Tom Bright Locksmith Colchester

I found Tom's details online when we had an issue with our front door. I sent him a video of the door and he was able to quickly identify what the problem was. He told me how much it would be to fix it and then came out within the hour. There was no extra call out charge. Tom really took the time to make sure the door was working as expected and was aligned correctly. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided and would use again if needed.

A1 services very fast and quick

Tom was professional, courteous, and clearly knew his craft. He fixed my front door within minutes and even took the time to check that my lock was functioning smoothly before leaving. The price was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines speed, skill, and genuine care for their customers, but this team does exactly that. If you ever need a locksmith you can truly trust, look no further than TMB Locksmiths. Thank you again for turning a stressful situation into a surprisingly positive experience!

Tom is prompt, professional and really knows his stuff! Highly recommended.

Tom was great. I found his details online and sent him a WhatsApp when I had a problem with my front door. We initially just had a video call where he helped me get my property secure for the night FOC. He then came the next day and fixed the door plus checked the alignment, all for a very reasonable price. He was also able to get on with the job in my absence at my request. He sent the warranty for the new lock via e-mail. Excellent service throughout and the new lock feels great. Thanks Tom!

Superb! Really friendly guy and went out of his way to help us when our front door latch broke and we were locked out. Came to us within 30 mins, which was really appreciated.

Tom was really professional and helpful and attended our property quickly. Resolved our issue without any need for changing locks/keys and no damage to our front door! Would highly recommend!

Above and Beyond

Tom was extremely helpful and kept in constant contact to advise me when he would be able to attend my property. He changed two locks and even helped remove an old rusty padlock from a garden shed. Definitely recommend.

Arrived very quickly, the job was completed even quicker and it was a very reasonable low-cost price, especially as it’s Christmas eve. Should I ever need a locksmith again, I would 100% use this company. Tom was very polite and helpful. If you ever need a locksmith, use this company. Thank you.

Called Tom on behalf of a neighbour who had locked herself out of the house with her phone inside. He came quickly, got the door open without damaging the lock and quoted her a much lower price than the first company that came up on the google search results. She was very relieved!

Really fast response and top quality service

I was in need of a locksmith for my partners mother and his partner, as they were elderly I attended and was really pleased that Tom was prompt, knowledgeable and could get the lock sorted even when there were issues with the common key system used in their homes. The service was time sensitive and provided safe access there and then. Tim Barrett

Tom changed and fitted at lock at the school I work at he was reliable, efficient and professional and would highly recommend his services.

Tom fit us in early on a Saturday morning to change our locks when we moved house. He was super quick and ended up making a second trip as I'd given him wrong information about the type of doors we had so he didn't have all the necessary parts on the first visit. On a hot day we had a problem with the door sticking and he was back round quickly for a third time to realign the door for us so it worked again. Thank you Tom! We will definitely use you again if we ever have any more locksmith requirements!
