J s pinder plumbing and heating drew positive reports for boiler and radiator work, gas supply changes and a call-out on Easter Sunday. Several reviewers said Jason communicated well, and one described him as reliable on repeat use. One reviewer was frustrated by texts not being answered, and another reported two late cancellations on WhatsApp. A further reviewer said the job was done without mess or disruption.
Couldn’t recommend Jason highly enough. Great communication, competitive price, reliable and clearly an expert in his field. He carried out work to consolidate our gas supply from one to two meters. We’ll definitely be using him in future for further works.
I’ve used Jason several times in the past and he’s always very reliable - recently Jason installed a new boiler for me and all was done quickly and without mess or disruption- so great to use and would happily recommend to anyone
Jason provided a competitive estimate for the replacement of my boiler and radiators. I really liked how well he communicated with me and that he was able to be flexible. He completed the job within a good timescale and to a good standard. I will definitely be calling him again if I need other work done.
Doesn’t respond to texts at all even after reading them, it’s frustrating because my mum thinks that he’s wonderful but I can’t make an opinion because of my experience.
Let us down badly by cancelling on WhatsApp TWICE within 30 minutes of appointment. A shame as the family name is valued locally.
Jason very kindly came out on Easter Sunday morning at short notice - did a very thorough and professional job. I highly recommend his services - 5 ⭐️
