Would highly recommend Pest Response - from start to finish, Lee was polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and reassuring over our situation with multiple rats in our loft. He was also very responsive to my initial call, coming out the same day (where as other companies wouldn’t come out for 4-5 days) and ensuring we had weekly visits booked in for as long as it took to eradicate them. Thanks again Lee and if we need anything else in the future, will certainly be calling you!
Pest Response came very quickly when I called about what sounded like a kangaroo in my loft. Turned out to be a mouse. They were very respectful of my home, informative about what was going on, answered my questions and didn't rush anything. I felt reassured when they left and feel I received good value for money. I would thoroughly recommend. 🙂
Lee was an absolute star, at our wits end trying to figure out where put little visitors actually were. Lee was super helpful, his knowledge impeccable and after 3 visits we thought we had it cracked ! However a little concerned about still hearing rhe odd movement Lee was happy to come back again and this time all clear. Highly recommend for yohr pest control needs.
Excellent Company. Lee was very knowledgeable and gave me plenty of insight into the rats I had in the attic. Took 3 or 4 visits (checking the bait he had laid to see what had been taken) and how they were getting in. He quickly established where the rat/s were coming in from the sewer and advised fitting a rat flap so that once they left the house, they couldn't get back in. That was a week ago and I haven't seen or heard the rat since. I have a PIR baby monitor set up in the attic so that if he comes back I can let Lee know and he can act quickly. Feel very comfortable with Lees' process and would highly recommend him.
Lee (and peat response ltd) were brilliant and very nice indeed. Lee was always on time and worked quickly to get the job done. It was a relief to have a professional in charge.

Called Lee in a panic on seeing a rat in my garden! After initially talking me down, (many thanks for that), he visited promptly as promised and set about his business. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish from this thoroughly likeable and knowledgeable gentleman. Great customer care is sadly rare these days but Lee delivered in spades; worth every penny of his very reasonable rates. Lee came out very quickly after I made contact. Job completed very efficiently. Lee explained clearly what the issue was and how he was going to deal with it. Nothing was too much of a problem and I feel confident the problem is now resolved.
Lee came out to our house the next day after we contacted him with an ant problem inside our house. Lee came well equipped with treatment and knowledge. He was able to lay the treatment in a way that was safe to my young child which I appreciated. And left me with clear instructions. I was genuinely shocked that this one treatment cured my house of ants. We have been ant free for two years after suffering for a long spring and summer. Thank you Lee. Highly recommend.

Contacted Lee as we add an issue with rodents on the loft and inside a cavity wall, he was able to visit on the same day which we really appreciated. Lee kept us informed regarding his methods and what to expect. Three weeks after the initial call, Lee visited us for the last time as there were no more signs of rodents. He kindly cemented a hole in the wall which could have been one of the points of entry. Thank you

Had a problem with a rat in March 2024 after 2 visits by Lee the problem was resolved. Unfortunately in December 2024 we had a recurrence, a call to Lee and he visited again that afternoon, after 2 further visits over Christmas he confirmed that the issue was resolved. Hopefully that will stop the rat visits. Thanks very much for you prompt service Lee.

The Ratman strikes again....! Yes, and our population of several rats has faded away to nothing. It usually takes more than one visit, which is all part of the deal. Lee is unfailingly courteous and efficient, taking care to keep any pets safe while he's at work.
