Amazing, properly-skilled locksmith, super friendly and helpful. Rather than sell me the expensive new lock I asked for, he told me to bring him the old one, cleaned it, adjusted it, recut the old key to fit it, AND cut me three more keys, for significantly less than half the price. This man is a treasure, please use his shop so he can keep doing what he's doing.

Took him a 55 yr old vehicle lock which had no keys. He had it stripped, cleaned, lubricated and made me 3 keys in just over an hour. Legendary service, very highly recommended.

Excellent service. Called up for a replacement key for a roof box. Had found a suitable blank and had it cut quicker than I could get to the shop. This was not a simple copy but actually making the key for a particular barrel. The key works perfectly. Great service over the phone and in the shop, would highly recommend!!!

I went in with a chubb mortice to be cut , and done on the spot I also needed a tiny double glazing handle key cut , which he 'estimated the correct blank and cut one to test .It works fine ,so i will return tomorrow to get 4 more cut for one of my properties .Well done !
Yesterday had an emergency as front door lock broke ay my godmothers whos 91 So Rang Croma Locksmiths Winchester spoke to an amazing Gentleman called Liam who was a fountain of knowledge he calmed me down gave me the out of hours details needed but sadly after 30 minutes on hold to your out of hours we had to go with a different locksmiths as time was getting on . It's a rare thing to have members of staff go out their way to help so I would love you to say a huge thank you to Liam highly recommended this store

Disappointed. Having phoned in advance and given the code for a specific key. Travelled a distance to collect. The incumbent didn't have the blank. Said he didn't recognise the version, and would have to contact the locksmiths guild for information. What was the point in arranging and calling ahead. ? Not happy.
I presented Stuart with my multipoint lock mechanism which had failed. Stuart systematically tested each individual component until he was able to identify why it had failed and then he went on to fix it. I found Stuart very knowledgeable and patient in his craft and I would definitely recommend Stuart and Croma Locksmiths if you have a problem with your lock. Superb locksmith.
We needed an emergency out of hours locksmith, the call centre told us someone would be in touch with us soon. They were not able to give us an ETA and we waited 40 minutes. When we asked for an update they said the locksmith themself would be in contact. The locksmith called us and told us he wasn't working that night! When we called back the head office to let them know this they didn't apologise and asked if we wanted to cancel our request!!

Was worried about a spare key for my shop that was split and slightly bent so popped in here and the guy actually managed to copy it from the split one there and then on the spot, only took 30 seconds! Will definitely be using this place again
I took a customers faulty mortice lock into my Winchester branch and the guy was very helpful and knowledgeable . He stripped the lock down there and then and replaced all internals so I able to refit it for the customer that day ! 1st class service at a reasonable price . Thankyou
My elderly Mother used this locksmith to purchase and fit a lock on her spare room door. The chap in the shop gave her very detailed and helpful advice on the type of lock needed. The fitter was very friendly, polite, tidy and fitted the lock very neatly. She would most definitely use this locksmith again.
