What the customer tells you

  • Are you moving the new boiler to a different spot?
  • Is your current boiler mounted on the wall?
  • Are you keeping the same type of heating system?
  • How does the flue leave, and how far is the boiler from an outside wall?
  • Do you have a flue kit for the 600 System?
  • Does the flue need a plume management kit?
  • Is there a water meter fitted at the property?
  • Is the property in London?
  • How many bathrooms are there in the home?
  • Is there already a condensate route the new boiler can use?
  • Is the gas supply pipe already the right size?
  • Does the system need a powerflush, not just a chemical clean?
  • Is a magnetic filter being fitted to the pipework?
  • Do you want new heating controls fitted on this boiler visit?
  • If the property is a flat, is the flue position agreed and accessible?
  • Is the home connected to mains gas?
