We had no heating or hot water in our entire property. Thanks to his expertise and knowledge of Potterton Combi Boilers, he was able to fix everything very quickly! He also fixed a leaking radiator pipe. Drained the system, cutting out the damaged pipe, and soldering a new one efficiently. He was transparent and direct about pricing, extremely efficient, wasted no time, and was highly reliable. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We contacted Kiran at very short notice in relation to a fault on our Alpha Combi boiler. This was over the bank holiday weekend. Kiran has been outstanding throughout my very stressful extension. His work ranged from chasing in pipework, plumping for the island, fitting new rads, adding an outside tap& changing pipework on our boiler. He helped keep my project on time by reacting quickly & working late to sort issues with the build out. He was also flexible working around other tradesmen. needed someone to pop round and have a look my boiler to diagnose the problem of losing constant pressure. I phoned Kieran in the morning and he came round in the afternoon and after a few checks was able to diagnose the problem. As the boiler was still under warranty he called Worchester Bosch for me and reported it. They came round at the end of the week and fixed it. Thanks Keiran

I contacted a few Gas engineers as we had a pigeon come down our chimney so it was behind our fireplace and wanted it removed. I was given Carbon Gas and Plumbings number by chance by another person who wasn’t available. Kiran and Jacob came to do the job within a few hours of the call. They were amazing very polite, friendly and done a great job. It was not a job they have carried out before but handled it very well and removed the pigeon, and put the fireplace back, carried out all checks and done a clean job. Jacob was very brave how he handled the bird showed so much care and passion. They didn’t rush the job and took their time to release the bird even though they had finished for the day before coming to us. I would definitely now use Carbon Gas and Plumbing for any future gas/plumbing requirements and will recommend them to family and friends.
