Fantastic Company stepped in with zero notice to plaster our kitchen when we were let down by another Plasterer. This could have caused delays to our kitchen re-fitting schedule. However, Spencer and his team worked over the weekend re-plastering our kitchen ceiling and walls ensuring that our project remained on schedule. A 1st class team, producing quality work with attention to detail. All polite and very friendly, Left everything clean.
Spencer and his team were excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Oak Valley Plastering. They have completed a plastering job on our ceiling covering up artexing and painting. They were great from start to finish, professional, courteous, kept in regular contact throughout the job and the finish was to an exceptionally high standard. Very pleased with the work.
We recently had some building work done, and unfortunately, the original contractor hired a plasterer who left us completely in the lurch. They walked away leaving the job unfinished with just a scratch coat. To make matters worse, the frame for the render was an absolute disaster—Spencer actually mentioned it was the worst job he had ever seen! Thankfully, Spencer from Oak Valley Plastering came to our rescue. He took down all the awful groundwork and started completely from scratch. Spencer was: Thoroughly professional and friendly from start to finish. An incredibly hard worker who didn’t cut any corners. Pleasant to deal with, making a stressful situation so much easier. The final result is a pristine, high-quality finish. We couldn't be happier with his work and highly recommend Oak Valley Plastering to anyone looking for a top-tier professional!

Found Spencer and his team via a quick Google search while I was shopping around and I couldn't recommend them more. They might not be the cheapest out there but they're all so friendly, kind, thorough from start to finish; all round top-notch. They always communicated so I knew exactly what was going on and advised me where they could, plus they're tidy too! Would 100% get them back for any further plastering, made my unexpected renovation way less stressful 🌟
Spencer Hart owner of Oak Valley and his team did a first class job on my front room which was in an original state being an older house.. There were 3 of them over the few days doing their bit, very clean workers and polite, heads down and an amazing finish... Would recommend to anyone in need of a good local plasterer..

Impressive! Spencer has absolutely transformed our house into a beautiful home . Every challenge was met professionally and efficiently. Previous owners have severely damaged every wall and all ceilings with nicotine. Spencer has advised best way to fix all that , with his expertise, attention to detail and hard work, our house was transformed within few weeks into beautiful living space - our dream house.

Spencer undertook helping us with re-plastering our 4 bedroom bungalow … it needed masses of work and Spencer worked around our limited availability over a period of 4 months to get it how we needed it to be. He is a master of his trade with an eye for detail and always has a perfectionist aim. We had some intricate corners to be navigated and they were perfect. His communication about how to approach it, his availability and project management was always thoughtful and he gave lots of warning if a deadline needed to change. He was a pleasure to have in the house… we can’t recommend him highly enough.

Spencer was hired to insulate, plasterboard, plaster and paint under a replacement roof with uneven supporting beams. Spencer is pleasant and keeps you informed of what is happening when, when he will be on site, if he is going to be later than planned (even if only by 10 - 15 minutes), we really appreciated how well Spencer communicated. Spencer’s work was without fault, he has an eye for detail and his 20 years of experience shows through. Once work was completed each day the work area was left clean and tidy, and at the end of the job doubly so I would definitely hire Spencer again.
Spencer really provides top class customer service and workmanship. He was very accommodating when we requested to change the planned date of plastering our kitchen. He reboarded and plastered our kitchen ceiling and replastered the walls and gave us an amazing new window cill (weren't expecting that), all for a very reasonable price. He is very friendly, extremely reliable and super tidy. He takes a real pride in his work and his craftsmanship is excellent. We are so pleased with our brand new kitchen. A lovely blank canvas for the kitchen fitters to work on. We are having Spencer back soon to board over and plaster the artexed hall ceiling and know that he will do another brilliant job.
