Cobra Locksmith Services Ltd

Great experience ten minute job explained everything perfectly would recommend

After a set of keys were lost, I contacted COBRA locksmith/Tommy. He replied within ten minutes & was happy to come & replace my front & kitchen door locks at my convenience later that afternoon. He gave me a very fair price for the job (I checked online how much roughly it should cost) & he actually not only replaced my locks within 30 minutes but also repaired my kitchen door gratis. A very professional & personable young man, I can highly recommend Cobra locksmith/Tommy with no reservations. Thank you!

We called Mr Tom and within two hours he came and completed two jobs in no time. That’s what you call an exceptional service! He took a lot of time to explain to us and he genuinely cares more about helping you than the actual payment. We highly recommend him. Thank you so much for your hard work.

The gearbox had broken on our aluminium bifold doors and we were unable to open them. We struggled finding a locksmith to come and fix them as they were aluminium. After calling around for hours we found Tom. He was straight up on the phone with us and turned up in the time slot he gave. He got the door open without damaging it, Fitted a new gearbox and lock, plus realigned the bifold doors. Top service from a polite young man. Would highly recommend.

After watching him try every way he could to get in, I was more happy for him that my lock didn’t beat him, than I was about getting back into my flat. Called on a Sunday morning to come look at a mortise lock that was catching and making the door very difficult to unlock. Tommy gave me a time he could come out same day to assess the problem and to give a price with no obligation to go ahead. He called 15/20mins ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. His quote was very reasonable (esp as it was a Sunday), he fixed the problem and the lock now is the smoothest it's been in years. Also gave another reasonable no obligation quote for a second issue I asked about without any pressure to go ahead. Tommy was professional, friendly and courteous throughout. Would recommend.

Cobra locksmiths professional down to busyness no hassle quality locks. Simply the best better than all the rest

FANTASTIC 5 STAR SERVICE! Called Tom Sunday morning around 10am after getting locked out obviously expecting the worst with it being a weekend. He was straight away very friendly and after I asked how much to call him out today he replied no charge I'll come check the problem then give you a quote. He then explained if I don't want to take the quote/compare quotes with others then that is fine. This straight away made me feel reassured and I didn't even phone anyone else. We arranged to meet around 11.30 roughly after his job finished and Tom kindly phoned me when he was around 15 minutes away to let me know he was on the way. When Tom arrived he quickly gained access and diagnosed the problem, which was a faulty eurocylinder meaning the key would not lock or unlock the door. My parents had the same issue 2 years ago and paid £110 to change the lock with 3 keys. Tom offered to change the lock and give me 5 keys for £100. I immediately said yes as I knew this was a great price, especially on a weekend. I had an issue with my back door so I asked Tom could he look at it and he said yes. Again straight away Tom got the back door open and then quoted me £140 to change the mechanism on the damaged lock strip. He did mention it was more if one off and he give me a 20% discount for the two jobs together so don't quote me on this price. When working Tom was very friendly and professional and completed both jobs in around one hour if not less. I would strongly recommend Tom to anyone and will be using him myself for future issues!

Tommy was fantastic at every step of the way. Excellent communication about the job. He instantly knew how to solve the issue and was quick and efficient. Really considerate and personal approach to helping me being locked out of the house. Would definitely recommend!

Tommy turned up to fix our French doors leading into the yard.
