Worked with Carr’s plumbing and heating for approximately 4 years now, they are always my number one choice for any works needed for the business. (Letting agency) They are reliable, punctual, fair on price and always deliver a fantastic service. Nothing is ever too much trouble, service with a smile and sometimes if we’re lucky we get chocolates too 🙂 so nothing to complain about on that front. Overall just brilliant, wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I can't honestly recommend Richie enough. He is honest, efficient, and reliable. His approach and work ethic is outstanding; nothing is ever too much hassle. I had an issue with my boiler kept on losing pressure which ment i had to keep filling the boiler up twice a day, I called out 3 gas engineers to fix my boiler each engineer said something completely different, 1 engineer said ive got a leak and needed my floor boards pulling up, the other one said I needed a new expansion vessel, I was just about to give up hope when I was given Richies number and my God I'm so glad I did, I called him explained what was going on he came out and assesed the issue. Richie completed a number of checks and still he still couldn't find what was causing the issue.. then he said "I'm going to try something" he filled the boiler up with air and BOOM!! Boiler is now fixed, apparently my boiler hasn't been serviced, thank you so much Richie for going above and beyond for me today.. I'd definitely recommend Richie, thank you for you're honesty and being a top bloke you could of said I needed a new boiler, a load of different parts which would have cost a small fortune but you didnt, I couldn't of asked for better service He even looked at a few other issues I had.. top bloke and thanks again.

Fair to say, this plumbing guy turned up on time as promised, was friendly and professional and price was fair. We've got other plumbing work needing done so now we've found this guy, we will definitely be using him again. Job well done, a very happy customer.
