Paul was very efficient and helped us out big time as our only toilet in a house with 2 kids was out of action. He had all the parts for the job and had it fixed in 2 hours. Thank you Paul, I would definitely recommend!

After filling in the contact form on a bank holiday Sunday, Paul called the same day to check what was needed. He kindly explained if it could wait then it would be a cheaper call out. He came round the following Wednesday and fixed the issue quickly, explaining what he had done to rectify the issue without it costing a fortune. We called New Forest Plumbing to install a dishwasher, washing machine and outside tap. Paul turned up with everything we needed to complete the job, he worked well with the gas engineer as well. The job was a slight nightmare as the dishwasher would not fit in the hole we had for it. Paul quickly found a solution that didn’t cost extra, and everything was completed in one day. He was a friendly chap with a happy personality, he made us feel confident in our choice of plumber. His work was very clean and he never left us a mess to sort when he finished. He was also very aware that we have indoor cats so made sure all windows and doors were kept closed, which we really did appreciate.
Removed old taps and Fitted new ones. In the kitchen, bathroom and a completely new install of an outside tap. Very happy with the work, the cleanliness and professionalism. Highly recommend Paul and his son.
Paul came around to fix what should have been a simple routine shower plug leak, however, after 2 separate visits and multiple trade searches to acquire the compatible parts Paul finally managed to resolve the issue. Paul was great, and full of useful advice. Most tradesman would probably have taken the easy escape and said you need to replace the whole shower tray etc, but Paul made it his mission to get the part replaced. Would definitely recommend
Needed a plumber fairly urgently as couldn't use either basin or bath due to a very blocked waste pipe. Paul arrived the next day and did a wonderful job of unblocking also replaced a very worn u-bend. A nice polite man will use him again if ever needed.

Foolishly I drilled through a water pipe while fixing flor boards. Paul came within half an hour of calling, repaired the leak (and put right a bad piece of plumbing done by a previous plumber) and gave me several pieces of plumbing advice for which I was very grateful. Very happy with the work Paul completed for us today. An old lead pipe had sprung a small but worsening leak. We sent new forest plumbing 24/7 message on Saturday night and received a message back from Paul on Sunday saying he could come out on Monday morning. We sent a photo of the leaky pipe and he said he could sort it no problem despite it being an old lead pipe in a tight corner with no room to move. Paul started work immediately and job was done in just a couple of hours. Really happy with Paul and the quality of his work. Highly recommended!!
