blocked drain leicester

I called Michael out to clean my Mum's drains - he did a great job - immediately responsive, friendly, straightforward and down to earth, and offered a fair price, which he stuck to, despite the job proving more complicated than expected. Thanks Michael!"

Amazing service from Michael! He arrived within just a few hours to sort out an issue that was actually Severn Trent’s responsibility. I can’t thank or recommend him highly enough. His pricing beat everyone else, and he was truly committed to getting the problem fixed. There really aren’t enough people like Michael around!

Great experience. Rang and arranged a time within 3 hours, great Comms and price. Turned up on time and cleared the blockage and I sorted drain to establish cause and recommended next steps. Top service.

Michael has gone above and beyond to sort our drainage issue. He’s friendly and transparent throughout the process whilst giving you plenty of options so you don’t feel pressured but the most important thing is he gets the job done! Thanks again

Outstanding service from start to finish!! Micheal showed a high level of professionalism throughout, was friendly and very respectful of my home. He was knowledgeable and had clear expertise to diagnose the problem with my blocked drains due to root ingress. He explained the issue thoroughly, kept me updated at every stage, and carried out the work efficiently and reliably. It was reassuring to deal with a company that was fully transparent with pricing - No hidden charges!! The service Michael provided truly went above and beyond, delivering an exceptionally thorough and professional service. Communication was clear throughout, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. It’s rare to find such dedication and reliability—highly recommended. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use their services again

Excellent service! Prompt professional! Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

We had a blocked sink which was unblocked by another company but blocked up again a year later. Michael came round and pointed out that there was a man hole under some bushes outside our property which the last company hadn’t realised was there, we cut back the bushes and he came back and sorted the problem properly….great service and a good price too, can’t recommend him enough!

Fit us in within a couple of hours to a bit of a tricky job! Helpful and friendly throughout and dedicated to getting us back on our feet with our drains today. Used some elbow grease and high tech kit, a great combo! Would use again without hesitation and recommend to all.

Came out within 2 hours and saved 4 hours from sewage. Lovely and friendly very professional

Fast and efficient service, sorted our blockage within an hour, would highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Michael enough! He came out to unblock my drain and gave me the absolute best service. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, very honest, and clearly knows exactly what he’s doing. What impressed me most is that he has all the equipment that even the big companies don’t have. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to help. From now on, he’s the only person I’ll be calling for any drain issues. Highly recommend!

Michael responded to my message within hours and came out the next day and spent several hours diligently sorting out the issues. My issue was domestic but complicated and Michaels' breadth of experience and expertise in both the domestic and corporate sectors really was evident. He kept me posted with camera footage throughout the job for reassurance and communicates well throughout which is good when sewage in your back yard is anxiety provoking to say the least! As well as having all the kit! You don't need a drainage man till you do!! 5 stars .. Thanks Michael :) p.s. very competitive rates - fair price was more than happy with

Thank you Michael!! Very impressed with your services and availability, especially on a Sunday call out. Always a pleasure knowing that there are services like yours that we can depend on. Excellent service from MAR Property Maintenance! The issue was investigated properly and fixed on the same day. I have called them out at around 5 pm by which time all other specialists asked me to wait till tomorrow. However, MAR started the job at 7 pm and finished at 8pm swiftly and for a reasonable price! I can highly recommend them to anyone that experiences blocked drains!

Excellent service. Such a nice guy. Dont hesitate to use if you ever need this service. Thank you so much. Kate & Carl

Our drains blocked Friday night, tried to sort it ourselves but couldn’t so when onto google Saturday morning and found Micheal from blocked drains Leicester. From the reviews we thought we would give him a ring and hope he could come out over the weekend. He answered the call and said he would be with us within 3 hours and would give us a call 1 hour before. Fantastic especially for a Saturday ! On arrival he got quickly to work and solved the problem within 30 mins. An absolute life saver and what a contact to have if we ever need him again! Amazing to find a genuine tradesman who is reliable, able to solve the problem so quickly and friendly as well, thank you so much Micheal, great work, cheers Andrew

Great service. Blocked drain issue fixed in no time.

Michael was wonderful! Fixed the drain promptly, great value and professionalism. I also asked him some advice about our toilet seat and he tried to fix this! He has gone above and beyond! Honestly has made a massive difference. Genuinely great guy, 100/10 recommend.

Highly recommended and so grateful to Michael for his services today. What I thought might be a small fix (a leaking soil pipe) turned into quite a messy and long job but Michael took it all in his stride. I was amazed that he was able to promptly find a solution & fix it same day. An absolute hero! Thank you so much

Excellent service - went way over and above and really wanted to help. I would recommend highly to anyone. Thanks

Engineer came within hours of the call and was knowledgeable, polite, and capable. His changes were very reasonable, and we can't speak highly enough of him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brilliant guy, new his stuff and solved my problem with no fuss, would 100% recommend him

Excellent service and value for money, attended to issue within 3 hours of contacting on a weekend. Quick and clean resolution, definitely recommend.

My Boy turned up quick and sorted it quick, very fair rate recommended 5 stars

Absolutely brilliant service, really knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Rang through with an issue with the drains on Sunday evening - was grey water so not a major issue with regards the foul. Michael attended yesterday (Monday) did a cracking job on unblocking the drain - made sure it was running clean and tidied up after himself. Definitely good value for money compared to some who charge an absolute fortune just to attend. Also gave me advice on how to stop it happening again. Would happily recommend

Michael got to us in 8 minutes... 8 MINUTES on a Saturday! We needed our external drain unblocking and he was reasonably priced compared to some other companies we spoke to. He was very polite, professional and unblocked the drain quickly. As he was leaving, I thought I'd ask if he might be able to fix the garden tap so it could run water and he said he'd have a quick look. After checking, Michael said he'd just done a similar job earlier in the day and luckily he had all the kit to connect this up! He said he could fix it there and then. He quoted us for this job (again reasonable pricing) and got to work on it! We now have a garden tap that works so we can attach a hose! We've booked him to sort out the plumbing for the toilet in our outhouse. We've saved Michael's number so we'll definitely be giving him more business in the future! Big shout out to Michael thanks so much! Would highly recommend!

Michael replied swiftly and did a brilliant job while other plumbers taking hours to get back to me and quoted a lot higher than Blocked Drain Leicester. Michael was polite and knowledgeable in terms of how he treated the blockage and happily explained to me the effective technique he's using where other drainage companies not. I am fully satisfied and grateful with the Michael's work especially on a lovely Saturday afternoon and at such short notice, absolutely champion! I would absolutely recommend Michael to anyone who needs help with drainage issues, rather than being ripped off by other well known drain companies. Many thanks, Hao

Michael was brilliant. My drain became blocked on Thursday evening and I rang at 8pm and Michael was there in 30 minutes. He stayed for two hours at night and came back the next day until the problem was fixed. He was extremely professional and explained everything so I understood what the possible issues were. I cannot rate him highly enough. Exceptional service. Thanks so much Michael.

Michael did an amazing job, the council told me I'd have a wait upto 12 months to have my blocked drain fixed, rang Michael and he booked me in to have it sorted out the very next day, all of it was done in just under 40 mins. Highly recommended 👌 thanks Michael.

Michael came on Monday and sorted the drain out quickly. Have some good advice too. Would definitely recommend.

Had a bad case of blocked drains which was causing smells to enter the home. Michael came out within the hour and did a great job unblocking and sorting everything. Top bloke, really satisfied and would not hesitate to use again.

Received a prompt, and great service from Michael. I can wholeheartedly recommend, Blocked Drain Leicester.

Great job from Michael. Arrived on time on a sunday for an emergency. Sorted it out really well. Lovely chap too. Thx. Dipak Patel

Michael was just brilliant, great service, great value and nice to have a chat with. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, great advice … quick response and very competitive price. Thanks Michael.

Fantastic service! Came out same day and fixed the issue with the drain. Drain was unblocked within an hour and was very helpful on ways to prevent future blockages. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Michael said that he would be at my house within 3 hours and he was there within the time quoted. You couldn't ask for a nicer more polite professional helpful tradesmen to attend the job/house. He did the job quickly and efficiently explained exactly what he was going to do and did it. I would absolutely recommend that you use him, rather than being ripped off by other well known drain companies. Thanks Michael

Absolute gem, arrived within an hour of my call and sorted the job within minutes. Very friendly and highly recommend. Fair price too and even washed down afterwards

I saw a van passing by my house, and in complete desperation I knocked on its window as it stood on a red light. had a problem with a blocked sewage drain/pipe outside in the garden. Michael jumped out of the van to help me right away. he pulled out all the necessary equipment to solve the problem with which I was struggling for over 7 hours, I was all dirty and splashed (you know by what) and he took care of the problem and completed the task in less than an hour. At 1 am! thank you so much michael. I must warn everyone who lives in this building not to use baby wipes. 😂Very, but I highly recommend this company. cheap, fast and efficient. £ 80 for such a terrible job where other companies didn't go below £ 200. I really thank you Michael. I'll recommend his services to everyone and now I'm going to take my dream shower 😂😂

Michael is a special chap. He gave a unique consultation. He arrived within 3 hours. He did his very best to understand what needed to be done. He took a greater interest in secondary issues, and advised what work needed to be carried out (none - saving me £1000). He carefully explained a logical way to remedy a problem with a drain leak. He did not charge a call out fee. Whilst the time was late, and 4pm on a Saturday, he remained mindful and thoughtful. He also, showed care and consideration for internal damage, giving further advice as to how to rectify matters. If I need his service again, I will certainly call on him. I have spoken to over 10 tradesman, about the same issue, going left, right and left again - a reflection of the labour market we have. Michael is a worker who shows pride in his work, in his quotations, and diligence in duty - and he carried out no work. He is far from the workers who inaccurately assess and quote within minutes, in order to grab the next job, at sky high prices.

I phone him 6 oclock and he called me back within 5 mins and i told him the problem , he said ok and he came out Fix the problem ,i was very happy with the service and the Price EXCELLENT

Was a waste of money for us, the drain didn’t unblock, and pipes needed to be changed, thatd what Micheal told us, he spent overall 10 - 15 mins trying to unblock drainage, didn’t make any difference to the blockage, and was still charged a hefty £80 means me and children would struggle for the week with basics. I used a guy unfortunately cant find his number but will attach once i do, charged us £30 and put a camera down pipe showed us what was stuck in sewers pipe spent a good 45 mins and charged us £30. This £80 was waste of money for us and a loss to our family life for a week or two.

Great service from Michael - was at the property on time and explained the job. Reasonable pricing, would highly recommend.

I'd give 6 stars if I could! Michael was fantastic. Came over on a Sunday to sort out a drain problem. Thank you from a very happy customer!

Phoned on Wednesday. Was told that they would call the following day. They did not. They did not reply to texts or phone calls. Disgraceful.

I had blockages in two drains. Michael provided an excellent and thorough service. Good price . Would use again.

Michael was very quick and tidy considering the grim job of removing our kitchen drains fatberg. He manage to come the same day and was reasonably priced. Would reccomended his services👍

Brilliant service. Very quick and friendly, called an hour before arriving to check it was convenient. Would absolutely recommend 👌

Extremely prompt and helpful service, speedy resolution of problem, competitively priced. Would highly recommend. Many thanks!

Called to ask for fees and was given advice to contact Severn Trent based on the information I had provided, to save having to pay anything! Thank you, much appreciated!

They are very prompt and professional. We had a toilet block last day and they were very responsive to our call. They came immediately after few hours and fixed it. Economic rate also. 100 % recommended. Thank you

Called on a Thursday evening, told would come out the next afternoon. Failed to show and didn't respond to text messages or voicemail. Avoid

Michael turned up when he said he would. Worked efficiently and got the job done! He was also considerably cheaper than other companies I had phoned. I have no problem in recommending him.

Very good to talk too and very friendly got the job done in second very knowledgeable knows his stuff was here in bout half hour and good service would recommend will go to him every time!!

I can't recommend this company enough. Michael was brilliant. Prompt and efficient and resolved my problem expertly. Went above and beyond as well. Top class service and very reasonably priced.

Absolutely amazing service. Not only did he cleaned drains but also analysed a problem with one of the drain and quickly came up with a solution in a matter of seconds. I cannot highly recommend the service and will definitely recommend their services to everyone.

Rang about our potentially blocked drains at 2 and Micheal was at our house by 5. Very thorough and methodical approach to finding out what the problem was and great value too. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service. Called on a Sunday, came out within 3 hours, cleared the blocked drain, gave advice all for a excellent fixed price and no call out fee. Couldn’t recommend enough! Tradesmen like this are hard to find! Thanks Michael

Excellent service. Came out in about an hour from my call. Did a very thorough job on the main problem, then cleared another drain and helped me solve a problem with the drain from my shower - all for the fixed cost advertised for one job.

Michael is incredible at what he does! Not only did he solve the problem within 15 minutes, he also educated us on drains and how some of our drainage system parts were at least 100 years old but working brilliantly. He taught us what to do if this problem should ever happen again and how to help reduce blockages! Andrex toilet paper all the way...never thought about the technology that goes into toilet paper! Micheal was very efficient and honest, what else could you ask for in a tradesman. Thank you again, I will be recommending you to others for sure

Came out immediately in the dark. Did a brilliant job, cleared blockage in garden man hole /drain. Checked all drains. Explained everything.Set price: fantastic. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Did a superb job of cleaning my drain, helped me find where my access hatch was (had been paved over) and then came back to finish the job. Excellent service, v-helpful, recommend to any and everyone

Cannot recommend highly enough, called in the morning, Blocked Drain Leicester were out to my property by 2pm the same day. Great service, great price. Hopefully I won't need to but I would definitely use again.

Great customer experience, very friendly and helpful and came really quickly to help. Can't fault at all. Would highly recommend!!!

My drain was blocked so I rang up Blocked Drain Leicester, told them my drain was blocked, they arrived the same day and unblocked it. Not just what it says on the tin though, they also cleared the root infestation reducing the chance of a recurrence. Also, despite lining up a buyer for my kidney, it turned out I no longer needed to sell it, unlike last time, when I hired a company with an orange van.

Would definitely book again - quoted a very fair rate, turned up when he said he could, had all the right kit, fixed the problem.

I called with a blocked drain and he advised me to contact Severn Trent Water and get them to look at the issue. He diagnosed the issue spot on and was right in telling me to contact Severn Trent. Refreshing honesty and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service. Michael explained carefully the problem and the method to solve it, all done with care to the property etc.

Excellent service and really happy with a job👍👍

Had a blocked drain for three days. Tried all DIY stuff to no avail. After a Google search and read all reviews on different companies I decided to call Michael being as he was highly rated. He came and diagnosed the issue and cleared the drain in no time. Very professional, polite, honest and very knowledgeable and at price they was very competitive. Well worth the money. I would highly recommend Michael s company. Absolute brilliant. I am a very happy customer. Thanks Michael.

Very quick response, same day. Excellent service. Very experienced - Sorted the blocked drains out and for a reasonable price. Couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend highly enough. What a breath of fresh air (not while the work was going on) We had a new driveway laid and ever since had water draining slowly from the downstairs loo. We called Michael because of all the positive reviews (from normal people , not other people in similar trades) . We made a good call. Michael came out on Sunday , got straight towork , explained everything to my wife and identified the cleared two drains which were blocked and overflowing with ... Three hours later the drains were clear, the offending items ( bricks thrown in my the driveway people) removed and a working loo. Total charge was exactly what the website said. It is very rare you meet a honest professional who takes pride in thier work. Will probalby not need to call Michael out again as he did the job properly but will keep his details to pass on.

Great service, came really fast even though it was a bank holiday. Completely unblcoked my external drain which had left a huge mess in my garden. He even helped me clean the mess with his equipment, very friendly too. Would definetely recommend 10/10

GREAT SERVICE UNBLOCKED A BAD BLOCKAGE. CAME OUT IN SUPERFAST TIME. FRIENDLY BLOKE. 5 STARS FROM US. THANKS.

Excellent service. Needed a quick response on a Sunday due to a blocked drain in our garden. Great service arrived within 2 hours of calling and the drain was diagnosed, unblocked and cleaned in about an hour. Highly recommended!

Michael came to our property and dealt with my husband Neil Who explained the problem to Michael, Michael took everything in then got all his kit out and got to work he refused a cup of tea. Michael took about 30 minutes to solve our problem packed his kit away and left the job cleaner than what it was before he turned up lol. If I ever have a problem again I will be using Michael and will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.

Had a blocked soil stack. Turned out to be far worse than thought. Fantastic service. Timely knowledgeable and helpful. Price very reasonable. If I have a problem in the future I know who I will use. Highly recommended

Fast response, Friendly service. The engineer was very knowledgeable in his field and solved my blockage and left the area clean, even gave some good advice on others drainage issues. Couldn't ask for more.

Quick response within one hour Would recommend

After reading reviews decided to get Michael in to investigate smell that I thought was blocked drain. Arrived within 2 hours as promised, identified some issues and arranged to come back next day. Did some required repairs but smell still present. Finally identified problem on neighbours property. Would not take any additional money above what was quoted on first night. So unusual to find such a customer oriented business these days. No hesitation to recommend Michael.

We had a blocked drain and Michael came out 2 hours after we called on a Sunday. Not only are his rates cheaper and fairer than most companies they are also fixed so there were no hidden charges! Michael fixed our blocked drain in 1 hour and made sure to clean up after and also did a couple of odd jobs like tightening a few door handles for my mum for free! He is such a nice guy, we could not recommend him more!

Had a blockage on rear garden drain and Michael came out within 2 hours of calling which was fantastic. I can't see why you would go anywhere else and I certainly would always use Michael. A truly unbelievable service provided by Blocked Drain Leicester. We had a blocked Stench pipe that prevented using any of our amenities. Following a late night call, they arrived and work until we had a least one working bathroom. Blocked Drain Leicester arrived the next day and work tirelessly until the root cause was discovered and rectified. I have never had such professional service from a company like Blocked Drain Leicester, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent service, Michael came out at 11.00 pm last night, our sewer drain was blocked and overflowing into the house, He was able to temporarily clear the back up of effluent and then came out first thing this morning (Christmas Eve) to unblock it fully. Me and my partner have had a bad experience with this company we would never recommend them to anyone.

I have had a blocked drain on three occasions now so I want a camera to be put in and see if there's a problem with my pipes or that I'm getting conned and its not being cleared properly. So I called in this time and asked for a clearance and camera but kept getting advised not to get it checked as that would be wasting my money even though I've had it cleared three times in the last year.

Brilliant service, very happy with how quickly they arrived at my property, polite and informative. Cleared the blockage fast, would definitely recommend

Blocked Drain Leicester swiftly came out to my property today after phoning about a blocked drain. He was the cheapest in the area and from what I see, The best. Thankyou again Michael.
