Excellent service as I couldn't shut window and would not be able to leave the house

Absolutely excellent service from Liverpool Window Repairs. Karl was brilliant from the initial quote through to completing the work. He replaced the glazing in my windows to a very high standard, was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. Everything was completed efficiently, left clean and tidy, and the finished result looks fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karl and Liverpool Window Repairs to anyone looking for quality workmanship. Thank you!

Window had blew open and hinges broke, Sunday evening I rang these lads, they came out and fixed it within 1 hour. Great customer service and great job. Nice one fellas.

Karl and his colleague have just completed repairs to some misted double glazed windows, a Velux and a large patio door. They've done a fabulous job all within a couple of hours. Very friendly, tidy and good value so more than happy to recommend them if you need some glazing repairs or new installation.

Delighted with the service we’ve received from Karl today, prompt professional and very quick. Diagnosed the problem over the phone and was spot on. Very impressed. Will certainly use again and recommend to others. Many thanks

I found Liverpool Window Repairs on Instagram but used their website to contact them for a quote and availability to repair two of our windows that had become really stiff and stuck open! Very quickly, I had an email from Karl asking for photos of the windows and more details of the issue. He was then able to quote us and book us in for just a couple of days later. The fitter turned up as expected and fixed the windows for us, he provided an invoice and I was able to send a bank transfer straightaway. It could not have been an easier process and they fully deserve 5* from me - thank you!

Called Liverpool Window Repairs due to patio door not closing fully or locking. Spoke with Carl who called out within the hour and repaired the fault. Great job, good price and a really nice lad, I would recommend this company without hesitation and will be using them again in the future.

Rang first thing, door handle repaired within 2 hours, absolutely brilliant service.

Very responsive and efficient. They had my window replaced 48 hours after I contacted them. Competitively priced, reliable and a pleasure to deal with.

Prompt action and sorted with no problem. Would definitely recommend them and use again. They are honest and won't rip you off. Very pleasant and chatty workman

The wind blew my door closed, trapping my keychain and wedging the door closed meaning I couldn't turn the key to get inside. Thankfully I was only around the corner and went in and explained the situation. They came very quickly from another job to help me, sorted it quickly, thankfully the door wasn't damaged. He did not charge me for taking him away from his other jobs and using up his time which was very kind! Has helped with our door in the past also, always does a great job!

Absolutely amazing service. Came out same day. Fast, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you very much!

Great service from Liverpool Window Repairs today. Quick turn around both for getting a quote and completing the work. This job involved replacing hinges on an old uPVC window. Everything handled professionally, with a paper invoice and payment by bank transfer. I will definitely use them again for future repairs.

Excellent from start to finish, called Wednesday, Karl come out to measure up & the replacement window was fitted the next day.

Sorted our windows out and no faff in between the job, was prompt with being able to come out and do the repair - quite efficient - highly recommended.

Really fast service good reliable and a fair price The fitter was excellent and really helpful But I can’t believe how fast the service was completed the same day especially as you have to book other trades in advance If your having problems with windows not shutting or draughty give these people a call I would highly recommend them

Really pleased with the work they did. They came out very quickly and did a wonderful job and even fixed another issue I didn’t realise I had included in the original price of the job. Would 100% use again. Super friendly too!

This company have just replaced hinges on 4 of my windows and other small jobs that needed doing. Pleasant and efficient from first visit / quote to completion. A long overdue job that needed doing and my home will be much warmer now my windows are sealing properly again. Thank you.

I contacted Liverpool Window Repairs and spoke to Karl who was extremely helpful over the phone and diagnosed potential issues with our bifolding door alignment which was causing a gap and draught. He came out promptly to look further and managed to greatly improve the doors despite poor fitment from a previous builder, now allowing it to now seal properly! Great service and couldn’t recommend enough.

Repaired some window handles that are very tricky given the age of them and the mechanisms involved. The price is fair and reflects their specialism in that regard. He was very professional, skilled, knowledgeable and his experience clearly shows. Highly recommend and will be arranging some more work on other windows in the coming weeks. Thank you guys. Very much appreciated

I would highly recommend the service provided by Karl replacing a misted unit , he turned up when he said he would the price was fair, and it was not an easy replacement as far as access is concerned. The job was completed on time and our flat was left spotlessly clean on completion👍

Excellent service throughout. Replaced several double glazed lead panes. Prompt responses from Karl, windows manufactured and fitted within a week at competitive price. No hesitation in recommending this local company / Karl.

Excellent work, professional and friendly. Starting with the lady who answered the phone and was so nice, then Karl coming to check all our windows ( letting me know what should be changed and what was working fine, not trying to push on selling) and Kieran who worked so hard and quickly to fix all the problems Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a professional help and an exceptional service Thank you to all three of you for such a great service

Excellent service from start to finish. Quote for the work in 20 mins of sending through photo of failed double glazed window, and Karl was out to measure that afternoon and window was fitted the following week at a time that suited me. Supplied and fitted a week later. Professional and polite throughout and work completed to a high standard. Very seamless process, would happily use this company again and recommend to others.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for windows, including locks and door locks. Great company, Carl and co. couldnt have been more helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Gave a quote for replacement windows on Tuesday and fitted new windows the following Wednesday. No problems at all, and a good price!!!! Highly recommended!!

Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond Expectations! I can’t recommend this window repair company highly enough! We had a particularly tough job—damaged, hard-to-reach windows in home that many other companies either turned down or quoted outrageously for. From the moment we contacted them, the team was professional, responsive, and ready to tackle the challenge head-on. Special thanks to Karl Murphy, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. His attention to detail, calm communication, and coordination made what could have been a stressful repair feel completely smooth and stress-free. They are skilled, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their work. The final result? Our windows look brand new, operate perfectly, and the cleanup was spotless. If you're looking for a company that doesn’t shy away from difficult jobs and truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction, look no further. This team—and Karl in particular—has earned our trust and gratitude. Five stars all the way!

I wold recommend Liverpool Window Repairs to anyone who needed a job well done and at a reasonable cost. Keiron fitted 2 sets of hinges and checked all was ok before he left.

Karl from Liverpool Window Repairs recently supplied and fitted 8 double-glazed units, installed a set of friction hinges, and repaired two UPVC windows. From start to finish, the service was excellent: he arrived on time, texted ahead, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout. The whole process, from initial contact to completion, took just 9 days. Karl was friendly, professional, and generous with his knowledge, taking time to explain what he was doing and making sure I was happy at each stage. He also made small adjustments without fuss when asked. At the end of the job, while moving his van to load up the old units and tools, he got blocked in by someone parked on double yellows. Despite the hassle, he stayed calm, communicative, and still managed to get everything cleared away. If he’s willing to brave the parking situation again, I’d be more than happy to have him back!

These guys are brilliant - quoted, measured, new glass ordered and installed within a week! Can’t believe the difference that replacing the failed double glazing has made to the windows - thanks for a great service!

Used this company to repair a blown patio door unit and replace a couple of broken window handles and can’t fault them. Responded to my initial enquiry quickly with a reasonable quote, came to measure up when they said they would and turned up on time. The day of the repair, again turned up on time and the workman did a great job, he was quick, mess free, gave me tips on looking after my other windows and even shared the name of the cleaning product they use when I commented on how much of a pain it usually is to keep so much glass clean! Will definitely use this company again should the need arise and would recommend you to family and friends for any repairs they need doing. Called in to see Karl and 2 and a half hours later, barrel, mechanism and handle all replaced. Is even shutting more securely than before with no draught. Couldn't have asked for a better quality service. Use this firm with confidence. P. S I never leave reviews so that shows how good they were today.

First class service from the 1st phone call talking to Karl who came and took the measurements, to the team who were extremely efficient fitting the glazing units. Great teamwork 👍 Definitely recommend your services!

Needed several window handles replaced, several on windows that wouldn’t open or close. Called and explained what I needed and shared photos…was told that there might be an issue with one of the windows and not to rule out potential window replacement if locking mechanism couldn’t be fixed, that it may be more than a straightforward handle replacement. Guys came the following morning 9am sharp, left them to it and 90mins later all windows/locks/handles working. Top job, and very reasonable. Would certainly use again and recommend to friends/family. A+++

Genuinely helpful and fast reacting. Thanks

Our tenant reported that the bathroom window in our Merseyside flat would not close properly and was letting in the cold. A contractor “approved and vetted“ by our rental agent was tasked to quote on this repair and to check the other windows whilst there. The contractor eventually sent out a subcontractor, who made two visits. After the second call, he reported back that although new friction hinges were required for two of the UPVC windows, these were not available, and therefore both windows would need to be replaced. So earlier this week, I phoned Liverpool Window Repairs and asked them to arrange with the tenant to visit and give me their opinion. Yesterday, LWR arrived at the arranged time, and were immediately able to fit brand new correct sized friction hinges that they had with them! The whole job took just 20 minutes, and both windows now work perfectly. LWR were efficient, professional and reliable, and their charge was very reasonable. Excellent service!

At short notice Karl and his team were able to respond to our order. The team couldn’t have been more helpful and resolved our problem on time and budget. First class, Garry @ Tuebrook.
