UK Plumb Heat Ltd

I have used Heat Hampshire several times. Each time they have responded promptly and always do an excellent job at a reasonable price. All the employees are extremely polite and friendly, both on the telephone and when visiting my home. I strongly recommend them.

Excellent service. I had a leak fixed and my boiler serviced at same time. Alberto was brilliant and I would happily recommend Heat Hampshire to anyone.

Very happy with the service and quality of work. I would happily recommend Heat Hampshire.

Prompt response and efficient work. Thank you

Needed a quick fix on a failed pressure relief valve and Kelly arranged a same day engineer visit. Callum arrived and, as always, sorted the problem quickly. I would highly recommend Heat Hampshire and I’ve been using them for years.

Excellent service! After our shower pump failed, they responded promptly and diagnosed the issue. The replacement part was ordered and fitted. Throughout the process, the staff were polite and maintained good communication. Highly professional and efficient—I’m very happy with the result. Thank you!

Very pleasant engineer who was clear, honest in his assessment and open about management options. We will be using Heat Hampshire again

After our hot water stopped working I called around a few companies but heat Hampshire were the only company that could come out the next day. Kevin was brilliant, he was professional and friendly and told me the immersion heater needed a new motor. He went above and beyond to go and get the part at a nearby supplier and fix it the same afternoon. Will use this company again

Very happy with Heat Hampshires service, no problems, thank you

Solid company for servicing your boiler…the engineer was more thorough than any I have experienced before. Impressive and definitely recommended.

We've been using Heat Hampshire for our plumbing and heating services and fixes for some years. We trust them to do the work well and for the advice they provide. They're very responsive to requests and are very friendly people.

Arrived on time. Fixed the problem and carried out a thorough service at a reasonable price. Excellent

Couldn’t recommend Heat Hampshire more. They were recommended to us a number of years ago and have never hesitated to use them since. A determined team to find and fix the most puzzling plumbing issues. Very polite and responsive. Don’t think twice.

Responsive, professional and friendly service from everyone at Heat Hampshire - we use them for all heating and plumbing requirements and they always deliver

Speedy and helpful. Fixed the issue and some other parts that needed sorting

2026, JANUARY. Still cant fault these guys, Callum has been great servicing my system once again. Another great job done on my annual boiler service. Have been looked after for many years by these wonderful people and always get a reminder from Kelly in the office when it's due and can pick a date that suites me, cant think that I would go anywhere else. Job done see you next year....AND THAT IS how reliable this company is.

I had an old Monsoon shower pump that needed replacing and called Heat because they are approved Stuart Turner installers. The team did a great job, and went the extra mile to service the heating pressure regulator while playing in the airing cupboard. They also tidied up a corroded compression fitting on the hot water cylinder. No mess, no fuss. Heat then registered the new part for the warranty. You can get cheaper plumbers, but I believe you get what you pay for. Would recommend.

Great company who come every year to do our Scout Hut LPG testing. Always turn up prompt;y and check things well.

Fast, efficient service. The engineers went out of their way to complete the repair as well as service the boiler in one visit. Very polite and pleasant. Excellent communication with the office. Can’t fault anything. Highly recommend.

Great service as always. Professional, polite and clean.

Outstanding Service - Heat Hampshire I seldom write reviews, but the exceptional service provided by Heat Hampshire warrants recognition. Our heating system is considerably complex: an LPG boiler and wood stove both connected to a large thermal store. When we observed the boiler was adequately heating water but failing to deliver sufficient heat to the system, we arranged a service. Despite passing inspection without fault, I remained convinced something was amiss. The initial engineer returned and removed a check valve which showed some debris accumulation, yet our problems continued unabated. Alberto then attended and immediately distinguished himself through his approach. He took time to listen carefully to my concerns and conducted genuinely thorough diagnostics, spending considerable time systematically investigating the system. He eventually identified the underlying fault and, after consulting with Worcester Bosch technical support, provided an honest assessment that repair would not be economical. We therefore proceeded with a replacement boiler. The installation was completed within a single day. The quality of workmanship was exemplary, and Alberto's intelligent problem-solving approach to our complex system demonstrated real expertise and professionalism. Kelly in the office proved equally impressive—responsive to concerns, highly organised, and efficient in coordinating the entire installation process seamlessly. Heat Hampshire delivered precisely what one seeks from any professional service: technical competence, honest assessment, meticulous execution, and excellent communication throughout. I recommend them unreservedly.

very good service

Greta Company, really professional service and lovely staff.

Service of boiler and cylinder. Boiler leaking after service, managed to get an engineer to rectify the fault. No apology but chased up for not paying the bill promptly

Heat Hampshire came to my assistance when a component of my central heating system failed and was able to carry out the repair within an hour of calling them amazing stuff will use again!

Super professional efficient job on the Annual service of the boiler which Heat Hampshire also installed. Would use you every time. Thank you, Heat Hampshire. Also Investigate & repair toilet fault as there was a leak coming from the back of the toilet. New Diaphragm washer fitted and toilet base properly sealed. Thank you, Heat Hampshire for coming to the rescue.

Superb skills, comms and service - will use again!

Very happy with the service, very professional and on time

Efficient service and very polite young men. Explained everything at the end of the boiler service. Will certainly use them again.

This is the first time I have used Heat Hampshire. They were extremely efficient and thorough in carrying out the boiler service which was undertaken by Callum and his team worker who accompanied him. Callum explained everything to me that they needed to do to carry out the service. They were very polite, thorough, clean and tidy and I shall definitely be using this company going forward. I’m a very happy customer. Many thanks.

Excellent pre-sales advice on what part to replace and cost options. The work was booked in quickly and around our schedule. The work done was excellent, quick, clean and everything now works.

I always use Heat for my boiler and under floor heating service. They also installed Heatmiser to manage all the heating via the Heatmiser app. If you want a top service I highly recommend Heat.

Another job brilliantly done! Reliable, professional, personable, highly-skilled. I will always use this company for plumbing and gas engineering works.

Heat Hampshire are not only professional but lovely too. Thank you one again!

Hi guys, thank you for coming out to us quickly when our boiler was ‘condemned’ due to a gas leak somewhere on the property. Super efficient and problem solved within a short time. Thank you once again. Becky.

As always, excellent service

Good prompt service, knowledgeable and informative engineers and reasonable cost. Thankyou

Such an amazing, responsive company - could not be more chuffed - lovely people - not phased by a thing - not even our cranky 500 year old cottage - highly recommend ☺️🙏🏻

Brilliant service. Thank you all at Heat Hampshire especially Callum for your patience and expertise in sorting those extra niggles. Nice warm house now and hot water at the right times of the day :)

Heat Hampshire is highly to be recommended. Super efficient, swift service and all at a reasonable cost.

In an emergency situation Heat Hampshire were excellent. Fast response and well worked solution

Poor communication between the customer and the company prompted considerable anxiety adding to the already worry over the broken central heating system.

Heat Hampshire genuinely does not deserve negative reviews – Quite the opposite! I can honestly say that I have never previously had such a more positive experience. I consulted Alberto for a quote for a replacement combi boiler and within 24 hours we had agreed a very competitive price. They were also available to commence the work the following day. The team arrived promptly and worked very professionally with a clean, tidy and considerate approach. I would like to explicitly thank Charlie and Callum for their hard work which was certainly above and beyond which would normally be expected. It was a real pleasure and comforting to know that I had such reliable and knowledgeable guys implementing what would be a major investment to my property. The work was carried out to an exceptional standard and completed the following day. I feel confident that I shall have many years of trouble free service from my new boiler and will continue to use Heat Hampshire and the kind friendship gained of Alberto and his team during this experience. My sincere thanks to you all!

Excellent service. Reliable. Nuff said!!!!

Beware of CHeat Hampshire - supposed to fix a tap, turned up, said they had run out of bog standard isolator valves, then tried to charge £100 to go and collect the item they should have had in the first place.

Please do not go anywhere near this company; they fitted an incorrect valve which was also wired incorrectly, which led to our heating being on 24 hours a day and ending up with a very large gas bill. They also said that I needed to replace a faulty thermostat with an expensive one. I had to employ the services of a senior heating engineer from a different company who spent half a day finding the fault, and another half a day rectifying this company's work which cost over £400, The independent heating engineer also confirmed that there was nothing wrong with our Thermostat and did not need replacing. I made Heat Hampshire aware of the issue and provided them with the bill for the rectification work as I was disputing their bill and asked if they wanted the vale that they fitted to be returned, and I never received any follow-up call or a reply despite leaving voice messages. Some months went by, and I received a letter from a debt collection agency informing me that I still owed the debt and rejected the dispute and said that if I didn't settle the debt, it was going to cost me more money and that it would become rather unpleasant and are now making threats of court action. This whole experience has been rather unpleasant to date.

Brilliant business. Professional, friendly and organised. Would use again.

I was let down by Eon on a time critical boiler change before building work commenced on my kitchen and lounge. Alberto heard about my situation via my sister in law , and offered his services. He and his two colleagues showed up next day. They were punctual, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They made alterations to the boiler spec to upgrade the warranty from 5 to 10yrs. The standard of workmanship was excellent . I can't thank him and his team enough for what they did. It's great to know that there are still some good guys out there. Would highly recommend. Thanks once again.

Really friendly, reliable and provided an amazing service. The engineer was punctual, knowledgeable and helpful. Fantastic customer service.
