Wye Valley Electrical Ltd

Disconnected and reconnected my oven after moving and was so quick and efficient. When he arrived to connect or disconnect the oven I was super busy and he just got the job done, explained what he had done and left which was what was needed. Advised me about unsafe cables and replaced at my request, was very flexible with timing and was willing to work with me, will absolutely be using for any electrical work in the future.

Rob called today to see where a plug would be fitted for my hot tub, unfortunately it seems far more complicated than I thought.Rob has given me many options to consider.I didn’t feel rushed to decide at the time ,everything was explained to me in detail.I am considering the options without pressure. It was so refreshing to deal with such an honest person,no money was exchanged & hopefully Rob can come up with a remedy .I highly recommend Rob for his patience & understanding & will give a further update in the future

Rob, was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and found. Our issue wasnt an easy fix and needs more tests and diagnostics but Rob gave us a very detailed report on what was found and was happy to support further investigations. Unfortunately he couldnt fit in our next step diagnostics early enough but we were very happy with his work and would have waited till he was free if we didnt need it resolving more urgently.

Rob at Wye Valley Electrical did an excellent job for me. Very prompt to respond to my request for electrical work needed, excellent work done, and very professional overall. Very pleased indeed. I shall definitely use Wye Valley Electrical in the future. Excellent.

Rob fitted new bedroom wall lights prompt efficient tidy friendly service

Have used Wye Valley a few times now, always prompt and tidy. Last job was installing some patio floor lights. They sourced the lights after a few discussions about what I wanted to achieve, they even installed a smart switch which meant I could control them from my phone and didn’t charge any extra.

Great job! Definately use again/recommend
