Great experience having Ben come and service my boiler and fix my faulty toilet. Very organised and punctual.

We’ve used HES several times now and have been extremely satisfied every time. A very professional service and have never let us down with the odd emergency here and there. I would recommend HES without a second thought.

Excellent service from Ben. He was professional, punctual, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the work to a very high standard. The whole process was stress-free, and he left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben and the company to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber. Thank you for the great service!

From the very beginning, Ben and the team were absolutely brilliant. They designed and installed the heat pump and MVHR system for our new build, as well as fitting the underfloor heating, bathrooms, and kitchen to an exceptional standard. The quality of their workmanship is incredible, with everything completed beautifully in copper. Three years on, we’ve had absolutely no issues, which is a real testament to the care and attention they put into every aspect of the installation. Throughout the build, Ben kept us informed at every stage, was always on hand to answer any questions we had, and made sure everything was completed to the highest standard. His communication, professionalism, and commitment to quality were outstanding from start to finish. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Ben and the team highly enough. If you’re looking for a company that takes pride in their work and delivers a first-class service, look no further.
