Top notch work, honest and price was handled and quoted before work with a simple whatsapp video of the problem. Excellent service on top of that too. No complaints especially when the others are charging double the price with call out costs or some hidden fees.

Front door was locked/jammed Ste Came out within couple hrs and sorted no problems for us. Great job thank you

We managed to leave our key in the door on the inside and were unable to get in with our key from the outside, at 9:30pm. I googled locksmiths near me and the first result was this company. Already with loads of 5 star reviews I was pleased to find a well trusted, 24 hour locksmith service. I messaged on WhatsApp and got a response in seconds. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait, which again, I was already really pleased with as I was just happy to find someone who could come out late. 10 minutes pass and Stephen was here! He was so informative and gave me advice on how to prevent it from happening in future (aside from the obvious of just not leaving our key in the door 😅). Within a minute of him showing up, my front door was open and I was able to get out of the wind and rain. Really affordable price for the speed of the service and the fact that it was 9:30pm! I thought we would have to pay a lot more than what we did. I was able to pay by card too which was really convenient. Overall, just absolutely made up with the service. Quick response time ✅️ Speedy service ✅️ Affordable ✅️ Informative ✅️ Can come out late ✅️ If I could give 10 stars then I would!! Thank you so much Stephen!

Stephen was very friendly and professional, arrived on time and replaced the locks for my house quickly.Pointed out possible faults that may occur in the future and fixed minor issues with my door as well. He was very transparent on the charges to replace the locks.Would highly recommend.

I chose this locksmith randomly from google. I rang him at 11.25 and by 12.25 I had a brand new lock fitted and paid for. Discussed the merit of different types of lock.
