What an excellent, knowledgeable professional. Just before Christmas I had a problem with my front door, in that I could not unlock it from inside or outside. As such, needing a locksmith I looked on Google and I found Tom’s name and telephone number and I’m so glad I did. Tom initially helped me over the phone and after many minutes he thankfully talked me through getting the door open, so that I could open and shut it, so that it was usable. Unable to come that night Tom came first thing the next morning and identified the issue, but due to Christmas the suppliers were all closed for the holidays. As soon as he was able to in January, Tom sourced the necessary part, ordered it and a few days later came and fitted it, adjusting the mechanisms so that everything worked perfectly. Many thanks for everything Tom.
I found Tom's details online when we had an issue with our front door. I sent him a video of the door and he was able to quickly identify what the problem was. He told me how much it would be to fix it and then came out within the hour. There was no extra call out charge. Tom really took the time to make sure the door was working as expected and was aligned correctly. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided and would use again if needed.

Tom was great. I found his details online and sent him a WhatsApp when I had a problem with my front door. We initially just had a video call where he helped me get my property secure for the night FOC. He then came the next day and fixed the door plus checked the alignment, all for a very reasonable price. He was also able to get on with the job in my absence at my request. He sent the warranty for the new lock via e-mail. Excellent service throughout and the new lock feels great. Thanks Tom!

Called Tom on behalf of a neighbour who had locked herself out of the house with her phone inside. He came quickly, got the door open without damaging the lock and quoted her a much lower price than the first company that came up on the google search results. She was very relieved!

I called Tom in a desperate situation after locking myself out of my flat on a Sunday morning. I phoned around and Tom was the first person to answer straight away and he was at my door within 10 minutes. Service was really fast, very professional, friendly and best of all reasonably priced. Tom changed and fitted at lock at the school I work at he was reliable, efficient and professional and would highly recommend his services.
Tom fit us in early on a Saturday morning to change our locks when we moved house. He was super quick and ended up making a second trip as I'd given him wrong information about the type of doors we had so he didn't have all the necessary parts on the first visit. On a hot day we had a problem with the door sticking and he was back round quickly for a third time to realign the door for us so it worked again. Thank you Tom! We will definitely use you again if we ever have any more locksmith requirements!
