George was brilliant, called on Wednesday afternoon and he came out first thing Thursday morning. Explained everything about how the wasp nest could have happened and gave tips to stop it in future. Fantastic price and top guy, the wasps are now gone. Thank you!

I called Graham from Bye Bye Pests, to remove a wasp nest, just as he was closing to go home. However, he arrived at my house within 10 minutes, on his way home. Graham was extremely knowledgeable, with regards to various types of pests, and such a polite and pleasant gentleman. I would highly recommend his services.
I called this company after a bad experience with another local company. They were polite and arranged for someone to come out the same day. I had 4 wasps nests in various places 😩 The wasps are now gone and I can finally have the windows open in the evening without a concern of being stung. Would happily recommend to anyone.
