Electricsfixed Limited

This was an emergency call out, expensive but having said that the electricians came out the same day, took some time to identify the fjault as eclectic came on and off but htey were both great.

Five stars. Great customer service. Thank you!

very good job very clean explained everything

Called early today in an emergency. . Easy system. Prompt response. Great professional friendly accommodating staff. Can't speak more highly enough of the two lads Jack and Harley who came out friendly, polite, helpful, even offered to take their shoes off to come indoors!! A credit to the company, hang on to them.... Can highly recommend ELECTRICSFIXED

Neil please thank the electrician who installed my television and bracket on the the wall It is working very good had to do one two adjustments but now working satisfactory having it on the wall has made more room to rearrange the furniture I am very pleased and would recommend your services thank you John

We are delighted with the efficient and service we received form this company

Very pleased with this company. Booking straight forward and the two electricians who came did an excellent job, very polite and tidy.

Great experience helping us look after the electrics in a few of our properties - super quick to react and help, neat and tidy and very responsive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Found the quality of work very good and very efficient in deciding best way to complete the work. Only issue I had was the invoicing where when it was sent out ended up in the spam box. Doesn't show up as an ElectricsFixed email address in its initial heading and can be deleted unknowingly hence losing one star for the hassle I received.

Great communication, punctual and polite.

I’ve now used Electrics Fixed for 4 different planned jobs and one emergency call out. Always responsive, on time, friendly, professional and keen to help. Highly recommended!

Found Electrics Fixed in the local tracker and used them on our Solar. Very pleased with the outcome. Pleasant fellows who done a great job and left the place nice and tidy.

Electricsfixed came out to check out my solar system which had not been looked over for 5 years. The charge was very reasonable and the electricians who called were very knowledgeable and willing to share information. I found the visit very useful and will definitely use this company again

We had electricfixed do a full electric check, they were all done in a couple of hours. Certificate came today so really pleased with the efficiency and speed.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. They found a dimmer switch at fault, fixed a standard switch and promised to return with a new dimmer. They then sought to charge double the price to finish this job. Steer clear. Graham Hellier

Easy to contact and arrange visit. Prompt arrival. Problem identified and sorted on the spot. A pleasure to do business with.

Prompt and efficient service. Very helpful.

Excellent service. I had 2 light fittings replaced.Convenient to be able to choose and book a date and time online. They were very helpful when I had to phone and change the date I'd booked.

The electrician Mike was very good and it was good to see a tradesman who knew what he was doing. I would recommend your firm to all the people I know.

Excellent customer service and advice from the office to house visit.

From the very first enquiry about works to be done, the communication and professionalism from Electrics Fixed was second to none. All future electric work will definitely be through this company. They actually turn up when they are supposed to as well, massive bonus. 😁

Would definitely recommend. Work completed as agreed to a high standard.

Excellent service and highly recommended to others. They literally saved our Christmas with an emergency call out visit to restore power and give us heating and hot water. Thank you. 👍💥. Andy @ herefordandy.

Prompt and friendly service both from the office staff and especially from Thai who carried out a tricky rewiring job quickly and efficiently and left no trace of the work having been done.

Excellent service! Had a tripping RCD. Called mid morning, came same day to Much Marcle! Transparent costs including parts. Team polite, knowledgeable, willing to listen and professional. Also very patient with dogs and children. Great service!

Used ElectricsFixed to carry out an EICR on my property before letting it to tenants. Although the report came back unsatisfactory, ElectricsFixed were prompt in providing the findings and recommended remedial actions, and they worked with me to identify a solution within my budget. Both Ryan and Jon did an excellent job. Thanks!

The BEST! I was let down by 3 other electricians and beginning to give up hope, then a card came through my door - Electricsfixed . Gave them a call not expecting much but - wow! what a difference - they came out, told me what was required - not an easy job ! Two electricians arrived as arranged completed the job in time specified in spite of problems and left the place clean and tidy . Very impressed . Thank you so much. Will definitely use again!

We had new lights put in our kitchen ceiling. We were given a quotation following an inspection that explained all that was to be done and, following acceptance, the work was undertaken well. We were then given guidance on maintenance, such as replacement of bulbs. We have been most pleased with the work and fully endorse the five star award.

Excellent service!

Solution focused, good communication and reliable. All members of the team very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived on time, completed the work quickly , no fuss, no mess. Very happy with results. Would use again without hesitation.

I employed Electricsfixed to have a look at my car charger as it tripped out after about 30 minutes charging. They turned up on time, were polite and respectful and got on with the job after listening carefully to the problem. They serviced the system and explained what they had done. They also offered advice, guidance and further assistance should it be necessary. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Quick and easy to arrange and electrician a pleasure to deal with

Had the absolute pleasure of having 2 young men troy and Harry to do my electrics in my kitchen new switch board they arrived on Monday morning to do all the prep for the new kitchen i have never experienced electrians to be so professional as Harry and troy when they came Friday to finish up they left not a trace of mess cleaned everything up was lovely to talk to I asked if they could put my big items back in my kitchen as im disabled and there was no hesitation they even plumbed my washing machine in you should be very proud of having to young men so professional who went above and beyond to help me troy and Harry thank you so so much everything tou did you don't realise how appreciative I am its the small things that count thank lads

Really impressed with ElectricsFixed - came out to us the next day as an emergency. One of our sockets blew, so we were without power, getting worried as we had medication in the fridge. The person that came ( can’t remember his name sorry ) was really helpful and gave us some good advice about NOT using an extension lead = too many things plugged into one socket. Would definitely recommend them.

No issues with the work, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Prompt response to an electrical problem and excellent follow-up service - all at a fair price. The electricians themselves were considerate, helpful and good communicators.

First time I've used this firm. What a breath of fresh air! A very slick booking and quotation system followed by a phone call to discuss work and set date. Electrician arrived on time and did a neat professional job. I will definitely use them again

ElectricsFixed are fantastic. I have used them for a number of years now and each job they have done for me has been exceptional. I'm even at a point where I've got to know some of the team quite well which you don't normally get that close level of service with other businesses. Many thanks!

Wonderful service, professional job done thoroughly, very polite electricians. Carried out wiring inspection and fitted a new fuse board for my outbuildings. I cannot express how highly I recommend this company. Will be my go to electricians for every task from now on.

completed a couple of pieces of work for us in June, everything was completed satisfactorily and they were clean and tidy, full paperwork provided. Would recommend, you can find cheaper but I felt the value was good compared to the work completed

I was let down by another electrician so I dropped this company an email. John came out and talked me through the work required and what would be required for the job. A few days later I was provided with a quote which seemed reasonable and realistic. The two electricians who came out and completed the job were professional and polite, they completed the work to a high standard and cleaned up any mess. I'm glad I used this company and I would recommend and use again when required.

We have a solar panel and battery system. It wasn't working properly. The installer had gone bust. You came and helped us with it. Pragmatic, knowledgeable, and very competent. Two new batteries have been installed. Fair price, tidy work. We're very pleased.

Brilliant service from Neil and his lads. Very professional and left the place spotless. I would highly recommend this company

I had an Electrical Installation Condition Report completed by one of their extremely competent Electrical Engineers, Ryan. He was vey helpful and explained all the work he was doing. After receiving the report, Jon in the office took me through a small number of remedial actions which I then paid Electrics Fixed to do. Jon explained in a clear and concise manner which helped me understand what and why minor work needed to be done. The OfficeTeam were very good too. I had a first class service from this company and most importantly I know the electrical installation in my home is Safe. Thank you Neil and all your team. I highly recommend Electrics Fixed.

This is the 2nd time I have used this Co Appointments etc on time engineers polite and knowledgeable ie Rob yesterday I now await further quote

We needed modern lights in the garage and used Electrics Fixed. They came aquickly did a very professional efficient job at a reasonable price. Superb. We have now moved house and as expected we have a list of jobs as long as my arm - we are used Electrics Fixed again for all the obvious reasons. THEY DESERVE ALL OUR SUPPORT.

Highly recommend this company. They have carried out a variety of works for me from EICR, to minor repairs. Works are quoted for and confirmed via the software, which works extremely well. If during works the unexpected is found and likely to increase the quote. This is discussed, allowing you to make informed choices on a way forward. Staff members are always polite and courteous and respectful of you and your belongings. Communication is key to successful relationships, this is fulfilled by all members of the company. Thank you for your hard work and diligence.

Really great company. From the point of me contacting them to quoting to fitting the EV charger very professional, reliable and friendly. I would definitely use and recommend them in the future.

I can highly recommend Neil Holdsworth and his team as being extremely knowledgeable, competent, tidy, reliable and a pleasure to have working on site. Neil is a very amiable, polite and engaging gentleman to do business with and we look forward to seeing the end result of his works.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. Very professional quick to answer any questions I had. Very friendly and tidied up after themselves. I would recommend them and will be calling on their services again.

Top class service. Friendly staff, kept me notified of progress at all stages. Excellent, professional work. Very satisfied. No hesitation in using them in the future or in recommending them

All good!

Phoned and asked for a quote for an EICR. Was told I had to upload the request on their site with photos. Their site doesn't work properly so called again and emailed photos. Quote came back at almost exactly double the guideline cost for an EICR for this size of property. When I asked no explanation offered as to why it was so expensive. I can't recommend these people.

Very good and competitively priced service provided by Electrics Fixed. They did an installation on a new annexe and were very flexible in working around my availability dates.

Fantastic work and such a pleasant young man carrying out the work.

Very flexible and accommodating to last minute requirements. Would recommend

Thanks for the work your electrician did for us on 4/6 2024, he Came on time did a brilliant job left no mess and also gave us Advice on storage heaters, which is something we will talk to you later. Regards Phil geoghegan, perton stoke edith.

Watched a member of your staff nip in take the last mother and baby parking space from a waiting mum with three little ones in the car at a busy supermarket this morning. There were plenty of general spaces he could have used. If you dont have integrity with things like this, how can people trust you in their homes?

Electricsfixed is a good company to do my electric work very nice man done a good job thanks.

Really good experience with ElectricsFixed. The work I wanted done I had two independent electricians come look at it before and never returned due to the wall being awkward for installing a plug socket into the wall meaning a lot of damage could be done. Don’t think they were interested in the amount of work for a small job. So I Called ElectricsFixed, they set up a quote quickly and soon had Rob round. We discussed the wall and he mentioned trunking because of the wall type and the damage it could do if the wires were chased in. I agreed to this expecting at full this point to see some of the trunking and was really happy that someone was finally doing the work. What surprised me most though was Rob managed to chase some of the cable into the wall with no damage and then had trunking all across the top underneath my cabinet so the only way I’d see it is if I looked down under the cabinet. I am over the moon with the end results, completely blew my expectations away, he did the work quickly and used such initiative on the job. Now I’ve got a lovely corner for my coffee station. Any electrical jobs in future will come straight to ElectricsFixed.

ElectricsFixed Ltd provided a seamless EV charger installation. The team Troy, and Jack arrived ahead of schedule, executed the installation with precision, and ensured no disruption to the surrounding area. The technical work was flawless, and their follow-up support has been excellent. A highly professional and efficient service - strongly recommended.

Excellent staff- bent over backwards to reconnect electricity supply and ensured all was safe. Top job. So pleased. very reasonably priced. Thank you

Very happy with the work carried out by the electricians to install a new bathroom light and light pull fitting. They arrived at the appointed time, and cleared up all the ceiling debris. I would definitely use this company again and would happily recommend to family and friends.

Excellent service, very professional, a good job done.

Excellent service, from initial visit to establish what need to be done to two days complicated work that was carried out with great efficiency working with kitchen fitter. Even the boss Neil came out to help. Thoroughly recommend them.

This was the first time I had used this company. I was very impressed with the information they provided about general use of electrical contractors. From the initial visit, everything was set out clearly. I had minor work done to garden and interior light fittings and every care was taken by the lovely Rob. I would definitely use this company again.

Great service from start to finish. Quick to come out and give a quote then booked in when suited me. The guys that came were very nice and tidy and did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to use again and highly recommend

John arrived to sort a fault at my 91 old house. Excellent work. Would highly recommend this firm

First rate service supported by excellent communication between us and their office. Would highly recommend to others in the Hereford area in need of an electrician to be trusted

Very happy with the work done in our kitchen, they managed to squeeze us in right before Christmas which was such a relief! Highly recommended thank you !

Great

We received efficient , professional, friendly service from everyone we came into contact with at ‘Electrics Fixed’. A special mention for Cameron who came out and completed the work for us.; he was great. We would highly recommend these guys.

The electrician who completed the work was efficient, helpful, on time and not phased working with very elderly customers. He also managed an unforeseen problem very well. Good Job! A slight niggle has been the, at times, unconnected, communication between the company and myself when arranging the work, invoicing and even being able to send this review. Not that this affects the high standard of work done but it may put some customers off.

Nick came over to do some electrical work. He was very friendly and did a fantastic job - very clean and tidy. Because of his fantastic service, I would highly recommend!

Very pleased with the work that was done by professional friendly staff. Will recommend this firm to family, friends and neighbours.

Emails very promptly and pleasantly dealt with. Electrician arrived 'exactly' on time, was courteous, easy nice manner and did the job within less than the time expected. Checked thoroughly all was working and left us very pleased.

We had a very prompt response to the problem we encountered and an engineer was with us within a couple of hours of applying. Problem solved within an hour.

Great service, good communication with staff Work was completed on time I would recommend them!

The whole experience was excellent from initial e-mail enquiry and telephone call to visiting to assess the job to carrying out the work; polite, helpful and on time!

The team from ElectricsFixed were professional, courteous and helpful - offering clear advice and keeping me up to date throughout the whole process. They did a great job which exceeded my expectations in all areas. I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional staff - polite and courteous. Seems like a good product (Dimplex storage heater).

Great service, professional advice and very friendly. Did a great job overall and would definitely call upon them again.
