Edited review. When the job was finished, I was asked for a review before Francis left the premises. He stood over me while I did this and asked for 5 stars. At the time, I was happy to oblige. Now the guttering he was supposed to repair is leaking and my emails bounce back, my texts are unanswered and the phone is always switched off. Not impressed, particularly as the roof work is supposed to carry a 15 year guarantee, which is worthless if the company cannot be contacted. Not impressed.
Had two sun tunnels/tubes supplied and fitted excellent work craftsmanship outstanding price a lot cheaper than I had been quoted by other companies the light tunnels produced 40 to 50% more natural light in my dark hall way and kitchen thank you for a outstanding job well done
Thank you! What appeared to be a leaky roof was soon identified as totally blocked guttering system which was cleared by the team and problem solved! No need for an expensive roof repair which is what I was expecting. Totally upfront and reliable! Thank you for saving me £££££
Francis came straight out to look at or problem with missing ridge tiles, quoted the same day and completed the work in a very professional manner the very next day. It's e refreshing change to find someone who will fix the small jobs without trying to convince you that the job is much bigger.
We had a complete new flat roof installed with rubber and all the trims Francis and detam did a great job. We would highly recommend this company for future work. Thank you
The guys were really helpful, Patrick attended my house twice at a short notice to check and carry out a repair for a water leak. He was very helpful and it was good to finally deal with someone who is descent and prepared to come back and check that everything was ok and that the repairs were effective. No call out fee and you pay for what you get.
Francis and his team done a fantastic job we were leaking on a roof they made several repairs and stopped the leak also they installed new lead flashing around my chimney and eve trays to prevent future leaking thank you
