Ant, the owner, attended to provide a quote for a boiler replacement but failed to send it within his own stated deadline. After waiting 10 days past this deadline, I emailed to chase the quote but received no response. Disappointing communication and follow-up.

I can really recommend Bespoke Gas Ltd from Kate the Administration Manager who was friendly and very helpful and went out of her way to make an appointment with one of the engineers as quickly as possible, to Kurtis, the engineer who came out to fix the problem and was polite and professional and reported back to their office with recommendations. I shall certainly use them again.

The end result is a very neatly fitted boiler, new flu etc. Everything was cleared up and taken away so all we needed was an explanation as to how to use the new thermostat and look forward to hearing from Bespoke Gas next year for our annual service. Bespoke Gas helped us with a boiler problem which resulted in no hot water or heating, Kate was so helpful and managed to arrange a visit to us at short notice , which was much appreciated. I was having issues with my water pressure due to the restriction setting (1.2 bar) on my existing unvented cylinder. It was a manufacturer setting which couldn’t be increased which meant a replacement cylinder was the only remedy. Anthony replaced it with one which could be set to 3.5 bar. I now have superb water pressure. Bespoke Gas did it quickly & efficiently, put a cleaning agent in & came back a few days later to flush it through. Perfect! Kate is also always so helpful on the phone. All round great customer experience. Thankyou

I contacted several engineers to repair my boiler, and all of them advised that it needed replacing and were keen to provide a quote. I then spoke with Anthony from Bespoke Engineers, who accurately diagnosed the issue and successfully repaired the boiler. His service was excellent, and he carried out the work professionally and with a friendly attitude.

Called for an issue related to limited hot water. Bespoke Gas managed to get an appointment sorted and the engineer was over within 2 days. We ended with the water tank and boiler being serviced as well as the main problem itself being (correctly) diagnosed. Kurtis was friendly, hats working and efficient. We had a new combi boiler installed by Bespoke Gas and what a brilliant customer experience we had, we are so glad we were recommended to them. We were not sure what type of boiler we wanted so it was really good that Anthony from Bespoke Gas talked us through all the different boiler options and outcomes, all of which were which competitively priced which made choosing the right boiler for us easy and straight forward. The removal and installation of the new boiler by Anthony and Kurtis, was undertaken with minimal disruption and each step was clearly explained. I found Bespoke gas on Nextdoor and am so incredibly happy I did. They worked with me to get an urgent boiler service in, on a day that worked for me, so that my warranty wouldn’t lapse. Their communication is great. And their engineer was amazing. He was professional, kind and efficient. He explained what he needed, and then just cracked on. Even answering some of my silly questions along the way. I don’t usually write reviews for companies, but these guys deserve it.

Great service and the only people I’ve needed to call for years. Bespoke Gas has done another great job! Through the years we’ve called on Anthony and his team to help us… big projects, annual checks and this time to remove an electric shower and place a ‘standard’ mixer and shower head. They showed on time, worked through an unexpected challenge until it got sorted and finish the job to their usual high standards. Very pleased as always and highly recommend them

Amazing service from Bespoke Gas. We had a problem with our tenants’ heating and needed a quick solution. The managing agents were slow and obtained an astronomical quote from their contractor. Bespoke Gas visited within a few hours of our call and fixed the problem straight away. Result: happy tenants and happy landlords (also because the cost was very reasonable.) This is a great company which understands how to deal with customers. Don’t hesitate to contact them if you need help.

Decided on a new Worcester boiler and was given Bespoke Gas details as a registered supplier / installer. This was part of a new kitchen project. Anthony visited us and went through all of our needs for the boiler, position and all new pipe work needed. This included removal of existing redundant gas and water no longer needed for the new kitchen. The full quote covered All aspects of the jobs to be done with full T & C's , Job Specs etc. This initial visit gave us full confidance that Bespoke Gas were the right choice. Price quoted was accetable allowing for the extra work and not just the supply and fitting a new boiler. Kurtis arrived on the day fully equiped. He, from the start was very professional, smart and clearly prepped up to do the job. He went through work schedule and kept us informed of progress as the day went on. Day 2, job was completed and we were given full instruction on how everything works and given a full pack. The work that Kurtis did was outstanding. The quaility of his workmanship is second to none. He fully cleaned up before he left. Since the installation we have received all documents regarding warrenty, certificates etc without delay. Our decesion to select Bespoke Gas was confirmed by the standard and complete service of their work, which speaks for itself. Highly recommended. We did look at other quotes which did vary, but please remember, You do get what you pay for.

I came across Bespoke Gas about two years ago when they serviced my stepson’s central heating boiler. He was impressed by the thoroughness of the work they did. I subsequently arranged them to come and carry out the annual service on my boiler last year. This they did and I mentioned to Kurtis the problem that I had with two radiators being very slow to warm up and not getting hot in the long term. He came back and inspected my full system and carried out a balancing exercise. Again I was impressed by his knowledge of the system, he carried out the balancing in an efficient and friendly manner. The system is now significantly more efficient. This year I have just had my annual service carried out. Once again this was caried out in a proficient and friendly manner. I will continue to use Bespoke Gas and it is with confidence that I commend them to other potential customers

A wonderful service from the most incredibly supportive friendly team at Bespoke Gas.They kindly diagnosed an issue and was able to advise us how to resolve it just using photos of our system thus saving money on a call out charge. Our boiler started to leak water and Bespoke Gas limited had been recommended to us by neighbours previously. They were able to fit us in really quickly to see what the issue was, and provided detailed options regarding either replacement part or as we finally chose, a new boiler. The company again fitted us in, in a short amount of time to complete the work and it was done to a high standard- with everything explained fully. We would never have got through this summer without our AirCon unit, which was installed in April by Anthony & Kurtis. Amazing guys who did an A* job. There’s more involved than screwing a box on the wall. Lots of behind the scenes work to make sure everything was spot on, arranging materials, stock management and compliance. I had an issue with my boiler and we woke up one morning had no hot water. Not ideal in a house with four adults! Asked on my local Facebook page for recommendations and these guys were suggested. I got in contact and they could not have been more helpful. Managed to come out the same day and knew straight away what the issue was, had even stopped on the way to pick up a part, which wasn’t needed in the end. Lovely guy too, very friendly and got it fixed within an hour. I would 100% recommend and will be using them again.

This is our second year using Bespoke for our annual boiler service. The engineer, Kurtis, was prompt, courteous, polite and professional throughout his visit.

Boiler replacement by Bespoke Gas. Used as a local company who have previously serviced and mainained our home heating systems, so when it came time for a new boiler, Bespoke Gas was the natural choice. Survey carreued out and comprehensive installation specification and quote supplied. Maybe not the chespest, however still competitive and it does'nt pay to scrimp on such an important home requirement. Quotation included various options to choose, Boiler type & size, pre installation flushing options, control systems etc, however Bespoke Gas happy to walkbthrough everything and ensure optimum solution for customer needs met. On day of installation, Gas Engineer, Kurtis, arrived on time advised, which was also confirmed by txt on the day. Kurtis carried out his work in an efficient, vlean and tidy manner, informing us of progress throughout the boiler replacement, On completion of works, Kurtis took us through the boiler operations and left a comprehensive instsllation pack for future references, servicing requirementd and warranty status. Work site ws left in very clean and tidy condition and all waste ftom installation, old boiler etc taken away. Very happy with the works carried out and the proffesional way it was done.

A local family run business who have shown to be very trustworthy in my experiences. There is a real sense of customer care from all involved with the company from the extremely competent and helpful engineers to the office staff and booking and follow up process. Can't thank Anthony enough for helping us when the heating had simply given up the ghost. We woke up in the morning to no heating and in a bit of a quandary as to why. We soon realised we'd had a power cut overnight and the control panel had cut out. However, when we managed to get the power restored the control panel to the boiler continued to show a blank screen. Therefore no heating on one of the coldest day's of the year. This issue happened on a Friday and so we were concerned we'd have no heating over the weekend. I phoned Bespoke and Anthony committed to getting to us at the end of his working day. He arrived at approx 6pm and was finished at 7.15pm. Work completed and heating restored. Fantastic service. Anthony didn't want to let us down (we're existing customers) and more importantly he didn't want us going into the weekend with no heating. I can't recommend him enough.

I’ve used Bespoke Gas for several years for my boiler servicing and recently to install a new radiator. Both Anthony and Kurtis are great when they come to do the work and Kate is really helpful when you phone to make your appointment!

We've got an old water heater for service. We are new home owners and we were looking for someone who can do the boiler service and at the same time to do a survey about heating improvements. Bespoke Gas are always our go to local company for boiler servicing and any other repairs needed to our system. We've been using them for around 8 years now and recommend Anthony and his team to everyone. They recently fitted us a new tank after the last one begun to leak. Anthony came over within an hour of my message and the job was completed within the week. This really did save us from the leaking tank causing more significant damage to our property. Anthony and his team are always incredibly professional, reliable, on time, and pricing is competitive.

Superb customer service and engineering service. Kurtis came to service our boiler and he was brilliant. We didn't even know our boiler was in warranty when we moved in and the engineer registered it on our behalf without even asking and then found out it was still under warranty so we didn't have to pay for the parts and hourly rate. We found Bespoke gas for our wall hung boiler replacement through Worchester Bosch fast track and from the very start they were extremely professional. Anthony did a site visit at our home near Romsy Hampshire and took the time to explain all the options and how the work would be completed. His professional manner and expertise gave us confidence in committing to installing a Baxi wall hung boiler with bespoke gas. Curtis and Anthony completed the install in two days working long days to achieve. They were extremely neat and tidy and respected our home with protective covering everywhere they worked. Bespoke Gas have serviced my boiler for a few years now and I have always been very impressed with their service and professionalism. Last night my boiler came up with a fault leaving us with no hot water or heating. I called first thing this morning a bit distressed, and despite them already having a full day, Kurtis attended. Most recent interaction was another example: Bespoke could have turned up and charged us for something unnecessarily, but instead they helped us sort the problem out remotely. Old system boiler was replaced with new combi-boiler, and old hot water cylinder was removed in our flat, took 2 days and it also included a Power Flush. The pipes had to be reconnected and now everything works perfectly, our utility bills were halved overnight. After moving house we discovered a water leak and also wanted the boiler serviced. Bespoke Gas was recommended by a friend. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. Arrival was prompt and on time and work set to straight away. The leak was quickly fixed and the boiler serviced with every aspect of the work being a explained to me as it was done. This resulted in a quick purchase of a new thermostat which was also installed without issue.... We even asked for a gas fire to be decommissioned and this was done straight away and without complaint. Throughout the work the engineer was polite, cheerful and professional. We feel so much better now knowing our system is set up well for the winter months. All of the work was also certified and we have received the certificates and documents which fully outline the work done. Outstanding service and highly recommended!

Kurtis handled the installation, removing my old boiler and timer then fitting a new Worcester boiler, www programmer, power flushing the system and fitting some new radiator valves. His work was exemplary and carried out in a friendly and neat manner, taking as much time and effort as was needed to complete a large job or work. We had been having leaky fume problems with our boiler for ages. The company which installed it couldn't find any problems with it and didn't seem at all concerned and finally couldn't be bothered to sort out the problem. So we contacted Bespoke Gas and they sent their best engineer out straightaway who examined it thoroughly and told us a part of it had been incorrectly installed plus some of the seals were loose. He spent ages putting it right and now will keep a close eye on things for us - Top Marks to you Cliff and your colleagues at Bespoke Gas.

A thorough routine boiler service & system checks by Kurtis led to him discovering a gas leak that meant immediate shut off of my gas supply & would take a lot of work to rectify. Bespoke recently replaced my boiler and fixed my hot water tank. Anthony was very professional and thorough in working out the problem. He did not rush and showed and explained the problems to me, which made me feel confident in his company. Anthony's knowledge is second to none and proved invaluable again as I thought my boiler was a write off until he spent the time to research and source parts from a number of different suppliers so it could be fixed. Just had a service from the new recruit Kurtis. Great addition to the team who was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to help when I needed to contact Vaillant regarding fixing the gas valve under warranty.

Used this local company to fit an unvented cylinder and flush the system a few years ago. Since then they've serviced this and the boiler every year, as well as some odd plumbing jobs. Pricing is fair and all the work is always carried out to a high standard by one of their professional engineers. They turn up on time and tidy up after themselves, with great communication from the office. Very happy to recommend.

BespokeGas have serviced our boiler for several years. A few years ago they fitted a new boiler (the old one was 14yrs old) and they also installed a new hot water cylinder. Anthony always arrives on time, works efficiently and tidily, explaining things as he goes along. Both installations have been to a very high standard . This years service included a cylinder service and a check on our underfloor heating. We would recommend them to anybody.

I have been with this business since searching for a company to install a new boiler. They were the first to respond, give a good quote and then install it within a few weeks. They also took the old (big) one away and did a few extra tasks as part of the job. Then each year after this I have requested them to perform the annual maintenance, as I know I can trust them to do a thorough job.

Anthony came to my rescue….boiler pressure was dropping every time we tried filling it up and water was pouring out of overflow pipe…..he came out the same day as I contacted him and arrived promptly at the time agreed (with a phone call to say he was on his way) got straight to work and sorted out the issue plus serviced the boiler at same time very genuine and likeable chap kept me updated on exactly what he was doing and the parts he needed to change. Great local business to work with. Really knowledgeable and go the extra mile. Turns out in part ownship I need an annual gas safety check alongside a boiler service. The team at bespoke were happy to accommodate and conduct this whilst they were doing my boiler annual service. Even though I only figured out I needed this whilst they were at the property already! Props to Ryan and Kate who were great all throughout. Will be coming you guys from now on instead of wasting a month trying to sort anything with British Gas! Great work guys.

Bespoke Gas responded very quickly and ensured that the whole system was working during a very cold period. They fitted me in despite a heavy workload at the drop of a hat. Bespoke Gas Ltd fitted a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000 Style and power-flushed our system. The boiler was relocated from a kitchen cupboard to the airing cupboard. Anthony and his team were on time, and their workmanship was excellent. They left everything clean after each day and covered all our floors and work areas before starting work. For 2 full days they didn't stop!!! I would truly recommend Bespoke Gas Ltd to anyone who needs assistance with their heating system. We've always received an efficient service from Bespoke Gas and this occasion was no exception. They came out quickly to look at issues with a boiler, identified the problem, ordered the parts and soon returned to do the final fix. Different engineers were assigned on each of the 2 visits and both were knowledgeable and helpful with an explanation of what they were doing or planned to do. Great service from them both and the appointments controller. Working above and beyond they were phoning and emailing me whilst on the way to their works Christmas Do!

I have used Bespoke Gas twice now for our boiler service. They are a brilliant company! Kate is a real asset to the company, it's not often you come across someone as helpful, professional and friendly as she is. We have used bespoke gas for all our Gas requirements since moving to the area 5 years ago. Anthony and his team are genuinely very helpful and lovely and I would certainly recommend them. They have attended at short notice and in thick snow! We’ve also had a brand new boiler installed, which has been fantastic! (it does look like a giant iphone on the wall in our utility room but it’s very impressive for a boiler!)

My gas boiler failed to fire up in the morning so I phoned Bespoke, having been recommended by my plumber. The lady who answered the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful and that although they were very busy she would get back to me with a time and day. To my surprise she phoned back within an hour to say Anthony would be with me in the morning.. Anthony phoned in the morning to say he was 10 minutes away. When he arrived he put some protective wear over his shoes to protect my carpet, very considerate. He was extremely pleasant and cleaned up my boiler and repaired it. He also pointed out that it was possibly in need of replacing soon and would provide a quote. We talked through what sort of boiler I could replace it with and the reasons why. My boiler, I would point out, is approx 36 years old, so it is old! The following day I received my bill which was very reasonable and also a quote for a new boiler, including installation. I would most certainly recommend Bespoke as a reliable, honest and trustworthy company and would not hesitate to use them again.

My boiler failed the other week, which wasn't a surprise as I had neglected it for a few years. I called Bespoke Gas who are a small local company, who I find very helpful and friendly. They replaced a number of worn parts and cleaned up several other parts where possible and on completion, the boiler was working a treat and the radiators were red hot! I thoroughly recommend them!

Thoroughly professional company. They managed to bail me out when heating and hot water failed at my home as a temporary fix when another heating company was unable to do anything. I am now looking forward to a new boiler installation with Bespoke Gas after an on-site survey the other day and a competitive quote. Ryan from Bespoke Gas serviced my boiler in November 2020. He did an excellent job and the boiler performed perfectly for several months. Earlier this year, I noticed a small pool of water appearing below the boiler and this seemed to be worsening as the weeks went on. I contacted Bespoke Gas and had a pleasant chat with the lady on the phone before explaining the issue. She arranged for Ryan and a colleague to investigate within 48 hours. They arrived promptly, were polite and pleasant and took the time to trace the exact problem, which was then promptly fixed. Ryan apologised, although I don't think there was any need to, and I got the impression there would be no charge for this follow-up appointment, which is very pleasing. He also arranged to send a colleague to look at my water system as I expressed some concerns about the hot water, which are long-standing and not related to the boiler at all. I feel that Bespoke Gas really do care about getting things right and keeping their customers happy.

We had a disaster yesterday with our Boiler and after a pump went, we were left with no hot water or heating for the whole of Saturday. I had several quotes to replace my boiler but I chose Antony at Bespoke Gas Ltd based on his consideration of all of my requirements. He listened to all my concerns and not only addressed them during his visit but also included them in my quotation. This put me at ease as I knew he was not just fitting a boiler but a boiler that suited my specific requirements. Following his visit I had a couple of further questions and his response was quick and comprehensive. On the day of the installation, I could not had been more delighted. I dreaded it as the area where the boiler is located had recently been decorated and this included a new carpet - my experience of workmen in the house hasn’t always been a happy one! Absolutely top notch service from Bespoke Gas - we had an old boiler that became unsafe to use very unexpectedly. It seemed like no time at all after I submitted an enquiry for boiler installation that I had a phone call from the very friendly and helpful Kate to find out what I was after. Not long afterwards, Anthony appeared on my doorstep with a smile on his face and after a quick inspection, was able to give a professional recommendation in plain English. Ant and his small team of engineers have been looking after our heating system for a number of years. They are always friendly and professional, and we have gotten to know all of them over that time. It is a company that really makes you feel part of the family. Based upon comparable quotes and our experience with other companies, prices are very reasonable, however, the quality of service is still very high. Highly recommended.

We've been very happy with Anthony @ Bespoke Gas. He is punctual, polite, tidy, reasonable, efficient. Most impressive was when our very old gas boiler failed on a Friday about a week before Christmas. By the following Tuesday we had a new boiler which was cheaper than we had feared it might be, was installed quickly and with minimal disruption. I have been using Bespoke Gas for a couple of years now but just recently, when the boiler in my rental property was beyond repair, and broke down on the day my new tenants moved into the property, Bespoke really did come into its own. Appreciating the severity of the situation, Anthony and his team could not do more to help, finding a suitable and affordable solution (the original boiler and its plumbing was pretty ancient so it was not a straight forward job!).
