Absolute hero!!!!!! Josh came to fix our boiler the day after calling him. Squeezing us in and going out of his way to sort out our hot water. He battled with it for over 2 hours on a Saturday, never giving up where other people would have definitely walked away. Can’t recommend this guy enough. Professional and tidy at a very reasonable cost.

My boiler broke down and I needed to replace it urgently. I phoned Sheffield Plumbing Services and Josh came the next day to give me a quote. He explained everything very clearly and altered his schedule so that he could fit it within a couple of days. He did a first class job of fitting the boiler and also a brilliant job of boxing in the new pipework which was needed below the boiler. This was a great relief as the boiler is on the kitchen wall. Thanks again Josh!

Reliable and always done a first class job

Josh did 4 small jobs for us and each was excellent. Our heating system is working the best that it has done since we moved in 2 years ago. Josh really knows his stuff and is great at explaining what needs doing and why. He was also reliable and communicated well, despite being extremely busy and in demand.

You know how hard it is to find a tradesperson that is professional, knowledgable, reliable and doesn’t overcharge? Well, look no further! Best heating engineer I’ve come across in donkey’s years! Top lad too! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Josh to anyone

If they approach plumbing like they do driving I would avoid. Branded van this morning overtook a whole lane of right turning traffic by driving down the wrong side of the carriageway forcing on coming traffic to stop, before cutting in to the queue at the last minute. Then tail gated a car transporter onto the roundabout again forcing on coming traffic to stop. Completely disrespectful of other road users and dangerous. If this is the character of the staff I wouldn't trust them in my house.

We have used this business twice over the last year now with various boiler issues and toilet issues. Josh is so friendly, professional and gets the job done to a brill standard. Nothing is too much trouble, works around us and our blind dog! We wouldn’t use anyone else :)

My boiler was leaking (2 days before Christmas) so a repair was needed urgently. Engineer arrived when he said he would (same day) and the boiler was repaired within an hour. Very knowledgable and friendly, left the area clean and tidy too. Will be booking a boiler service for later next year. Couldn't be more happy with the service given.

Josh and his team renovated our bathroom including re-plastering, tiling, installing a bath, shower, toilet, shower screen and new heated towel rail all within a week! We are very happy with the quality of the work and Josh's commitment to our satisfaction when he personally checks on each job at its conclusion. This gave us a chance if we wanted anything changed. The quotation was clear and we were kept updated throughout. The work was completed with no hidden costs. Josh was professional and friendly and we would hire him again should we need any further plumbing or gas work done.

Josh came round to fix our leaky Valiant boiler. I'd managed to identify the leaky part, so he picked one up and got it fitted in no time. Nice guy, work done to a high standard at a good price. Will be contacting SPS again for future boiler services, and any other plumbing needs.

I cannot recommend the SPS team enough! We bought our first home recently and had a full renovation to do and the SPS TEAM helped us every step of the way. We had a brand new full heating system installed throughout the house, full utility rooms and an amazing brand new bathroom! No job was too much hassle for them which took so much stress off us. Josh and his team at SPS came to fit a new gas boiler in my 94yr old mother’s flat.Two of his team spent most of the day with her and were conscientious, efficient and truly professional in all that they did. In doing so they also tidied up some ugly pipe-work left by previous plumbers and left the site as clean and tidy as they had found it. Not only that, they were personable and friendly, and kept my mother at her ease at all times. All-in-all, an impressive and effective team - they have my thanks and my highest recommendation.

Used SPS twice in a month. The first occasion was an emergency call as a hot water tap wouldn't turn off. Very impressed with the service so contacted them to replace a downstairs toilet. Very friendly and efficient. Good price, would recommend and would use again.

We have just altered our old bathroom to a fabulous new walk in shower vanity unit and toilet, tiles and new electrics. Josh and his lads have done a brilliant job. Josh, Cameron, and John are great lads and worked extremely hard tidying up as they went along nothing was too much trouble. Josh's co-ordination with the electrician and tiler was spot on.
