Brilliant service from Ross and his colleague today. They installed 4 velux blinds (inc 2 external anti heat) for us. They were polite, tidy and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They even cleaned the windows for us! The price they gave us was very competitive. Really happy with our new blinds and would definitely use Roberts Roofing again.

Roberts Roofing were recommended to me by Velux. They quoted a very reasonable price for the job. They arrived early as agreed to start the work. They placed dust sheets over every inch of the room and both flights of stairs. They worked quickly and efficiently, took all the waste and the old skylights away, hoovered all the carpets afterwards and the end result is superb. They really know their business and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Ross is great, he’ll help with design, planning, planning & planning control. He has an architect he uses which can save time & money. Ross was really good at project managing, he has an excellent team of contractors & he’ll make sure they are there when they are required, with the right materials Ross got me a discount on most of the bathroom fittings which saved me a few quid. All the contractors were very conscientious & cleared up at the end of the day. The finished result is excellent. Along with the loft extension, they had to move a wall to a bedroom, replace a beam in the lounge & refit the existing bathroom. All was done quickly, with minimum mess & completed to a high standard.

I would also add that Ross absolutely knows his stuff (Velux products) and clearly knows what it takes to get a tricky job done. Throughout the whole process they have been incredibly professional. Their website is excellent and the first site visit to provide a quote for works filled me with confidence. They suggested an alternative way of insulating the roof which was much more cost effective. Their paperwork was excellent in terms of the contract, mention of insurance and payment schedule. Ross and his team have just finished our loft conversion and I can honestly say they've been fantastic from start to finish. We had a old loft conversion which we wanted ripped out and replaced with two bedrooms and a bathroom for our kids and this has been completed to a very high standard. Loft conversion: Everyone in the team was very courteous and there was a conscious effort to minimise intrusion on family life, always leaving things tidy at the end of the day. Ross and his team recently completed our loft renovation. We are SO pleased with the finished work. Our loft looks incredible. I can't speak highly enough of Ross and his team. They were extremely clear on every step, clear communication on any questions and incurred costs for extras, and very flexible when it came to adjusting plans or accommodating last-minute requests. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. At the end of June 2021 we use Roberts Roofing to do our Loft Conversion. From start to finish Ross and team were brilliant. Ross was one of 6 firms we got quotes from, he was the first to respond and the only one to take time to go through the quote with us and explain all the elements / process of a loft conversion. In general Ross is very reactive and quick to respond to any questions (no matter how small). The job was done, on time and to budget. The rest of the team are also courteous and respectful. Ross and team did a great job on our loft conversion. Work was to a high standard. Team were really friendly and courteous throughout and the site was always tidy. Ross as a PM was a really good communicator. He was always available and went out of his way to make sure the work didn't impact our busy young family. The project took slightly longer than expected due to Covid isolation and supplier issues however Ross made every effort to reduce the impact this had on the job. We would definitely recommend him and his team and would use them again for similar work.

Ross is a pleasant, polite and professional roofer. He installed 4 UK08 Velux Electric/Solar blinds for us after having had many problems with previous installers. The Job was done promptly and he only charged us the call rate. Would definitely recommend him!

Flawless work and very tidy. Looks perfect inside and out. Reasonably priced. I am delighted with the outcome.

Had Ross come over to my property to take a look. I’ve had issues with a leak in the back bedroom and had a series of roofers look at the problem and two repairs which did not do the job Ross found the problem straight away and was clear in explaining it to us by showing us. he done a really good job was very tidy and honestly priced I’ve had no problems since. The team were very friendly and courteous as well as leaving the site tidy every evening. The finish of their work was very impressive. Full House Re-decoration Ross carried out a full house re-decoration last month on our property in Carshalton. The service we received was impeccable from start to finish. Ross and his team arrived on time everyday without fail and were polite and pleasant throughout the process. Every room in our house was finished to the highest standard, nothing was overlooked. His decorators were efficient and incredibly tidy and had a great eye for detail.
