Delta Locksmiths

My three year old daughter was locked in my car along with my keys and phone. But would highly recommend these. They come within 10/15 minutes. And resolved it within a minute. Thank you so much

Paul responded quickly to my initial phone call and solved the problem we had with the lock on our porch door within minutes. Would definitely recommend him.

Fantastic service, quick, professional and very reasonable rates. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Awful! Reported to the police. Came today after telling me they were £45 for fallout and about then parts etc on top. Changed part of the lock in 10 minutes then tried to tell me it was £450. I questioned this as the numbers did not add up. The price changed and the VAT add on didn't add on correctly either. I asked the guy to take his product and leave as I wasn't silly. When taking it off he snapped the internal mechanism causing damage to the key lock leaving myself and children with an unsafe door at night. Reported to police.

Paul was on time and extremely fast. 100% reccommended.

Excellent service. Great communication and service. I would 100% use delta again if I needed a locksmith

I had a problem with smart lock and needed to be resolved within couple of hours. Paul picked my phone, tell me when he arrives and sort the problem within few minutes. He was genuine and knowledgeable from the start to the end. Call out cost was more than reasonable. Paul is great example how pride of the job goes long way. I can only recommend to others. 👌👏

Went above and beyond to make sure every component was locked and secure on our front door aswell as giving us advice towards oil and further care with the locks to prevent reoccurring issue. Honestly can’t recommend enough, communication was simple and reassuring throughout the whole process.

Great service. I managed to lock myself out of my home on a Sunday night and Paul was at my address in 10 minutes. He managed to gain access with great skills, trying a variety of methods in order to avoid damaging the door. He was a true gentleman, and if I ever lock myself out again, or know anyone else who does I'd definitely recommend giving Delta a call for a speedy, reliable professional.

Great efficient service

Tenant locked in the flat. Called Delta Locksmiths, who came out and fixed the lock at a reasonable price, considering it was a Sunday afternoon - Great Service

Big thanks to Paul for coming to our aid when our own housing provider would not, my disabled child was finally able to get his medication about an hour after the first phone call I made to this company, got us into our property within 60 seconds and gave us a very reasonable price also. Needed new set of car keys, arrived when they said, cheaper than anywhere else local, and all done very quickly. Great job and great guys.

Paul helped us out with issues with locking our front door. He came promptly on the same evening. I paid a fair price and he explained what exactly is wrong. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is having lock issues!

Amazing service. Rang at 9.30am and was here the same day (replaced car key). Really quick and explained everything through. Cheaper than high street. Nice guys too. Highly recommend!!! 5 stars!

Outstanding, reliable, friendly and affordable service - best overall in Liverpool. Paul really went above and beyond when I locked myself out of my flat late at night. Not only did he arrive quickly and efficiently completed the service but his kindness and professionalism really lifted the weight of what felt like a disaster at the time. He also completed necessary checks, ensured I was the rightful resident and could keep the property secure in future which I found to be really respectable and trustworthy for both residents and property owners. Absolutely brilliant service, could not recommend more. Thank you again Paul! (p.s. I found my keys)

I would definitely recommend them to everybody who needs their services. An outstanding company. I had been locked out of my flat on a Sunday and Paul was very was considerate to reach out and sort out my situation. Very quick and efficient service.

I had an intermittent starting issue with my Mercedes CLS, and they repaired my ignition switch (EIS/EZS). From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, repaired the original unit instead of replacing it unnecessarily, and saved me a significant amount of money. The car has been running perfectly since the repair, even after extended driving. I highly recommend them to anyone with Mercedes ignition switch problems. Thank you again for the excellent service!

Called today to have my front door looked at, arrived within 15 minutes as he was local. Got door open to be able to see what the problem was, explained to us what the problem was, fixed it and also told us how to maintain the door for future reference. Prompt service and great communication. Sound guy, would highly recommend Delta Locksmith’s!

Paul was excellent from start to finish. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue with my front door, and replaced the faulty locking mechanism in no time. AA rebooted so we drove car home and rang Delta Locks - spoke to Brad, he arrived later in the day (if you want something doing ask a busy person). All fixed, all questions and queries answered. Excellent service. 10 out of 10.

Paul is an excellent ambassador for his company as nothing is too much trouble. He came to change locks on a front door, and although I hadn’t given him the correct details of the lock which meant he had a wasted journey, he returned the next day to complete the job. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and pleasant throughout. I would highly recommend this company and Paul he was a superstar. Thank you Paul

I got locked out of my flat at 9 in the evening due to what would turn out to be a lock case failure while my two flatmates were locked inside. We called Delta Locksmiths and Tom arrived some 20 minutes later even though it was late, immediately identified the problem and installed a new, high-quality lock case. Not only did he do an excellent job on the lock and explained to us all the steps of his process (which was very interesting!), he was also very kind and a really nice chat. The price was reasonable and most importantly transparent. Quick, hassle-free, fairly priced and friendly service that the three of us highly recommend if you find yourself in a bit of a situation! Thank you again for your work :D

fast and great service, thanks for the discount!!

Great job from Thomas. Incredibly patient and friendly with an elderly relative. Highly recommend

Had a major issue with son's 2008 Honda Accord. Key fob entry was not working. Also immobiliser was setting the alarm off when he tried to access the vehicle with the key. So he could not use the vehicle as the immobiliser had de-activated the ignition. We got Tom on a Sunday evening at 7pm. He could not sort the issue out but was there an hour trying. He was able to secure the vehicle and get the alarm off which we couldn't do. He gave us the advise we needed which was to get a new key which I sourced the next day. Tom came out today and got the car sorted with the new key I got so my lad has got his car back. I cannot recommend Delta highly enough and Tom in particular is living proof that not all heroes wear capes. Thanks so much Delta for your 5 star service.

I called Delta Locksmiths because I couldn't open my back door. Paul came out to have a look and explained in detail what needed to be done. He also arranged to come back and fix it at a time that was convenient to me and came exactly when he said he would. I would highly recommend Paul and Delta locksmiths if you ever need anything like this doing.

Sat in Geneva Airport having cleared security, I had a little flashback to putting the car key safely in the cupboard in the chalet, shame the chalet was in France over an hour away !! A few WhatsApp's later stood in the queue to board and Brad had confirmed a time and price to help me out .... landed at the airport and he was there waiting. In the car in less than a minute and new key cut, coded and rrady to go within 90 mins. Absolutely first class, super friendly, fair pricing and there was no doubt he was going to get it sorted despite the technical issues with a dodgy ODB2 connection :-) - Highly recommended and Thank you ! Scott

Fantastic service and really reasonable prices. Brad was on my doorstep within 30 minutes of making contact and successfully opened and provided a new key for my daughter's Fiat - the only key for which couldn't be found. He even jumped started the engine as the battery was flat. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely use again.

I’d never called a locksmith before and was nervous because it’s an Industry that gets a lot of bad press.my uPVC door lock jammed so I called Delta because they’re a local business with a physical shop. A price estimate was given on the phone and they were out within a few hours. Door was opened and lock mechanism changed. It took longer than expected due to some snags but they stuck to the quote given on the phone. I picked the right locksmith!

Paul opened my door in seconds……… Had a grace to let me pay when I could Thank you

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Delta Locksmiths. We needed the locks changed on a property on the same day as a court eviction, which is always a stressful and uncertain situation. To make matters more complicated, the eviction date and time changed three different times. Despite all the changes, Paul and the team were incredibly accommodating. Each time the schedule moved, they made themselves available and arrived exactly when needed. On the third attempt, when the eviction finally went ahead, they attended promptly and carried out the lock change quickly, efficiently, and very professionally. What really stood out was their professionalism and integrity. They did not charge anything extra for the multiple call-outs caused by the date changes, which I thought was extremely fair and appreciated. Paul himself was very personable, easy to deal with, and clearly knows his trade well. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. If you need a locksmith who is reliable, professional, and genuinely good to work with, I would highly recommend Delta Locksmiths.

Brilliant service from Paul today. So friendly and helpful and did me a great deal on the price! Lost my bathroom window key (very old handle mechanism and Paul did brilliantly to get it unlocked). Directed by RAC for mobile mechanic assistance when having car key issue. Initially had to chase up but Paul put an extra efforts trying to come over & apologise in person after realising they had overlooked on the problem. He then sent Tom over from Liverpool to fix the issue and also also apologised. He had now sorted the car key issue today. So things had turned around and they had tried their best to give their excellent service!

EXCELLENT SERVICE AGAIN & AGAIN Running a Property Management Company, Paul is vital part of the on the ground team. Responsive, Professional, understands the importance of gaining access when needed. (And it's usually, can you do it now requests) - He has never failed me, and its been a number of years. Amazing service from Tom: he was ready to come out on a Sunday to my daughter's stranded car after an RAC recommendation, really helpful on phone, nothing too much trouble. In the end he came right across town and fixed the issue, which turned out not to be the key after all - just a gearbox sensor not recognising Park. Wouldn't take a fee as it took minutes, but said a Google review would be great. So, here it is!

my son unfortunately got locked inside of my car and I phoned delta locksmiths and they came to me in just 20 minutes as they knew this was a priority and they kindly put our appointment first. Absolutely AMAZING company ! Great to meet Tom, both his work and communication were amazing ! Thankyou very much ! 🤩

Arrived really quickly and was lovely and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more.

Great service. Even better price. Had my Skoda Superb key fob snap (it's a common error - costs around £200 to get fixed by the dealer). These guys sorted it in less than 20 mins for just £35. Easy to fix yourself, but there's a thin pin that can wreck the immobilizer if pushed in too much. Why risk it when these guys can sort it out so far and spot on? Glad I called in to get those fixed today. Saved a lot of time, hassle and money.

Great service, very professional, affordable and polite. Came out today on a Saturday and got the job sorted, offered two prices and was honest with which problem it was. Would recommend to all friends and family
