After our hot water stopped working I called around a few companies but heat Hampshire were the only company that could come out the next day. Kevin was brilliant, he was professional and friendly and told me the immersion heater needed a new motor. He went above and beyond to go and get the part at a nearby supplier and fix it the same afternoon. Will use this company again

2026, JANUARY. Still cant fault these guys, Callum has been great servicing my system once again. Another great job done on my annual boiler service. Have been looked after for many years by these wonderful people and always get a reminder from Kelly in the office when it's due and can pick a date that suites me, cant think that I would go anywhere else. I had an old Monsoon shower pump that needed replacing and called Heat because they are approved Stuart Turner installers. The team did a great job, and went the extra mile to service the heating pressure regulator while playing in the airing cupboard. They also tidied up a corroded compression fitting on the hot water cylinder. No mess, no fuss. Heat then registered the new part for the warranty. You can get cheaper plumbers, but I believe you get what you pay for. Would recommend.

Outstanding Service - Heat Hampshire I seldom write reviews, but the exceptional service provided by Heat Hampshire warrants recognition. Our heating system is considerably complex: an LPG boiler and wood stove both connected to a large thermal store. When we observed the boiler was adequately heating water but failing to deliver sufficient heat to the system, we arranged a service. Despite passing inspection without fault, I remained convinced something was amiss. The initial engineer returned and removed a check valve which showed some debris accumulation, yet our problems continued unabated. Alberto then attended and immediately distinguished himself through his approach. He took time to listen carefully to my concerns and conducted genuinely thorough diagnostics, spending considerable time systematically investigating the system. He eventually identified the underlying fault and, after consulting with Worcester Bosch technical support, provided an honest assessment that repair would not be economical. We therefore proceeded with a replacement boiler. The installation was completed within a single day. The quality of workmanship was exemplary, and Alberto's intelligent problem-solving approach to our complex system demonstrated real expertise and professionalism. Kelly in the office proved equally impressive—responsive to concerns, highly organised, and efficient in coordinating the entire installation process seamlessly. Heat Hampshire delivered precisely what one seeks from any professional service: technical competence, honest assessment, meticulous execution, and excellent communication throughout. I recommend them unreservedly.
Service of boiler and cylinder. Boiler leaking after service, managed to get an engineer to rectify the fault. No apology but chased up for not paying the bill promptly

Also Investigate & repair toilet fault as there was a leak coming from the back of the toilet. New Diaphragm washer fitted and toilet base properly sealed. Poor communication between the customer and the company prompted considerable anxiety adding to the already worry over the broken central heating system.
Heat Hampshire genuinely does not deserve negative reviews – Quite the opposite! I can honestly say that I have never previously had such a more positive experience. I consulted Alberto for a quote for a replacement combi boiler and within 24 hours we had agreed a very competitive price. They were also available to commence the work the following day. The team arrived promptly and worked very professionally with a clean, tidy and considerate approach. I would like to explicitly thank Charlie and Callum for their hard work which was certainly above and beyond which would normally be expected. It was a real pleasure and comforting to know that I had such reliable and knowledgeable guys implementing what would be a major investment to my property. The work was carried out to an exceptional standard and completed the following day. I feel confident that I shall have many years of trouble free service from my new boiler and will continue to use Heat Hampshire and the kind friendship gained of Alberto and his team during this experience. Beware of CHeat Hampshire - supposed to fix a tap, turned up, said they had run out of bog standard isolator valves, then tried to charge £100 to go and collect the item they should have had in the first place.
Please do not go anywhere near this company; they fitted an incorrect valve which was also wired incorrectly, which led to our heating being on 24 hours a day and ending up with a very large gas bill. They also said that I needed to replace a faulty thermostat with an expensive one. I had to employ the services of a senior heating engineer from a different company who spent half a day finding the fault, and another half a day rectifying this company's work which cost over £400, The independent heating engineer also confirmed that there was nothing wrong with our Thermostat and did not need replacing. I made Heat Hampshire aware of the issue and provided them with the bill for the rectification work as I was disputing their bill and asked if they wanted the vale that they fitted to be returned, and I never received any follow-up call or a reply despite leaving voice messages. Some months went by, and I received a letter from a debt collection agency informing me that I still owed the debt and rejected the dispute and said that if I didn't settle the debt, it was going to cost me more money and that it would become rather unpleasant and are now making threats of court action. This whole experience has been rather unpleasant to date.
I was let down by Eon on a time critical boiler change before building work commenced on my kitchen and lounge. Alberto heard about my situation via my sister in law , and offered his services. He and his two colleagues showed up next day. They were punctual, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They made alterations to the boiler spec to upgrade the warranty from 5 to 10yrs. The standard of workmanship was excellent . I can't thank him and his team enough for what they did. It's great to know that there are still some good guys out there. Would highly recommend.
