Customers of New Look Building Services frequently commend the business for a range of roofing work, including new roof installations, leak repairs, guttering, and chimney maintenance, often noting excellent workmanship and clean, tidy sites. Several clients mention Francis and his team, praising their prompt quotes and professional approach on both domestic and commercial projects. Positive remarks were also given for driveway work, sun tunnel installations, and honest assessments of blocked gutters rather than unneeded repairs. Conversely, one reviewer reported that repaired guttering began leaking, stating that Francis pressured them to provide a five-star review on-site and subsequently became completely uncontactable by phone, text, and email.
Frances and his team did a great job.We were very pleased thank you
We’re extremely happy with the work carried out by New Look Building Services North Ltd. They supplied and fitted a new roof, replaced all the guttering, fascias and soffits, and removed a large, dangerous chimney breast from the property. The work has made a huge difference, and we’re delighted with the result. We would happily recommend them.
Francis and his team at New Look Building Services North Ltd did a fantastic job on our property. They completed a full new slate roof and fully renewed our dormer window to a very high standard. The workmanship was excellent from start to finish. The team were professional, reliable and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job. I would highly recommend Francis and his team for slate roofing, new roofs, roof replacements, dormer roof repairs, roof renovations and general roofing work. Excellent local roofers and a great service from start to finish. I can also make it more Google-search focused, with keywords such as roofers Skegness, roofing contractors Lincolnshire, emergency roof repairs, slate roof specialists worked in naturally.
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. We needed several roof repairs, including having our chimney rebuilt and new lead flashing installed. The team did a fantastic job and left everything clean and tidy. The workmanship was excellent, the roof is now completely secure and watertight, and everything was explained clearly. If you're looking for a reliable local roofer, chimney repairs, lead flashing, roof leak repairs, or general roofing services, I would definitely recommend them. Professional, reliable and excellent quality roofing work. Highly recommended!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Work – Highly Recommended My name is Amanda, and I am the new manager and director of Teelan Hotel in Skegness, Lincolnshire. I would like to say a huge thank you to Luke and his team at New Look Building Services North Ltd for the extensive refurbishment work they have carried out on our property. The transformation has been amazing. The work included roof refurbishment, new felt and battens, new tiles, chimney removal, new fascia boards, soffits and guttering, along with extensive improvements to the front and all around the property. They also completely reconditioned our minibar area, removed old and deteriorated woodwork, replaced it with new timber where required, and refreshed and painted the windows and exterior. The front of the hotel has been given a fantastic new facelift, and we are extremely pleased with the finished result. Working on an older listed building requires particular care and attention, and Luke and his team have done a fantastic job. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail have been excellent throughout. For complete transparency, Luke gave me a 20% discount on the work in return for allowing New Look Building Services North Ltd to display some advertising signage outside the hotel. I was very happy with this arrangement and really appreciated the saving. I would be more than happy to recommend New Look Building Services North Ltd and would certainly use them again. Although, after the amount and quality of work they've completed, hopefully we won't need them back for a very long time! Thank you again to Luke and all the team at New Look Building Services North Ltd for a fantastic job.5 stars highly recommend to all! Amanda Manager Teelan Hotel, Skegness, Lincolnshire ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had Francis from New look building services North LTD install a new slate roof on our property which was a listed building to work carried out was to a high standard and very sharp and quick actually two days faster than we thought it was gonna be the price was great, and we would recommend to friend and family thank you
Edited review. When the job was finished, I was asked for a review before Francis left the premises. He stood over me while I did this and asked for 5 stars. At the time, I was happy to oblige. Now the guttering he was supposed to repair is leaking and my emails bounce back, my texts are unanswered and the phone is always switched off. Not impressed, particularly as the roof work is supposed to carry a 15 year guarantee, which is worthless if the company cannot be contacted. Not impressed.
High quality work 10++++
Had two sun tunnels/tubes supplied and fitted excellent work craftsmanship outstanding price a lot cheaper than I had been quoted by other companies the light tunnels produced 40 to 50% more natural light in my dark hall way and kitchen thank you for a outstanding job well done
Thank you! What appeared to be a leaky roof was soon identified as totally blocked guttering system which was cleared by the team and problem solved! No need for an expensive roof repair which is what I was expecting. Totally upfront and reliable! Thank you for saving me £££££

Francis came straight out to look at or problem with missing ridge tiles, quoted the same day and completed the work in a very professional manner the very next day. It's e refreshing change to find someone who will fix the small jobs without trying to convince you that the job is much bigger.
We had a complete new flat roof installed with rubber and all the trims Francis and detam did a great job. We would highly recommend this company for future work. Thank you
The guys were really helpful, Patrick attended my house twice at a short notice to check and carry out a repair for a water leak. He was very helpful and it was good to finally deal with someone who is descent and prepared to come back and check that everything was ok and that the repairs were effective. No call out fee and you pay for what you get.
