed the order or at least come to inspect and find a solution, but they refuse. Very disappointing service and poor communication.

Excellent service. We were guided through all the possible options accompanied by invaluable advice

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, worth going out of your way to visit and see their range of stone.

Fantastic service from Layla at Quorn Stone. She was extremely helpful during an in-store visit from my wife and daughter, and was very quick to respond to my emails. The whole process from selecting the tiles to receiving them was excellent.

Layla is such a wonderful employee of Quorn Stone, helping make my choices so much simpler! Thank you Layla x

Really impressed with our visit to the Surrey showroom. We were greeted by Alexandra. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and we ordered the tiles there and then. Lovely selection of tiles and well displayed. Would definitely recommend

What a lovely showroom and a big thank you to Layla for her warmth, knowledge and helpfulness in selecting the right tiles for my project. Thank you Layla 😊

Prompt responses from Layla which focused accurately on the issues raised and which were resolved quickly and professionally.

Layla was brilliant. Super helpful. Thank you. We are looking forward to making our order.

Kamal was extremely helpful, offered very good advice and we would highly recommend him for any future business. Thank you Kamal, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Kindest regards Jan

Incredible customer service, beautiful showroom. Would highly recommend. We were served by Kamal who was excellent and extremely professional. Thank you Quorn Stone.

Ahmed was very knowledgeable about the products, and was happy to supply samples. I am very happy to move forward with Quorn Stone based on our visit. Thankyou. Excellent service.

wow samples arrived super fast! Thank you so much and came in a lovely safe package, Thank you so kindly,

Incredibly stylish showroom and Layla made me extremely welcome. Her attention to detail was excellent and she made a number of brilliant recommendations. Very happy with Quorn stone and would highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with the tiles I received. They look old and discolored—about 80% of them! I specifically asked for the tiles I saw in the showroom, but what I got is unacceptable. The builder told me to request a refund, but I was informed that refunds are only offered on the day of delivery. This is ridiculous! Avoid this company if you value quality and customer service.

Great experience throughout from stepping into the gorgeous Quorn Stone showroom in Surrey to the finished tiled floor. Really helpful and knowledgeable, friendly team at Quorn Stone. The tiles are stunning and the quality is just superb. We’re absolutely over the moon with the finished newly tiled floor. A shout out too to Pascoe Quality Tilers who laid our tiles, they were a word of mouth recommendation and they’re not affiliated with Quorn Stone but we’d like to give them a mention as well as they did such a fantastic job and for us have been part of our whole start to finish positive process and experience. Home projects can be daunting so, many thanks to one and all. 5 Stars all around!

Great to deal with. Fast efficient and lucky for us the tile was in stock.

We visited the Surrey showroom last week and had a great experience. Julie helped us find the outdoor porcelain tiles that best suited our needs and ordered some samples for us. Quorn Stone outdoor porcelain tiles look really beautiful when seen in-person and just like natural limestones. We compared them to other brands, including well-known high-end brands, and found that Quorn Stone’s products are the best. We highly recommend visiting the showroom and you won’t regret it!

Thorough and speedy service, special thanks to Luke for taking the reins.

Very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful

I’ve been using My Stone Floor for a while now and the service is always outstanding. Luke and the team are incredibly reliable and helpful. I requested a quote early this morning and received it straight away, with prompt delivery arranged for a job on a very tight deadline. Excellent service as always – highly recommended!

Great stone and porcelain and amazing showroom! Luke was very kind and professional.Top!

Great experience at the showroom. All the team were really helpful and were attentive throughout our visit. We felt much more confident with what we are looking for after our visit and will be back to look for tiles here again

Brilliant customer service and excellent showroom. Tess was so helpful and patient when we visited - one of the best redecorating planning /decision making experiences we’ve had. 5 star!

Energetic, proactive and helpful team

We had such a wonderful experience visiting Quorn Stone in Surrey. Seeing all the stone laid out is perfect for indecisive buyers like us, and the showroom itself is beautifully laid out with lots of choice. However, what truly made our visit exceptional was Faith, the lovely sales lady who assisted us. Faith was extremely knowledgeable about the stone options, the process and differences between the stones we were looking at, and the company’s values and history. She took the time to really listen to our needs and quickly developed a clear understanding of our style preferences and practical requirements. Her thoughtful guidance helped us feel confident in our choices, and nothing ever felt rushed or pressured, despite it being a busy day! Faith even helped us think about our next project - the bathrooms! The coffee and biscuits were such a lovely touch—it made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal & the biscuits and play table kept our children happy whilst we finalised our decision with Faith. It’s rare to find someone who combines genuine warmth with such expertise, and we left feeling truly cared for and excited about the next steps. We’re so glad we made the trip and would wholeheartedly recommend both the showroom and Faith’s expert help to anyone considering stone for their home. Our only suggestion to Quorn would be the option of larger samples being available, even if these are sold or borrowed… (and more samples to be able to walk away with, which would save on the postage cost for Quorn, and of course the environmental impact!)

Beautiful tiles and such a vast collection. Not to mention the wonderful service.

Quorn Stone truly stands out from other suppliers. AJ at the Surrey showroom was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through their stunning product range. The showroom itself is beautifully laid out and really allows you to appreciate the quality and variety of the stone and porcelain tiles on offer. Thank you AJ for staying open a bit later for us !

Ahmed is so helpful and Friendly. He is so patient and provided us with useful opinions. The tiles are so beautiful and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Luke very helpful and efficient and dealth with any queries quickly.

Visited the Quorn showroom in Merstham on Saturday and despite being an hours drive it was well worth the effort. A superb showroom with samples in situ making decision making that much easier. Coupled with the excellent service by Luke who was so knowledgable on all the products and we felt confident that Quorn understood what we were trying to achieve and had the products to match.

My experience at the Quornstone Surrey Showroom was incredible. Luke was so knowledgeable about the different types of stones and showed me a variety of options which were exactly what I was looking for. The showroom was beautiful, and I can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful experience picking several tiles today. Helpful staff and all products are well presented, making choosing what I needed a breeze. I know where to go for my future projects!

This was our second lengthy visit to Quorn stone to decide on tiles for our kitchen and dining room project as well as the external areas (further down the line). Firstly, the ranges on show as well as kept in stock was very impressive. Secondly, the time and expertise afforded to us by Kyle and AJ today as well as Chante l on our earlier visit was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they also arrange samples to be sent out to you by courier. Excellent service all round. Date of experience: April 02, 2025

Such a pleasure to visit the Surrey showroom today, we wish we had found Quorn sooner. Luke talked us through the different types of stone for our patio, told us the advantages and disadvantages, answered all our questions (we had quite a few) and left us to browse for as long as we needed. Follow up email arrived the same day. The showroom is set in a renovated foundry which is a beautiful place to visit, we had a great customer experience and wholeheartedly recommend Quorn.

Our visit to Quorn Stone more than fulfilled our expectations. They have an excellent display and choice of products and we were attended by Luke who we found really knowledgable and helpful. We could not have asked for better service.

I visited the Surrey showroom having popped in on a whim, and Luke was very helpful in assisting me assess options for consideration. He followed through with an email as promised (same day, bonus points!) and I cannot fault the service received.

Very polite and helpful from the start and not pushy at all. Luke was very knowledgeable and we would definitely recommend as, most importantly, the products are great too.

We travelled from North London to visit Quorn Stone today and were not disappointed. Very well stocked with beautifully made stone flooring, both natural and porcelain. Luke was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us narrow down our options! Look forward to the samples to arrive and a decision to be made - although I think it will be a tough one as they all look great!

Well laid out showrooms with lots of tiling on display for a much more useful feel for how different pattens will look. Shout out to Kirstie for some really helpful insight on wider considerations when choosing tiles to help us land on an informed right answer.

Fabulous place with lovely, knowledgeable staff. Plenty of tiles to view which was fantastic !

Great place for tiles, both in terms of the the breadth and variety of the products displayed and the knowledge of the people working there. Very helpful. Would recommend!

Quorn Stone have the most beautiful, good quality products and truly lovely, well informed, helpful and kind employees. The whole process from viewing their range and selecting the stone for our garden in their showroom (with two toddlers in tow), to delivery, to aftercare has been so easy with Quorn Stone. They have communicated with us brilliantly at every stage in the process. Go and visit their showroom if you can, and for high quality products and great service, I'd highly recommend them.

I wanted to take a moment to express how fantastic Elaina at Quorn Stone has been throughout our entire experience. From the very first conversation, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. Elaine went above and beyond in guiding us through the options, offering expert advice, and ensuring we made the best choice for our home. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist, even with the smallest requests, made the entire process so much easier. Elaine truly made us feel like valued customers, always keeping us informed and providing exceptional service every step of the way. We are beyond thrilled with the final result and couldn't have done it without her support. Thank you, Elaina, for making this experience such a pleasure!

Elaina was incredibly helpful when I visited the Surrey showroom and was kind enough to follow up with an email to send over what we had discussed. Thank you so much!

Kirstie did a great job, clearly setting out the characteristics of different flooring types and navigating through the many different options. The showrooms are spacious with a good mix of natural and artificial light which presents the flooring in a realistic setting. A really nice space to be in.

Elaina was incredibly helpful arranging our delivery for us. Thank you for looking after us

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Georgie. Lovely showroom and I feel lucky to have it nearby.

A great showroom with a big selection of tiles and stone. Really useful to see the tiles in person after liking them on the website. Kirstie was very helpful during my visit and selecting samples to send me.

Beautiful showroom and extremely helpful staff, Elaina particularly. Will be finalising our order very soon.

Such a lovely showroom with high quality products and amazing customer experience. Aesthetically pleasing and welcoming atmosphere with complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits. We visited twice, and the staff was so friendly and professional, ready to give advice but also leave us to browse as long as needed 🙌🏻 We have now fitted both our bathrooms and kitchen with Quorn Stone tiles, and couldn’t be happier with the result! The fitter also commented on the tile sturdiness and quality.

Lovely Surrey showroom, just the right size, a good quality and tasteful product curation and everything laid out to see. And the super helpful Luke sorted us out with samples and advice. Excellent. Recommend.

Best experience in the peer group, Luke has been very kind and informative

Staff very professional and friendly, answered all my questions. Very experienced and knowledgeable on the products. The limestone products are amazing.

Beautiful products - incredible customer service from Luke. Can’t wait to order from these guys. Great company. Couldn’t recommend more.

Had a really positive experience at the Merstham showroom on Friday afternoon. I didn’t get the name of the guy who greeted us but he was friendly and very welcoming. He left us to browse which was what we had requested. The showroom is very relaxing and aesthetically pleasing with a great selection of quality tiles on display. When we needed some advice we spoke to Will who was excellent - so helpful without being pushy. He was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the different tiles to us. We came away with a few samples and feeling reassured that we would definitely buy from Quorn Stone. Highly recommend the company and the products.

Great showroom (although we had a bit of trouble finding it), Luke was really helpful and knowledgeable.

Super helpful staff and thoroughly pleasant experience today. The showroom is stunning and has so many different types of tile to look at. I liked the fact there were large sections on the floor so you can see what it would look like in situ. Luke was very knowledgable and made the process of choosing our new flooring very easy.

Beautiful tiles and excellent service. Tara was very helpful and patient, giving us nice ideas for our new bathroom. Highly recommended.

An excellent showroom in a nice setting with a large selection of high quality tiles/pavers. We found the team very helpful and knowledgeable and were able to look at the displays which have been well laid out throughout the building and courtyard. Would highly recommend paying a visit.

Really helpful staff, and a great selection of stone and tiles!

Kirstie was fantastic and very patient with me. Thank you and super excited about our new floor. BTW the showroom is amazing!!

Such a lovely place to shop! After a stressful morning I went to Quorn Stone and my mood instantly brightened! Not only were the products amazing, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and I also got a lovely coffee too. Definitely going back!

Amazing high end tiles.

Beautiful natural stones and great help from Tara in showing us the different options

Lovely showroom with a wide range of flooring tile to look at. Knowledgeable agent who was able to point us in the direction to choose the correct flooring. Only thing I would improve is the signage from the road as very difficult to see on the other side of the road whilst driving.

After receiving quickly the samples in the post we decided to pop in the showroom, Luke welcome us on arrival and then show us all the options, Luke has grate knowledge of all the product and quickly work out the cost and email everything over on the same day . Excellent shown room and amazing help full staff well worth a visit.

Very excited to find this place so local to me and was not disappointed. Great range of stone and porcelain flooring options and has completely won me over. Luke was so helpful and has arranged for some samples to be sent to me. I'm certain I'll be going back once decision made and will update and post photos once there.

Visited showroom today. The 5 stars saids it all . Excellent customer service. Attention to detail and understood what we had planned and was hoping to achieve. Thank you Marie and will see you late May 2024 for the other order. Linda & Dean

Lovely showroom with a lot of samples (both indoors and out). Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Overall, a great experience and well worth a visit.

We visited the showroom as we wanted to see the tiles we wanted to buy ‘in the flesh’ before placing our order. We were greeted by Carrie and she made sure she talked us through all our options and guided us towards the best tiles for our budget, design and colour scheme. Can’t fault the service we received and we’re really pleased with our floor tiles.

Marie was brilliantly friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us when we were choosing outdoor patio tiles. She sent us samples and honestly her customer service was 5 star!

Fantastic showroom and excellent service from Luke - a very helpful and knowledgable team. Would highly recommend.

Choosing a material for our patio was, time-consuming, exhausting, and confusing! We obtained several quotes based on recommendations and a considerable amount of research. We thought that we had decided until we visited Quorn Stone in Merstham and met Luke. Luke is simply brilliant, and the showroom is wonderful as it allows you to visualise the product. Luke took us through all the options, challenged our thinking and was always balanced when making suggestions. He is completely customer centric, knowledgeable, and solutions focused. He genuinely wants to help you make the right decision. Luke also worked well with our landscaper, ensuring alignment and a smooth process. He kept us fully informed and was always available to answer any questions. The result is our beautiful patio in Sorrento Aged-Tumbled Limestone which we absolutely love. It has truly exceeded our expectations and has transformed our home. We recommend Quorn Stone to all our friends and family as we cannot praise Luke enough. He is a delight to work with and a great asset to the organisation.

What a lovely experience visiting the Surrey show room. Carrie was thoughtful and attentive despite being busy and helped us make a decision on the flooring that best meets our needs, and that we love, despite being something totally different to what we’d gone in to look at. The email support we’ve had from head office prior to this has consistently been 5*.

What a great experience. Lovely showroom, all the products you need (and so much more) very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Showed me all the products and answered all my questions. Would def recommend

Great showroom, Luke was extremely helpful and informative. The tile range is beautiful, definitely worth visiting the showroom to see rather than online. The Surrey showroom was tricky to find so it could be useful to call the store beforehand.

We visited to get an idea of the rNge of products available. The staff were so helpful. Definitely going back to order.

Luke at the showroom in Surrey was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. His advice and efficient service was much appreciated.

Well worth the trip to see some different paving very well displayed. Welcoming and knowledgeable staff .

Excellent! Knowledgeable and very helpful staff.

We have ordered from Quorn Stone on multiple occasions and always had a great experience. Not only are the tiles/pavers gorgeous (we receive many compliments on both), the customer service has been excellent every time. Whether we have needed more stock than is available online or have needed expedited delivery, Luke has always found us a solution. This will definitely be our first stop shop for tiles moving forward.

My partner and I could not be happier with the service provided by Quorn Stone! Upon our first visit to the Merstham store, Carrie helped us choose our bathroom and kitchen tiles. Her creativity and knowledge is outstanding, and she was very responsive in helping us make our final decision for our bathroom walls. The showroom itself is beautifully set out, and in a way that makes it easy to visualise different concepts and colour schemes. We absolutely love the finished rooms and are so happy that we went with Quorn Stone. Throughout, the customer service was great, with both Carrie and Luke being on the end of the phone whenever I had a query. I would highly recommend Quorn Stone!

Lovely showroom, and great service from Marie.

Fantastic showroom for all types of stone flooring, both for inside and outside the home

Friendly and professional service provided by Luke Parry, whose help we greatly appreciate. Thank you

We had a really great experience with Luke today. His experience and knowledge was extremely useful, so we now have a good understanding of the options available to us and what's best for our space. We had a nice coffee too! 5* service, thanks Luke!

Luke was absolutely fantastic today explaining all the different options and helping me to visualise the finished rooms/garden area. I have been struggling with this last part of our renevation and needed his inspiration to get to the finish line. I highly recommend a visit to Quorn Stone (Surrey) with all its fantastic displays!

Visited the showroom and was met by Luke, his service was first class and has resulted in a sale. Would most def recommend.

This show room is well worth a visit. Fabulous displays of tiles and great customer service - Luke Parry was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definite recommend if you have a tile project!

Worth the journey to visit the showroom as they do both Natural stone and Porcelain so you can see a super range and get great advice on what suits your lifestyle. Nothing like being able to see all the tiles laid to truly see the colour and texture in a way you just can't tell from samples.

Beautiful selection of tiles, Luke was very knowledgeable and guided me through all the options. I will definitely be ordering from Quorn and can’t wait to see my project when it’s finished.

I visited the Quorn showroom and Luke guided me through various suitable products with lots of patience. He understood my specific needs and worked with different combinations with expertise. Very generous tile samples sent home too. Top company with excellent customer service.

I love this place. Beautiful floors

Luke was very helpful - beautiful product and their customer team was on hand to help with advice and suggest suitable products for what we were looking to achieve with our new patio/extension.

Fabulous selection of floor and wall tiles. Beautifully laid out for you to see the overall effect. Great service from Kirstie , courteous, friendly and efficient. Wall and floor tiles chosen, ordered and paid for in half an hour. Can't wait to see them in situ. Thank you Quorn Stone. Yve Poy

All the people I spoke to and emailed were friendly, efficient and reassuringly knowledgeable . A great showroom, really good range on display inside and out and worth the travel

I couldn't recommend this showroom enough. The wonderful, informative and patience from their member of staff, Luke. They have a huge array of natural stone and porcelain. All displayed in natural light. The best place to visit

Very helpful staff with a good selection of tiles in the showroom.

I ordered some samples from Quorn stone and they arrived within 2 days. I also visited the showroom today and was exceedingly impressed with the display. Luke was extremely helpful and supplied me with an immediate quote for the tiles I'm interested in for my bathroom.

Great experience at the showroom today - Luke was welcoming, thorough and knowledgeable. Gorgeous showroom too - the display was well presented. Thank you for the coffee & biscuits!

Marie at Quorn Stone was incredibly helpful when we visited the showroom in Surrey. Was very knowledgeable and made the whole process through to purchase very easy. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful showroom with a really large and good range of products. Sales staff were very patient and helpful (thanks Maria!), and answered all of our questions. We're looking forward to receiving our beautiful new floor soon!

Excellent display of beautiful tiles and very helpful! A gem to find such a good store locally.

Our visit to Quorn Stone in Surrey was first class. Luke looked after us and was very knowledgeable and very help. We are still going through the process deciding what it is we want, but Luke has been there every step of the way, helping us and very efficient and quick at coming back re any questions we have. They certainly know their stuff. We cannot recommend them enough and are looking forward to ordering our new floor. Thank you Luke at Quorn Stone.

Great selection to see and helpful service. Oddly hard to find the entrance and get in through the gates to the right place. Could be better signposted.

Beautiful showroom with extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Luke patiently took me through all options and clearly outlined pros and cons of each. This contrasted with some of the other suppliers I visited. Highly recommend a visit.

I was surprised that there are few companies offering high quality natural paving and was delighted to find Quorn stone. Top quality and very reasonably priced with everything on display in a beautiful and dog friendly showroom and Luke was super helpful.

Excellent one to one service in the showroom which displays the variety of options brilliantly. I’d strongly recommend visiting rather than relying on samples.

Luke at Quorn Stone was really helpful and made some great suggestions. Excellent service!

Beautiful showroom! Made it really easy to compare different variety of flooring and great service from Luke who showed me around and explained all the pros and cons of different materials. Will definitely be purchasing from here!

Beautiful showroom with a great choice of stone on display, really helpful staff with brilliant advice!

We have had a Dijon Tumbled Limestone floor fitted in our new kitchen and we are delighted with the quality of the limestone and excellent service from Kirstie and the team at Quorn Stone.

We hadn't booked an appointment and Marie was very proactive in helping us from the moment we walked in the door. We had visited a different tile shop in Sevenoaks the weekend before and it was hard work to get the staff to come and help us. Tile shopping is hardly my idea of fun, but Marie was knowledgeable, helpful, transparent with the prices and made the process easy for us. There was a wide range to choose from and the shop was well laid out. In and out in less than an hour, order made and happy customers. We look forward to having our new patio with our beautiful tiles soon.

Luke was very helpful and we were impressed with his knowledge

Really lovely collection of tiles, beautifully presented in great surroundings. The staff were really helpful, and I have to commend Luke in particular. He was very knowledgable and a thoroughly nice person to work with.

Great showroom and excellent service, would highly recommend

Fantastic experience buying from Quorn for a large rear patio/ footpath and front patio. Both Carrie and Luke were incredibly knowledgeable throughout the buying process and offered great advice throughout the installation process. If I was to ever need any stone (internal or external), Quorn is my go to company. I went to many stone merchants and the quality of Quorn stone and expertise is supreme. Thanks team!

Beautiful showroom with a big range of tiles. It really helped us seeing large tiled sheets to work out which size, colour and finish suited us best. Marie at the showroom was helpful and patient and with her help we managed to choose our bathroom tiles. There was a little playcorner in the showroom for the kids. The showroom is very difficult to find - we had to call to get directions. Nevertheless, it was worth it as it is an amazing space.

We are are the start of our tile sourcing journey. My initial contact with Luke was by email, but today we visited the showroom and were really impressed with the selection on offer as well as the knowledge and helpfulness of Luke and all the staff. We will not be looking anywhere else for our flooring. The only difficulty we have now is choosing what we want!

Visited the Surrey showroom today and was really impressed with the lovely tiles on display. Having requested some samples, which were sent out very quickly, it was great to be able to view the tiles in the showroom. There are large displays of natural stone and porcelain tiles, so very helpful to visualise how they will look in your project. Communication with Kirstie was excellent, both prior to my appointment and on the day. I’m looking forward to seeing the tiles I ordered when my kitchen is complete. Very friendly service and would definitely recommend a visit to the showroom!!

Lovely showroom with lots of products shown in situ rather than just samples. Luke has all the knowledge and was very polite and helpful. Very pleasing service

Beautiful showrooms with super helpful staff. Lovely product and very flexible with delivery and quantities. Highly recommended. Picture shows Dorchester aged white porcelain tumbled edged floor tiles ( we used jasmine coloured grout).

Luke provided helpful advice on tile options to weigh up the different materials and designs and the most suitable for me. Looking forward to receiving my new tiles!

One of the best selections of tiles in the area. Luke at Quorn Stone made the process of selection and ordering so easy. Delivery was efficiently handled and our order arrived on time.

Very nice store, almost every floor was displayed so you can really imagine how its going to look like in natural light. Customer service was great and staff very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Our experience with Quorn Stone has been with Marie in Surrey, who is/has been extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The showroom is beautiful and you really get a feel for the flooring/tiles they have. We are very excited to see what we have chosen to be in our home soon. Would definitely recommend this company and in particular Marie for their great customer services.

Really nice company to do business with and a great range - I hesitate to use the word "tiles" because they are so different to the average tile shop as to feel like a completely different and far better solution. It has transformed our bathroom, see pics. And they worked hard to sort out the problem when a few were broken in transit. The cost difference isn't huge, and it makes such a massive difference to the finished result that it would seem to us to be a false economy to go anywhere else in the future.

Luke was really helpful, knowledgable and friendly. My experience with Luke and Quorn Stone was extremely positive. They responded to any concerns or questions quickly. I'm really pleased with the tiles!

Luke was extremely knowledgable, patient and helpful. We made several visits to the Surrey showroom and despite my extreme attention to detail - we managed to find something we really love. I will certainly go back to source stone for our patio as soon as the work inside is complete. I wouldn't hesitate to send clients to the Surrey showroom.

Met with Kirstie today at Quorn Stone Surrey Showroom and viewed their extensive range of tiles. We were quickly able to identify the tiles for our project with Kirstie’s expert knowledge and guidance. Being able to view the tiles in an outside setting made it easy to visualise them in our own setting.

Really pleased to have chosen Quorn Stone for our exterior paving. We had already selected the company online, so to find out they had a show room just down the road was a bonus. The experience at the showroom was great, the first visit was a booked slot so I had Maries dedicated time and attention. There are large examples of each paving type on display both inside and out. Marie organised samples to be sent to our house. I came back a second time with family in tow, and despite an unbooked slot we didn't have to wait long to talk to Marie. We were able to receive a written quote which we went away to consider. No pushy sales or rushing of decisions which was great! Correspondence via email has been great and we cant wait to receive our paving next week.

I had 5 visits to Quorn Stone (Surrey) before placing an order and can’t rate my experience highly enough. The showroom has a very wide choice of natural stone and porcelain all professionally laid out throughout the expansive area with some on the walls too. Luke helped me on each occasion offering much needed advice without making me feel any obligation to buy. I’ve already recommended Quorn Stone to a friend who has also placed an order and had the same excellent service. I’m so glad I found Quorn stone for my building project - thank you Luke.

What a beautiful showroom. It is like driving up to luxury. The barn externally is so nice and then the products in the showroom are just stunning. We have searched for a long time for our ground floor tiles and walked into Quorn stone and found our tile within minutes. We were assisted by Marie De Giovanni, who was wonderful. She was super helpful and knowledgeable of the products whilst offering us ideas for designs. We will be sure to share this little gem of a business and showroom with others.

Luke was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and gave me very good advice. Within 4 days of ordering it was delivered in good order ( stone, grout and sealer) I will definitely be using them again

Fabulous service and Luke is so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Thanks again.

We have finally completed our build. We chose Quorn Stone in Surrey to supply the tiles for both indoors and out. Carrie and all the team have been amazing! Our builders commented on the quality of the tiles and we are over the moon with how they look. Thanks Quorn Stone!

Cannot recommend Quorn Stone enough! Fabulous showroom and beautiful products. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and went over and above with advice on our pool area and new internal floor. Thank you! We will be back

Can’t recommend enough! We had a fantastic experience when ordering floor and wall tiles from Quorn Stone. Tara, who dealt with our order was amazing - so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. She talked me through the process, answered any questions I had and gave advice on the installation, sealing and aftercare of the stones. She also gave other helpful suggestions such as which colour grouts might look best against the tiles. The delivery was extremely quick and we were kept well informed about timings and logistics. And the tiles are absolutely stunning – such great quality and we can’t wait to see them in our kitchen. All in all, I would highly recommend Quorn Stone to anyone!

I booked an appointment to visit Quorn Stone’s Surrey showroom and was very pleased with the service and their extensive collection of natural stone tiles. I was looking for limestone kitchen flooring and they showed me various options and variations. They were very helpful! I would definitely recommend them as they have the best limestone tiles I’ve seen so far in the area.

Great communication and service from Carrie. The showroom just needs signage. We spent too long trying to find it!
