Quick response to fixing my boiler, great communication and flexible to when I was available to have the boiler fixed!

Rich and his team have always given a sterling service and I highly recommend for boiler service and plumbing tasks required. They maybe a small team but big in service, support and professionalism!!

E.M.B.R did a great job installing our new boiler at our Nottingham home. Since installation, we’ve had the team back round to install air con in a couple of our room. EMBs came to do my annual servicing. The engineer arrived bang on time, and was as usual friendly, efficient and tidy. Such a trustworthy company , I would heartily recommend them to anyone else !

We used EMBR for our boiler service and would highly recommend. The lady I spoke to when booking was very friendly and helpful. We arranged time suitable for us and the engineer who attended was great. Shoes off at the door without being asked (doesn’t always happen with tradesmen) and was efficient and polite. Will use them again for sure, a great service!

We have just had our bathroom replaced by EMBR and are very pleased with the result. Richard is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. He is easy to talk to and always makes the time to explain things to you so that you know exactly what he is doing. We have used his company before and are happy to use his company again.

Rich and his team installed a new boiler which had to be moved from its original site, it took 3 days and the install couldn’t have been smoother. They are a very professional team with Rich explaining what the plan was and how things were going throughout. They are friendly, communicative, punctual and thorough and we would highly recommend them.

Fantastic Service, Rich and the team did a professional job in removing my old Boiler & Water Tank and replacing with a new Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler. I was provided with multiple options for a new boiler which were all fair and what I wanted. Communication prior the works and during each day was great, where they explained what they had worked on that day and their plan for the follow. The works they performed were done to a professional standard, with both working fantastically hard whilst keeping my house tidy during the works and overnight as well. I would happily recommend East Midlands Boilers to anyone looking for a professional service with excellent communication!

Great service. Rich was fantastic. Came out and was honest to me about my boiler. Checked it thoroughly and gave me a very reasonable quote which he later reduced. My pressure went down and the radiators weren't heating properly afterwards and he sent someone out quickly to come and sort it for me. He was very polite and professional while he was in my home. Kept everywhere clean and came and educated me about what he was doing to keep me informed with the work that was being done and the problem the boiler was having. A very down to earth bloke who's a good laugh as well. Can have a laugh with him and a chat. Great service overall and will definitely continue to use Rich for my boiler maintenance and yearly serving.

A really tricky job to re-route pipework from my Air Source Heat Pump to the cylinder in the loft, originally installed running around the outside of my house by poor contractors during the installation. Richard and his team did a fantastic job bringing the pipework inside, nicely boxed in and running along the ceiling of my kitchen, before turning upwards into the loft. Lots of challenges which were discussed with me, we agreed everything as they went along and even saved my money through reusing some existing materials and pipework. ASHP was moved to a less obtrusive position and located on new slabs with a concrete base. Courteous and tidy, the quality of their workmanship was fantastic. Rich and Dan were great, meticulous and went over and above to ensure a long standing issue was finally resolved, ensuring our heating and hot water was finally working as it should after 4 years of worry. They kept us up to date every step of the way. Would definitely recommend.

Richard and Dan arrived as per appointment and promptly set to work on the installation of our new boiler. Richard explained everything that was going to happen during the installation in plan English. After the installation was complete they explained how the system worked and how to set up the controller for the new boiler. They left everywhere clean and tidy taking away everything including the old boiler. I would highly recommend East Midlands Boilers for their professional work and attitude.

These guy's have carried out a few jobs on my central heating system. Always very professional and courteous. The work they have done has always been completed to a very high standard.

East Midlands Boilers and specifically Rich have truly brilliant for me! Rich came to my rescue last year when my old boiler was on its last legs, and he worked his magic to get it up and running again. Found East Midlands Boilers online after being let down elsewhere and needing urgent help and I can’t rave about them enough. Rich has been amazing ever since Dan discovered the problem with our old boiler. They were both incredibly patient with our old boiler and would happily have repaired it but when we learned that we could have a top range boiler on Finance we knew that was the wisest move. Rich fitted our new boiler which took him the best part of a day and he more or less worked non stop. He was tidy, organised, thorough, friendly and communicative at each stage. He left the whole area spotless and even helped us with furniture lifting! I had a boiler installed by East Midlands boilers. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish and therefore I highly recommend them. The biggest thing that set them apart was that Rich took a consultative approach and actually listened to me when I initially contacted them. Typically, I found that most companies just told me what I should have and didn't want to deviate from their preference, not caring much for my preferences. The work was done quickly, neatly and with no problems or fuss, and their price was competitive. Lastly, were they were able to shuffle their other work around to fit us in, rather than us going to the "end of the queue".

Richard and his team removed a large old boilermate tank and installed a new tank. They were punctual, professional and friendly.The job was not straightforward and we had some difficulties getting quotes. They did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

Boiler service was efficient and they resolved a couple of other issues we had whilst here, quickly getting parts and sorting out leaks in our bath and washing machine. The service was great. Daniel, the Engineer was very efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. Serviced our boiler and fixed our loft room radiator which was not heating. Really helpful and efficient. I'd been struggling to find a plumber to service our boiler and gas fire but East Midlands Boilers were really great.

Very happy with the work they did for us. Got the job done in a day where other suppliers had expected it to take 1.5 or 2 days. Our boiler had broken and they shuffled things round to come to us earlier than originally planned. Highly recommend.

So i just received my first reminder for boiler service ,yes its been a year and i haven't written a review yet (Sorry Rich).It was my intent to see how efficient this new boiler is compared to my old clunker of a boiler then write a review...The world then went to hell with soaring energy prices so this wasn't possible.. All i can do is say how good of a job Rich (not forgetting Al ) did for me.The guys turned up on time ,were quick , efficient , tidy and also identified and sorted a quite serious gas leak(not caused by EMB).We did have a little issue with a leak from the bathroom (also not caused by EMB) but Rich came out on a Sunday morning and fixed that too. All in all i am delighted with my boiler and would highly recommend East Midland Boilers to anyone. Thanks again guys , happy to give 5 stars.

Rich and Luke were brilliant. They were very professional, courteous, punctual and clean. East Midland Boilers recently undertook a full central heating replacement including new boiler and installation of an unvented cylinder. We contacted East Midlands Boilers the week before Xmas as we were constantly losing pressure in our boiler. They came out the same week to assess the situation and provide solutions. Luke was out most days over a two week period as we worked out way through all the possible issues and solutions. It ended up being a leak in a pipe under our utility room floor, but throughout Luke (and Rich) never gave up finding the problem and resolving it. The team of East Midlands Boilers Ltd were absolutely exceptional. I had no heating and they literally worked for hours until the issue was fully resolved. It's very rare in the present day to come across such service and dedication. I seriously cannot thank you enough for all your hard work last week.

EMB was responsive and has done more than one quote for our company boiler installation for different scenarios, catering to all our requests. The job was then performed without issues apart from a delay on the purveyor’s side, but EMB worked around it and finished the works by the originally set deadline.

Rich is a lovely guy, he arrived on time with good communication. He serviced my boiler and fitted a new part, he also did some other plumbing for me. He works cleanly and efficiently, would definitely recommend him.

Boiler was serviced by rich at the end of December- all of a sudden the pressure started to drop, 3 weeks later after having to top it up every day they came back out- 3 hours late and no phone call- wasn’t happy that I hadn’t cleared the outhouse out but it was torrential rain so didn’t want to leave it outside, he flooded the boiler and owned up to his mistake, after an hour later he stated he was being too hard on himself and that it should dry out by the morning- not ideal with a 2 year older little boy in winter, tried the boiler this morning and not working, contacted them for them to say that repairs don’t always go as planned- haven’t invoiced us for work carried out and now haven’t come back out! Nice to know people have consciences these days

I needed a new boiler. Rich provided a quote (£3.5K) I agreed the quote but then he just disappeared. He never got back in touch. Clearly he didn't want to do the job but didn't want to say so. Many delays along the way so several weeks wasted. He seems like a nice bloke but I wouldn't want to do any business with him : (

East Midlands boilers have recently moved and installed a new combi boiler for me. Their work is of a very high standard and the staff are professional and polite. I would thoroughly recommend them as a company and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Thank you EMB for making my boiler installation so stress free! Really neat piepework, vertical radiators and boiler fitted for me last week and at nearly half the amount British Gas were asking for AND with a longer boiler warranty! Definitely recommend getting in contact!
