That GSR Heating Ltd can fit heating systems well is clear from customers who report punctual, friendly and professional work, including air source heat pump and boiler installations. One customer praised the whole team for replacing a heating system with a solar and air source heat pump and having it commissioned within the week, and another thanked Paul for fitting a boiler at short notice. A separate customer said a new oil boiler was fitted to a high standard and is working as it should. Against this, several customers report that after a visit to look at a job they heard nothing back about a quote, despite emails, calls and voicemails, while others say appointments were missed and calls were not returned.
I would not recommend this business. We called them and they came round to have a look at our property. After that didn't hear anything about a quote, we emailed, called, and left voicemails but no response what so ever. If you can't do the job or don't want to at least have the decency to let the person know.
After they came out and viewed my house, i heard nothing back. so i emailed and rang/voicemail, to get a quote for a heat pump. They ghosted me.
Thanks to Paul, Ethan and Andy for all their hard work fitting our new air source heat pump. They were always punctual, professional and friendly. We would highly recommend!
Didn't turn up to apt, didn't answer phone, didn't ring back when messages left 🫣🫣🫣
Can't say what the quality of work is as they didn't turn up to the appointment to service a boiler, cant get to speak to anyone as they dont answer the phone or reply to an answerphone message that I left.
Lovely guys, top work. Recommended.
Absolutely fabulous! Big thank you to Paul @ GSR heating for fitting Mum’s boiler at short notice. Her home is set at a perfect temperature, so cosy & warm. Paul & Andy are very knowledgeable & offer a friendly professional service. Definitely recommend. Thanks again 😃
What an incredible team. They arrived on Monday morning to totally replace my heating system with a solar/air source heat pump. Always arrived on time and worked hard to ensure that it was commissioned by Friday. All of the team members were friendly, honest, and helpful, going the extra mile to complete the job. The weather at the time was incredibly hot, and Steve gets a special mention for working in the lofts of my house running the cables. That was truly heroic! But in reality, all of the team worked incredibly hard through the hot weather. And now I need to wait for cold weather to test the system! I totally recommend GSR to anyone requiring any plumbing work. Fantastic!
A good bunch of guys. Helped me out on Xmas Eve. Thank you to them.
Polite..punctual.. proffesional
Friendly an very helpful
GSR installed a new boiler after our existing one failed and was declared ‘beyond economic repair’ by our insurance. They surveyed, quoted and installed the new system very quickly, considering the time of year (late November), and their engineers were very friendly and professional.
From the office staff to the marvellous engineer who repaired and upgraded an old system, I found all to be professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a company with excellent service and support.
I( had a new oil boiler fitted by GSR. I found all the work to a high standard with all the staff pleasant and courteous , and all is working as it should. Thank you all very much indeed yours john bentley
