Absolutely outstanding service. This repeated‑leak situation had been causing me a great deal of worry and stress, but their help has really put my mind at ease. They responded quickly to our very serious leak emergency. Two engineers safely accessed the roof void, carried out difficult work with great care and professionalism. Communication was excellent throughout. I can highly recommend this company for any emergency plumbing work.

Absolutely fantastic and ray is a real life saver. Had a major leak in thr night and he attended within the hour

Ray responded to our enquiry quickly, and was friendly and polite. He arrived at the time he said he would and fixed the problems with our kitchen and bathroom taps. Great! Would definitely use again.

Ray answered straight away. Very reliable and efficient. I would definitely use their services again

Cannot recommend enough. Answered the phone straight away and was reassuring. Knew immediately what the problem was even via phone. Jozef came out and went over and above to diagnose and fix the issue. He took pictures of the work in stages so he could explain what the issue had been and recommended what future work might be needed. Would absolutely recommend to anyone with an issue that needs speedy intervention!

Great service, fast and friendly despite being very busy. The plumber quickly identified the problem and fitted a new part so we now have a fully working toilet! Thank you. Would recommend 😁

Absolutely life saver I was let down by a company who I waited 3 hours for and they cancelled on me last minute. Called Ray and he was with me within 30 minutes. Identified the leak and explained exactly how he was going to repair it. Really nice guy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Not cheap but pleasant guys, and came out quickly to sort blockage to outside pipe which had caused sink and dishwasher drainage back-up. They couldn't get dishwasher working again immediately (sensor had been flooded inside) but they did their best. This rectified itself after a week of drying out.

A really quick response late at night, issue fully fixed. Highly recommended

Great lads, fearless!

Came quickly on new years day and was fixed. Highly recommended

Immediate attendance and fixed the problem straight away

Ray and his colleague were most helpful, arrived quickly, in fact 30 mins before their ETA. Sadly they weren't able to fix the problem as they didn't have the part, but told me exactly which part had failed. Ray rang me afterwards to apologise for not being able to fix my boiler. I would recommend Ray if you need an emergency plumber.

Needed a plumber asap as my boiler had totally stopped working, answered my call straight away, explained situation and engineer came out within a couple hours and was able to fit new part to boiler to get it working again. Polite and explained everything fully.

I needed a plumber ASAP and my call was answered right away. Ray was clear and quick in his communication, showed up within 90 minutes, and was able to efficiently fix a risky and tough issue on the spot. I was very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend!

Can’t recommend Ray enough. Would be 6 stars if I could. He was a true professional and very helpful for my emergency call out this Sunday. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber in the Sheffield / Wakefield area I’d highly recommend you use him 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Nice guy, came out really quickly and really tried to get my toilet unblocked but unfortunately didn’t managed to. At a rate of £190 I was expecting more than pumping the toilet and pouring some bleach and hot water down sinks. Didn’t resolve the problem. Toilet and sinks as blocked as before.

nice bloke and the fastest turnaround I've ever seen from a plumber: went from initial phonecall to job done in 30 minutes!

Absolutely brilliant service - came out straightaway to look at my washing machine which wouldn't drain, but was gushing water out of the bottom of it, flooding the kitchen. Sorted the problem very efficiently, and also kindly calmed down this very stressed and anxious lady as a bonus! Thank you so much and will definitely call again for future issues.

Very swift callout for an emergency job involving a leaking macerator. Sorted within the hour, with exemplary service! Thank you

Shamless Extortionist!!! Requested an urgent plumbing seevice to repair a leak in my kitchen sink, without even listening clearly to what was wrong, the gentleman said it will cost £180. This is more than trice the cost to install a new kitchen sink.

Amazing response - came out within the hour, quickly identified the leak despite it being a very difficult job to access and was able to sort it fast. Professional and friendly service

Amazing work, was out within an hour at 1AM Saturday morning, fixed the toilet we had spraying water everywhere and even upgraded it with new top of the line parts and at a better price than the guy who originally put in the bad parts! Amazing work and will definitely use again

Absolutely amazing service, needed an emergency plumber following a burst tap flexi. Attended within the hour and fixed the problem. Really polite and well mannered

These guys are genuine lifesavers! I have a commercial bar in an old building and they solved the issue in just a couple of hours that would’ve taken others days to complete! Incredibly reasonable price and very honest and transparent service. 10/10 would recommend.

Really responsive. Always arrives within a couple of hours of me calling. Really transparent about what the issue is and how the fix will work and a nice guy too.

One of our operatives was working on a prestigious high rise building in Sheffield and accidentally cut through a water pipe, resulting in the water to an entire floor having to be cut off. I rang Emergency Plumber Sheffield and within the hour, they had an operative on site and repaired the leak, to the satisfaction of our client. The service was exceptionally quick and the price very reasonable, so it goes without saying that I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Thanks again to all that helped, from everyone at West Siphonics Systems Ltd.

Ray attended within the hour for an out of hours emergency call out for a blocked WC in a short-term let. Excellent communications and took photos of everything to show the cause. Excellent customer service - would definitely recommend him.

Had a burst pipe in the bathroom Friday night into Saturday morning. Rang Ray early on the Saturday - he picked up immediately, offered a reasonable quote and accepted the job. Needed an emergency plumber and he came out within a couple of hours. Very quick, efficient and explained everything to me clearly. Would definitely use again.

I wish I can give less than one star. They took 1100 to fit a new macerator. Now water is coming back through the sink and it smells awful. Rang them many times to come and have a look but they didn’t and now telling me we are just a call centre and the plumber who came to you is responsible. This plumber is not even responding to calls or messages. I have to get another plumber now to fix it. They also broke the wall for no proper reason and now I have to pay to get it painted. Never use them again. Dangerous plumbers left electric wires uk covered next to water.

It was a real life saver ! Came after an hour of calling them on a Saturday afternoon. Fixed the problem . Very professional

Came to fix a bathroom leak coming through the ceiling. Very quickly diagnosed and solved the problem within 30mins. Gave advice on what to do next leaving me feeling very reassured. A pleasure to have in the house. Would recommend to anyone.

Thank you so much Josh and Ray for a five star service!!

Josef the plumber who attended this morning was really lovely and did an excellent job for us. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable regards what he was doing and left everything in my kitchen as it was before he arrived. The cost of the job was really reasonable and I would recommend to any person requiring a plumber. We cannot thank your company enough.

Ray fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. He offered to come out within an hour of ringing, but it wasnt convenient with me so we arranged a slightly later time. He kept me updated about his arrival time via text. I would definitely contact Ray again should I need an emergency plumber. Thanks very much for your great service!

Big thanks to Ray for coming out at 11pm on the snowiest night of the year to cap my electric shower after it suddenly burst without warning, and started flooding the bathroom and kitchen below, as we couldn't find the stopcock to shut it off.

We used this company 9 months ago for blocked drains in our village hall. It was a Thursday evening and I didn't expect to see anyone until at least the weekend, but they were there within an hour and did a brilliant job. I had drips and water marks on the kitchen ceiling and walls and the first plumber I called renewed the mastic in the shower above, without solving the leak. In desperation I called this emergency plumbing service and they were excellent - two engineers came same day, were calm, polite and super-efficient. Boiler leak diagnosed, new part fitted on the spot and advice given on drying out the affected plasterwork. Highly recommended.

We called them at 5.30pm and by 6.30pm everything was fixed and back working and they bled every radiator in the house before leaving, they were quick, efficient and professional. We were very impressed and happy to have our heating and hot water back on a very cold evening.
