Great experience with neon heating start to finish, Austyn came out to assess our poorly combi boiler and advised on fitting a new boiler. ( we were very aware that our old one had seen better days and was past the point of repair. ) Having a baby under one in the house… Austyn acted on the severity of our situation with no heating and hot water and we had a quote for a new one very quickly. Start to finish we had a call out, quote and then new boiler fitted in just over a week! Both Austyn and the young lad with him worked to an amazing standard with complete respect for our property. Even being quiet when our baby was having a nap. They truly were great! I can’t thank you enough for getting it all sorted as promptly as you did! So very grateful. ☺️

Great service, look no further. Just moved to the area and spent a good while calling up heating engineer/plumbers with little success. Used Neon on two separate occasions now. - Always answer the phones quickly - Listen well and book in the right service - Arrange a visit sometimes surprisingly soon. - Very friendly service with questions answered and things explained simply. - Advice offered on avoiding issues with your system in the future. Adam & Austin were both great.

Neon recently installed our log burner for us, and did an absolutely brilliant job. Neil was very helpful and offered us lots of advice. Austin and Will carried out the installation, did a great job and left our living room clean and tidy. Great experience from start to finish.

We had a number of small plumbing jobs that needed doing along with a boiler service. Austyn completed every job (including going out to purchase a part) and was respectful of our home. We will be using Neon for any more plumbing and heating work that we need.

I have used Neon for a number of years. They are really efficient, quick and their engineers are always on time, helpful and friendly. Even in emergencies they always fit me in. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Excellent service received when my boiler started to play up. I contacted Neon and they sent an engineer the same day. Austyn diagnosed the fault quickly and ordered a spare part directly from my home using his iPad. When the part arrived I had another visit from Austyn who fitted the part and successfully restored my boiler back to normal service. Overall the service was excellent, with good clear information about the work needed and parts required. They arrived on time and you get a handy tracker link so you can see where the engineer is and how long they will take to get to you. Highly recommended.

Service Engineer was so efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.

Created a problem then charged us 2 sets of extortionate call-out fees + VAT to solve that issue. Oh, and they strung us along for a week without heating in freezing conditions in order to complete the final call-out. I wouldn't go near them again and recommend you don't either. EDIT - Judging by the reply from the owner, either they do this to multiple people a week or can't figure out that although my girlfriend rang, it affected both of us.

Neon heating have been brilliant! Connor, Austin are really knowledable and do great work. The lovely ladies I've spoken to who manage bookings, have been so kind and understanding; I have an extremely disabled family member, so am very dependent on hot water and heat. They arranged for someone to come out the day I called and have been so supportive and maintained great communication.

Very good service, I was out but the engineer came and replaced the boiler motor. He came and did a very tidy job and the boiler is back to being nice and quiet again. Neon were recommended to me a friend and it was a good choice.

Tread very carefully if you are having multiple plumbing jobs done as part of a larger, renovation project. We asked for a justification of the price when we calculated that we were paying London daily rates for an apprentice and newly appointed plumber! Had the workmanship been excellent, we may have overlooked this but that wasn't the case. Likewise we struggled with the manner of the boss, Neil, when confronted with our questions. We re-negotiated the job and the price tag to our satisfaction but clearly not to his! Two stars are given for the politeness and courtesy of the two fitters who had the unenviable task of trying to please the building team with whom they were working, the client (us!) and their boss! Would not use again unfortunately :-( P.s Our project was carried out at the beginning of 2020 - perhaps a better customer service is now offered given that several customers have awarded 5 stars on here. I hope so. Post Script I have now just read the response from Neon Heating and would like to briefly clarify. I am the customer from Dymock but would never publish my full name and address on a Google review site. That would be unprecedented. We still have an excellent relationship with the builder, electrician, kitchen fitter and roofer who have all returned to do further work. It was only Neon Heating with whom we had the issue. My family live in London and my nephew is a heating engineer - we know the prices that are charged. At no point did I say in my review that an apprentice was left on his own. If work undertaken by Neon is of the quality and standard that you claim it is, this review will have no impact on your client base or future work. It is simply my opinion of the company and our particular experience. I wish you well too.

We recently had a new boiler installed by Neon Heating. Very impressed with the high quality, professional and efficient workmanship carried out by Neil Brown and his team. Excellent job. Clean and tidy too.

I have always used Neon Heating for my Landlord Certificate on my rented property,where they have always provided a very good professional service,and when I called on a emergency call-out,they were there.I have just used them again to provide a boiler installation on my own house,and yet again very impressed with the professionalism of Neil and his staff.I would recommend Neon Heating to anyone.

We cannot recommend this company highly enough. We have used them for many reasons from boiler installation to shower repairs and have always been extremely happy with the expertise and reliability of the engineers. This coupled with the helpfulness, courtesy and professionalism of the office staff means it is the number one call for us.

While the work done by the engineers was good quality, the billing practices by the company are questionable. I was billed at two separate rates for the work done on the same visit by the same engineers as it included a "boiler service" (£69+VAT) where as their regular hourly rate is £38+VAT. I politely pointed out the absurdity of this billing practice but was told that the company has a set rate for this service, regardless. The fact that the actual "boiler service" really just entailed a few visual checks and digital readouts on the boiler that was installed 18 months previously (and took barely 30 mins) only added to my disappointment at the value of the work taken out. In hindsight, I should have double-checked this billing practice at the time of booking the engineer - which initially was quoted at £69+VAT for just for a one-off service. However, I then requested extra work and the engineers subsequently worked a total of 7.5 hrs. Therefore, it seems common sense to me that all the work should be at the same hourly rate rather than one rate for the service and one rate for everything else. But apparently that's not the way they work; not when they can earn more money on the same visit. The company's unwillingness to resolve this issue since, or flexibility to let common sense deviate from the "company line", has left me greatly disappointed in this local company that otherwise did good work. I shall not be using them again and suggest to anyone considering using their services that you confirm a price 100% in advance with no possibility for loopholes for them to use at the billing stage.

Honestly the most professional, friendly, reliable company you will ever use.I would absolutely highly recommend Neon Heating to anyone.
